Just purchased a vehicle from them in the past few days, and I worked with a Dave Johnson.

The service was amazing. They were willing to work with me on every aspect and I couldn't ask for more. For this being the first time I've purchased a new car, the experience was totally painless. I will absolutely be coming back here first for future new car needs.

I can say nothing but good things when it comes to...

I can say nothing but good things when it comes to Columbia Honda or my the salesperson who helped me his name is Jermaine Adams. I have now gotten two cars from Jermaine (first was great just upgraded!) and my daughter has gotten cars from him and so has my boyfriend. Jermaine helped us each time and has always worked very hard to get us the best deal and has always been so polite, informative, and extremely helpful! I honestly won't go anywhere else for any future car needs, and I will recommend Columbia Honda, and especially JERMAINE ADAMS to everyone possibly looking for a fantastic deal and beautiful vehicle. Thank you so much Jermaine has been a pleasure I love my newest 2016 Honda HVR it is amazing!

I wrote into my contract that I wanted an extra key. I got 2 keys with the vechicle and not 3 keys as promised. They asked me to take the car into my local dealer to get a key made and send them the invoice. I did as instructed. I bought the car in August 2015. It's November, and they have not reimbursed me for the key.
I just found out today that George Soros is an investor in this car dealership.

Very good experience for my first visit to Columbi...

Very good experience for my first visit to Columbia Honda. I had road noise that I wanted checked out. I planned on getting tires already. The technician diagnosed that I had a wheel bearing that was grinding. They contacted me to let me know of their findings to get approval to do the repairs needed. When they were finished I received an email saying it was done. Their repairs made a huge improvement with the noise and also the steering.
I am completely satisfied with the diagnosis and repairs performed. I will be returning to Honda for future services needed.

Never had a more streamlined and pleasant experience. Those days of sitting there for hours and hours and hours wasn t the case. Carrie Price was prompt and handled everything along with the finance manager, Mike.

I literally gave them all the information 30 minutes before I showed up. Signed papers and out with temp tags and everything within 5 minutes; not an exaggeration.

Was the best experience I ve ever had in 25 years of buying cars.

I (well, my boyfriend) found my car online. I went in a met with Matt. He found the Civic on the lot for me and took me for a test drive. Talk about low key sales! I had to ask him what to do to buy the car. It was the easiest car buying experience I ve ever had and we bought a truck 2 weeks later from someone else (our mistake, we should have gone back to Matt!). He answered all our questions and made everything run so smoothly without ever pushing us! I firmly recommend Columbia Honda and ask for Matt Bourne!

This is the only place I will ever buy my next Honda. In 2014 we bought a CRV and the sale was fast and easy. And from then on its been a great relationship between us and the service department. With oil changes and updates as needed
The staff in this area a easy to work with and have never tried to upsell me on anything at any time.
If you are thinking of a new Honda dealer do not hesitate, these are the people for you.

He wasn't pushy like all the others. If you told him you didn't like the price he will work with you and do everything he can to make you happy. I was originally told I would get a gift card for writing a good review but since I have yet to receive anything, I decided I'd write an honest review. I worked with Frank on this trade in/purchase. He and the manager were too aggressive for my liking. I felt pressured to make a purchase immediately. I decided to purchase after a few days. I came into finish the deal. I waited around for far over an hour before I decided to leave. After coming back the next day, I again waited for nearly an hour. In retrospect, I probably should not have given them my business as they clearly did not show me very much respect.

Nick was great to work with it took me several weeks of planning to finally purchase my new CRV. Nick was patient and helpful along the way. He was good at checking in with me on a regular basis but never pushy. Once I was ready to purchase he had my car waiting and made the paperwork quick and easy. Not very often do you get a car sales person that is professional and easy to work with. Nick was both. Then when we moved to the finance department we also had a great experience with Keith. Keith explained our options and again was no pressure and just a very nice guy I look forward to purchasing our next car from Nick and Keith at Columbia Honda.

I'm always a little fearful of car shopping because I hate high-pressure sales, but Cory Bonner was my salesperson, and he was amazing! He found the perfect car for me, answered all my questions, and made sure I was completely satisfied before I finalized my purchase. Ryan and Dave were also wonderful to work with. First and foremost, KaRon the salesman was wonderful to work with. Super patient and helpful while working with a nervous first-time car buyer who wasn t quite sure what I wanted.

The dealership also was great, they worked with me on price and made sure I was able to get a second key for the car despite it not being traded in with one. Same with floor mats and fixing a minor issue with the car s window. They also installed a new battery without having to be asked.

Overall would happily do business with them again and recommend them to other used car buyers.

Normally the car buying experience is not always pleasant. But I can honestly say that everyone from our salesman Arthur to the parts guy Randy was very helpful, attentive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. My daughter has an Odyssey and has had it serviced here several times and has had wonderful experiences each time. Everyone has been so helpful.

After repeated visits to local mechanics and then visiting Columbia Honda, I won't go anywhere else now. They get it right the 1st time. If there is a problem they will do their best to make it right. The biggest reason for not having went there 1st was price, after multiple trips to lesser shops, Columbia Honda comes out less expensive without the hassle of multiple trips.

I've been here over an hour waiting for them to mount my front plate which they never did when they sold me my car... I was told it would be done in a few minutes... after 45 minutes I was told that it would be about 15 minutes more as they had to buy the mount from elsewhere.... now an hour and 20 minutes later I'm still waiting. I was told it would be 3 more minutes. Negative...I'm still waiting. When I asked about the slow up, I was given the whole, "if I would have known you were coming in...". Just stop. I never asked you to give me time frames you can't keep. I will not be coming back here. This is my third time and it has always been some bs like them not pulling my car up like they do others and everything... now dude just came back and told me it would be five more minutes. IM DONE

Columbia Honda offers the best in customer service and experience. We now own three Hondas, two of which we purchased new from there, and one which we bought used, also from Columbia Honda. TJ Mitchell runs the service department. His ability to go over and beyond to assist makes him, in my opinion, the best in our community. We have the peace of mind that, no matter what happens to our vehicles, we are in great hands.

My husband and I broke down at the food pantry just down from columbia Honda! I ran over to see if they could do a key for us, since we have a Honda and their service department was closed. The gentleman at the front offered to lend us a car, free of charge, until we could have our vehicle towed. We didn't even buy from them! Long story short, they did everything they could to help us, fixed our Honda and did it in a timely manner, without charging an arm and a leg. We will be going back to them! Great people! Amazing business!

Update 5/21 Honda contacted me regarding my issue, they took care of it 100 percent and fixed my dash at no cost to me. They left me a car for the week it took, as parts take some time with everything going on. And I couldn t be happier! Thank you so much for the communication and great customer service! I will certainly be back, as I fell in LOVE with my loaner car!

The customer service and communication is poor. We bought our car in full on 5/2. We were told it needed to be serviced and detailed before we could take home. We agreed to this. That was our first mistake. When we got our car on 5/4, the detail was horrible, also we received no paperwork stating what or if any service was done. Unacceptable.. my husband just hoped maybe they would send service information when title and extra key comes in. The plastic mats where still on the floor and white powder covered every surface of the car. Sadly It took a few days for anyone to contact us regarding our dissatisfaction with the detail job. When they finally got back to us we set up it to be picked up on 5/9. Sadly I had to call and remind them of this, as I was told there was no record. They took my car and sadly it came back in the same condition. I called them again, now this issue wouldn t have been major but the dash of the car was perfect when bought but now was ruined. I was hoping they could fix and make right. I was told by the person handling the issues as my sales rep had a personal matter that he himself would make sure my car was completed correctly on Monday 5/11. Fast forward to 5/11, our sales rep called and confirmed what was needed, stated my car wasn t even handled correctly in his absence, that they didn t even detail it Sat. Which I knew from the results. They picked up from my work on 5/11. 3:30 rolls around and I haven t heard anything, so I call my sales rep twice and leave a message. Nothing back. I call at 4:45pm as I leave work at 5 and want some update on my car and to make sure it s returned to the correct place. Got through, then got a call back stating it wasn t finished yet. Ok No big deal but communication goes a long way. Finally get my car back today 5/12 and while finally all the white powder is off. The some of the damage to the dash was fixed. My dash is still ruined. As I paid cash in full for this car, I m the one eating the damage not Honda.

Communication to the customer is number one is auto sales, service and repairs.
The lack of it, and the lack of concern that whoever ruined a piece of my car is concerning.

I got a great car out of the transaction, just wish I would have been treated much better regarding my car, I understand I don t have a loan but I m still a paying customer. And you make money in hopes i return for all my service and repair needs.

Lastly during the current time, you would expect my car be returned to me very clean and handled well.

Normally I never write anything negative, but this Dealership warrants a negative review DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS! I bought a pre-owned truck from them, which we all know can have tons of issues being used. I spent over $3000 within 6 months in repair, which that didn't bother me. They went above and beyond to accommodate transportation for me and let me use a loaner vehicle.

The issue was that the service department has problems being honest with their costumers and the General Manager, Danny, tried his best to deal with this but ultimately failed and became upset with me and the service department and lost all professionalism towards the end of this. I was flat out lied to multiple times on things that needed repair on my vehicle. SAFETY CONCERNS: When I bought my truck from them, they replaced the ball-joints which is crucial to safe driving and needs to be operating correctly in order to pass a Missouri Safety Inspection. They then had to replace them AGAIN 6 months down the road due to improper installation from their shop. I was charged for this but then asked, "why I was charged if they were installed under 12 months and its covered under warranty?" They said "we overlooked it.". They eventually refunded my money... Another issue, and this is where it all started, was my truck could not stop leaking oil. I had them replace head gaskets, seals and everything else that would leak oil from what THEY told me. But it ended up being the Rear main seal ($1000). Granted we did work out a compromise on payment after they could not get my truck to stop leaking oil. Therefore, Columbia Honda definitely deserves 2/5 stars rather than 0/5 stars for working with me on that at accommodating transportation while my vehicle was being worked on.

As parent, Columbia Honda convinced me and my whole family that they were incapable of keeping people safe on the road. I do believe they have good intentions, but I think they are so busy they don't have enough time or proper staffing to look deep into issues that could cause potential harm or unnecessary financial charges to their customers. It's a shame because I did enjoy the all the staff and the entire environment at Columbia Honda, until everything turned sour and they gave me no choice but to never step a single foot in their doors again.

Unfortunately, I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever go back.

Columbia Honda does an outstanding job with service after the sale. I've found that they are competitive on price for all service needs including oil changes, wiper blades, tires, batteries and more. Even past the price consideration, they back up their work with the goal of making it right. Every time. I have an Odyssey and (2) CRV's and drive with confidence knowing all of the maintenance needs are addressed and corrected. Customer service isn't their goal, it's in their business DNA. I'm a huge fan!

My husband and I could not be happier with the service we received this past weekend. We purchased our first ever new vehicle. Our sales rep, Josh, was awesome from the moment we pulled onto the lot. There was no pressure to purchase anything. We told him what we were looking for and that is what he showed us without trying to lead us in another direction. All of the staff was very pleasant. The entire process was well organized and did not waste our time. Their financing department was knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant. We really could not have asked for a better experience. Columbia Honda Rocks!

We had a very good experience buying a Honda Pilot from them. They were professional and didn't waste our time...which I appreciate. The deal took about 2 1/2 hours from test drive to driving away with the car. Caleb was our sales guy and he was pleasant to deal with. Of course, as with any dealership, know what you are buying and what your trade is. Have your financing before going in.

Done with this place. Had issues before trying to buy an SUV years back. Now I purchased a pre-owned car at the end of July and again have issues. When you ask about the condition and are told no problems and they brag about the 7 point or 10 point check they do, it's BS. I took the car in to another garage to check alignment with about 1000 or 1500 miles of owning it. The oil was barely on the dipstick when i arrived. What we found is the car is using oil, not just a little but after topping it off , it was down a 1/4 within just 2 weeks. I also found the front main seal starting to seep. Just a drop here or there so not enough to affect anything. Stay away from these hack jobs.

If I could give no stars I would. I drove in from two hours away to look at a specific vehicle. I was serious about the purchase of this used car, and paid $100 to have my own mechanic inspect the vehicle. After an entire day of wasted time and them running my credit about a million times, they told me their lenders wouldn't touch it because the vehicle was "too old". I have very decent credit, all they had to do was come down on the price. It wouldn't have hurt them to do so, as I know they would have still made money off the vehicle since it was a trade in for them. I guess it just wasn't close enough to the end of the month. They drug this into two days and on the second day they became unresponsive and I had to call the salesman and dealership to find out what was going on. I will never take my business here and I'll make sure that no one I know in Columbia does either. They wasted my time, and money, and managed to put a dent in my credit without helping to put me into a new vehicle. All in all they were polite to my face but they screwed me over and generally have terrible customer service if this is what they do to people.

Their service is top notch! Especially their car service department. Will seriously never take my car anywhere else. They always fit me in and they have a multi point inspection with every visit! They help you catch problems before they come up which can save you a bunch of money. Plus, they offer free snacks and drinks while you wait! Or catch the shuttle to go wherever you need to go. I waited for about 3 hours but with guest service like theirs, I don t mind a bit. Prices are super reasonable and affordable too! Top of the line customer service. Good looking out, Honda.

After writing this review the managers got in contact with me. They replaced the missing floormats and had a service manager look over the windshield chip repair. They told me they couldn't do anything else for the windshield chip, so I'll have to take their word for it. Not perfect, but I guess as good as it's going to get. OVerall, good experience and they made up for any issues I had earlier.

I recently purchased a Mazda CX-5 from Columbia Honda and had a mixed experience. Overall the test-drive and purchasing experience was pretty good. There was the typical car sales negotiation with the salesman and manager, and I didn't have any issues. However, after taking the car home I had two issues. First, I noticed that one of the back seat floormats was missing. I should have caught this when I picked up the car, but it would have been nice if the dealership would have given me a heads up before I took the vehicle home. Additionally, after getting a rock thrown into my windshield I came back to the service department for the repair. I was a bit disappointed in the windshield repair service that I had. Part of the crack is still there and the repair is somewhat visible. I understand that I shouldn't expect the chip in the windshield to go completely away, but I'm still a bit concerned if the chip was repaired to the full extent it should be to avoid the damage getting worse. Additionally, I tried emailing and contacting someone about this service through the website before writing a review, but they never got back to me.

Sold our only veichile for a down payment on a car. Said everything was approved and good to go after 12 hours of communication. Went and spent 400$ and got insurance on the car before going to the lot and made a 2 hours drive with 2 kids. Go there and said that we would not be approved due to no prof of income after the guy said it was waved, have his text message to prove that. Walked away highly pissed off and without vechile now. Don't recommend this place for anyone.

The customer service was okay, the man I had spoken to the prior day said the service center had opened at 7 but neglected to tell me the mechanics would not start working until 8. The shuttle service driver was rude and made me late to work. He told me he was 10 minutes away from me and showed up 45minutes later and he was only up the street. I'm very frustrated and annoyed by this. Get more than one shuttle and better drivers.

When we talked to financing the rate was switched last minute and the financier wouldn't let us speak to the bank. They just don't seem very transparent. Did not buy a car from them.
