Do you love bed bugs and no accountabilty? If so this place has a huge bed bug problem. I woke up to a grand daddy bed bug and hotel tested room...sure enough infestation. Hotel offered me a beer. After I left I spent hours cleaning clothes and luggage. I called Marriot corporate and they refused to offer any type of credit.
Very nice and clean. Unfortunately spent too little time to appreciate all areas.

I attended a hiring event for trinity at this location. The event room was well set up and easy to navigate. Plant of restrooms close to the event. The plaza was beautiful with a fountain that I could have watched and listened to all day. Very nice.
Great location as far as close to the airport , nothing much around though. A few restaurants at nearby hotels but nothing else. Clean rooms , decent WiFi .
I was here for a work event with my labor union. Place was lovely, the staff were friendly, can't speak for anything else since that was as far as I went was the bottom floor.

Their Lovely room and lousy customer service. I was charged for watching TV. This is the first hotel I've been to where the Wi-Fi doesn't work. Their is only one cart for luggage and it was broke. This hotel just sucked! I won't be back!

We had one of the updated rooms, very snazzy and cool. The set up ot the hotel was very different from other hotels we've stayed at, it was a little like a maze. Very very helpful, friendly staff! They were very accommodating to our organization.

The hotel had the worst internet and couldn t get anything to work. The hotel also had no pool but when you look up pictures online there is a pool. The phones also don t work to call the front desk we waited for an hour to get an answer.

The lobby was very nice, the conference room was spacious and quiet, and the wireless was good.
This is a beautiful facility in which to host a conference. Ample for space for conferences of any size. Catering services are very nice. The atrium has a beautiful fountain by which you can either relax, or plug in to work. I have attended two conferences here and enjoyed the venue very much.
The staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has been very clean. There is a baseball tournament in town, so there are a bunch of kids running around the hallways unsupervised. That is not on the hotel at all, just on the lazy horrible parents.

Great place to stay for an early flight out. Comfortable and clean.
Room was fine, if a little tired. Desk was pretty scuffed up. There was an in room fridge which was a plus, but it would have been better had that been listed in the amenities, then I wouldn't have needed a cooler. Shuttle only runs every hour, at least at 6 am, so you might have to leave an hour earlier than you need to, just to make the five minute trip to the airport.
Location is great due to being close to the freeway. I wasn't there for long. It was a location for voting on a union issue. So I really can't offer a lot more than it has a nice conference room.
The staff here is the most helpful and courteous group of people we have encountered in many years. We stayed at the Columbus Airport Marriott for 6 nights to attend a conference and were impressed daily by the kindness and hospitality of everyone we came into contact with. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are relatively new. I don t know what the management of this hotel is doing, but the formula is fantastic. An amazing group of people to interact with. Thanks so much!!!
Attended a meeting only. Meeting spaces are professional and well kept. Large lobby with restaurant and coffee stand. Friendly and helpful staff.

This review has nothing to do with the staff as they were great.... However, upon checking I wanted to pay for my room in advance and was told 3 times that my card was declined and didn t have the funds available, (the charge was $497 I had $600 available on it)which it was my travel card I always I put what I m going to spend on that particular card. After transferring the money that was clearly on my card to my daughters card, the staffer realized she had forgotten about the $35 daily charge the hotel charges which increased the amount and so even though she told me $497, the charge was higher than my card amount plus the taxes/fees. Go figure, other than that the staff was fine. The hotel as a whole though, not impressed. Got there starved so we ordered 2 pasta dinner dishes and 4 bottles of water....$70!!!!!! WHAT!!!! Of course the person that brought it to the room didn t have change so they got $80..... The food wasn t good at all, but after spending $80 we ate it like it was a prime steak!!! That was day 1. Day 2 we ate out that evening & brought back leftovers, opened the lil freezer & the smell almost killed us. There was some food already in there that someone left and has never been checked.... UGH. Later that night, (2am) the AC stopped coming on. I tried adjusting the thermostat to 69 & still nothing... The next day (day3) after returning from a long day, the AC was not working, I called the front desk & told them and they sent maintenance. He came in, said he doesn t know why it was happening & offers me a box fan to have if it continues. AM I BEING PUNKED!!!! I accepted the fan (clearly I was over it at this time). My daughter then ordered a pizza from the hotel, why, because it was Easter and everything else was closed. She ordered a personal individual size pizza for $11.00 and I swear I ve seen plate saucers bigger than that thing!!! It was literally the size of a new roll of toilet paper!!! I was so done & never so ready to come back home 4 days & 3 nights were way too long!! I ve never felt so prompt to write a review for anywhere until now!!
Lovely hotel with great access to the airport. Not much to do in the area, but Downtown and Short North are pretty close for Uber.
Awesome stay! Located right next to the airport as the name suggests making it very convenient for travelers. The bathroom fittings are nicely updated. I had a couch, tv, refrigerator, table to work on and best of all was a bed so comfortable that I didn't want to leave it! You'll find plenty of free parking at this hotel too.
Was there for an event. Everything worked out nicely. I would go there again.
Only 10 minutes away from the airport and customer offices, clean rooms, good restaurant for breakfast & lunch, kind staff, comfy bed, fast wifi.

The River City breakfast bar cooked their bacon too hard. Eggs were not that great. Dishes were not very clean. Rooms are okay. The entire hotel needs renovations though.
All staff were extremely engaging and helpful. From check in to check out! That would include the shuttle to the airport this morning. Bey was very helpful and knowledgable!! Thank you Bey! My only regret is I only had two bucks cash for a tip this morning. My first flight in 13 years!!
Second time staying here, the shower has good pressure and is spacious, the beds are comfortable. The food here is good, especially the wings. The staff are friendly and the parking is ample.
Walk in shower was great. Very comfortable and clean. Long distance from room to restaurant downstairs. Had room service and it was great. Very quiet
It was really worst experience I had. I am Marriott's platinum member with corporate account. They are treating the platinum member like nothing.
Management is poor. Rooms are not clean and have smell of food.
The concierge lounge is so tiny not even fit 15-20 people. Worst part is no attendant for lounge and food are not kept up to date.i.e. all plates are empty and they don't refill that.
I don't recommend anyone to this hotel.
