Really enjoyed my stay. As an ambassador elite member I'm very glad I continue to give my business to the Marriott Brand. Dry Cleaning services were great as well as a very modern M lounge. My room was very modern which I really enjoyed. Will recommend this location and will stay here next time I'm in the area.
Poor conference facility with questionable connectivity. Imagine a hotel that doesn't have any speaker phone capability for it's conference rooms. Also, they did not use their door signage to tell people what meetings were in the conference rooms. The hotel staff didn't seem to know either, so folks in the lobby had to ask each other. Most of the water glasses that the catering staff put in the conference rooms were rather dirty. Now I know why everyone brought bottled water. For a Marriott, this is a rather disappointing experience.
Used the Capital II meeting room. Everything was very nice. The buffet lunch was delicious.
They need to get a pool and ask how many people are staying in the room so they can give everyone a card.
It was very clean, beautiful, staff was nice, has a Starbucks and in hotel food cafe, good stuff.
The hotel is well-placed near I-670 but out of earshot so traffic noise is minimal. The registration desk is across the hotel (separated by conference rooms) from the guest rooms but parking is spread around the hotel with guest-access entry doors around the perimeter. The rooms are nicely laid out and very clean. The overall stay was pleasant.
Great location. Perfect for events with travelers from out of town.
Our group stayed during Rock On The Range 2014. All in all, it was really nice. The price was right. The only" problems" we had is that on the concierge level, no free continental breakfast on weekends and you are charged for WiFi if not a certain rewards level. But awesome beds!
The room was clean and staff very friendly. My wife and I stayed there over night because of the bad weather conditions and they've made us feel welcome and comfortable. The lounge was also a great quiet place to work.
Just 10 minutes from Columbus International Airport and is conveniently located with shuttle provided around the clock. Shuttle is also provided to/from Easton area. M lounge is there to please elite guests and front desk staffs are very helpful and personable. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Bathroom has been renovated recently is shiny. Enough electric outlet for techies and beyond. Few caveat to the hotel is improving expanding breakfast items and its freshness.
Service is amazing some days and barely ok others. The women that work the counter are sweet.

The staff is nicer than pie! So attentive, polite, and accommodating.
The rooms are old-ish, though the bathrooms seem very modern. It's an interesting vibe. You can tell it was really fancy at one time (the 80s?). Everything is "good."
The food (room service) is very delicious and only slightly-ridiculously priced-- I mean it's room service, so duh.
I would definitely stay here again, if only because of the staff and my trust in their customer service and reliability.
M club is nice, I wish restaurant will offer better vegetarian choices

The hotel needs a complete renovation not part of a renovation. Even though they had a renovation in the rooms but only some parts. They didn t do the complete the renovation therefore It is very tired looking.
It s smells moldy in rooms because of old carpets. Some of the mattress are so old that it sinks in on certain sides. Old desks or old end tables for example that doesn t match the new couches. Gosh.
It was a really nice and clean. But the one person that checked us in wasn't the most personable.
