Helpful staff and a great courtyard with a patio from my room. Loving my stay

Very beautiful inside and out cosy and elegant and your able to hold a variety of functions here, the staff are very friendly and helpful they have extensive room service and a in house restaurant and bar that in lovely the menu is superb and they have a members club the M Club which includes a exercise room, televisions and a quite place to hold business meetings. This is truly a family oriented atmosphere. Great parking and wheelchair accessible.

I attended an event in the conference rooms. The hotel is very nice with plenty of meeting rooms and a wide open common area. I would go back.

staff was excellent! room, pool sauna, shower, bed was amazing! this was our first time there and we will definitely be back! my husband was so surprised and very impressed! loved the shopping and dining were close!

Nice place but the restaurant was a bit of disappointment.

Indoor Pool, Free Hot Breakfast ,and free Wi-Fi We didn't get any of them here She Said " We don't have a Pool " I was really upset ,that was the main reason I went with them, I had my 3 grandkids for the weekend ,ages 5 ,8, and 11
NO Warm Breakfast , No Breakfast At All They said Due To Covid
No Free Wifi either They said the charge is per Device at $7.95 a day for slow Internet or $12.95 for the fastest speed They also charged
$75 for incedentals hours held on your card ,which didn't credit back immediately after check out , I was unaware of at all, and also a $20 fee ,for guest per night to park in their parking lot
The room was just ok , standard nothing unique or Special about it
The room was clean and ample size

Clean and comfortable. But the toilets are incredibly loud and wake up anyone else sleeping in the room.

Decent size rooms with some updates but not worth what they charge. Nice full breakfast buffet but it is not included with the price of the rooms. Will not stay there again and wouldn't recommend.

Nice facility & staff, great breakfast, miserable bed..

Was in town for the Ohio Safety Council & Expo and made last minute reservation. Was pleasantly surprised, the lobby area makes a great first impression. My room was clean and orderly. Had dinner and breakfast in their restaurant and both meals were excellent. Was most impressed with the friendly staff at the desk, restaurant/bar and throughout. Great job Columbus Airport Marriott!!!

Standard room. Comfortable beds. Super clean. Friendly staff. I can not understate how amazing the burger is. Worth a seat at the bar.

Only attended an event for a couple of hours. The public areas are pleasant.

One of the best I have visited throughout the U.S. The staff goes well above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The food was fresh and staff attentive to everyone needs.

Steph who is in the concierge lounge daily always has a smile on her face and make everyone fell welcome and attentive to everyone's needs.

Great stay, I will be staying here again in my future business travels.

Descent quiet room. Parking lot had trash all over, but the room was surface clean. A little dated. Pleasant staff.

I ve held 12-15 meetings at this hotel over the past 4 years and have had nothing but top-notch service. The sleeping rooms were updated over the last couple of years and the meeting rooms are really nice as well.

Great full service Marriott. Beds, linens and furniture comfortable and well appointed. 1 King bedroom 2 room suite was very spacious. Carpet clean but showing some wear. Concierge lounge had friendly and efficient servers with food being top notch. Great location, comfortable stay the night before flying out.

Friendly to the nth degree. GREAT place to stay and fly... Or just stay! Room was clean (like every Marriott property I've ever been in), and the staff went out of their way to be helpful without my asking.

Hotel is ok. Bar service SUCKS!
Monday night, 6 people in the bar and no bartender in sight. After 10 minutes I left.

Clean, attractive facilities; staff was attentive & pleasant; easy to locate, just off the highway.

I've attended a lot of conferences here. The rooms are nice but the heating/AC is either too much or not enough. Not a lot of fine control in the conference rooms. The food is awesome if your event has a meal included.

Great hotel with the M Club and a very helpful staff.

Location was easy to find and event hall was clean and very well arranged. Love the complimentary coffee and there is small vending place to grab few snacks. Staff is friendly and offered complimentary drinks. Hotel's wifi speed was great. Only piece i am not sure if they can provide phones to event room for professional events

Very nice hotel. The breakfast buffet is pretty good. People around the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here for a weekend family celebration. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the public spaces are open and airy. I think the rooms were very clean and the bathroom was updated with great water pressure through the rain shower head. My only complaint was the mattress. Very commonly hotels just don't have firm enough mattresses, and its compounded by the 3 or 4 fitted sheets, trying to keep them clean.

Book directly through the hotel if you have a room preference.

So convenient to the airport. Decent gym. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating - I travel to Columbus frequently for work, and they are the reason I choose to stay here. The rooms are a little outdated and the walls are thin, but overall it is a great place to stay.

Eveything cost, even the wifi and it still dont work. I would had gave it a no , it wasnt an opinion . I would not recommend this hotel to anyone or any hotels near the airport

Business stay. Location convenient to work and airport. Enjoyed lobby fountain, comfortable bed, clean organized bathroom. Short drive to river walk (Sciato Mile). Enjoyed restaurants at Easton Town Square. VB

Traveling every week can either be tiresome or enjoyable. This is probably the best hotel. The waitstaff in the restaurant is incredible and on top of their game. Checking in is friendly and starts your stay off right with a friendly smile.

Martin Borawski, General Manager for this property went above and beyond to assist my family's needs while in town for a baseball tournament. He was friendly, patient and most of all efficient.

Always professional, clean and they make sure you are completely taken care of.

Reception was very friendly however wish the place had better reception and free water bottles.

Stayed for nationals and had a great time with my team.

I had a very good experience with this marriot. I was here for a social event and the staff were very accommodating. They were attentive and everything looked clean and professional.

The Marriott was an incredibly amazing place. As soon as I walked in the door I knew that I would enjoy my time there. They had extremely gorgeous scenery all throughout the building and the staff there was quite amazing as well.

I would definitely consider going back.

Everything is very fancy. No doubt the furniture costs more than my car. Exorbitant luxury. WiFi costs extra.

Nice proximity to the airport, but don't forget people get killed at the Waffle House next door. Side note: the Waffle House next door comes highly recommended for your enemies.

This is an excellent venue for a conference. Out rooms were near to the main meeting area. It was clean and comfortable, and included a mini fridge.

Nice airport, smaller in size and easy to navigate. Made it through security very quickly on Saturday morning (Pre-check line was open). Some rental cars onsite, so you don't have to take a shuttle. I rented from Enterprise, and there wasn't anyone on duty when I dropped my car off at 5:20am, but there was a key slot. Southwest gate areas are nice and most have plug areas to charge your electronics.

This hotel has spacious rooms with an airport shuttle. Has Starbucks located inside. About 3 miles from eatery, theater and Easton. Only con is no real restaurant in site just a little bistro with limited selection.

Nice hotel. Just a lot of walking. No carts at the front of the hotel. I had to go all the way around to door#3 to just get a cart to get my items to my room.

Easy to get to, comfortable night, and reasonably good food in the lounge keeps me coming back

As always, the Marriott staff were attentive and always exceeded expectations. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The only thing that would have been better would have been USB outlets in room for charging. I forgot my cell charger. My fault not theirs but it would have added a nice touch.
