Normally I never write anything negative, but this Dealership warrants a negative review DUE TO SAFETY CONCERNS! I bought a pre-owned truck from them, which we all know can have tons of issues being used. I spent over $3000 within 6 months in repair, which that didn't bother me. They went above and beyond to accommodate transportation for me and let me use a loaner vehicle.

The issue was that the service department has problems being honest with their costumers and the General Manager, Danny, tried his best to deal with this but ultimately failed and became upset with me and the service department and lost all professionalism towards the end of this. I was flat out lied to multiple times on things that needed repair on my vehicle. SAFETY CONCERNS: When I bought my truck from them, they replaced the ball-joints which is crucial to safe driving and needs to be operating correctly in order to pass a Missouri Safety Inspection. They then had to replace them AGAIN 6 months down the road due to improper installation from their shop. I was charged for this but then asked, "why I was charged if they were installed under 12 months and its covered under warranty?" They said "we overlooked it.". They eventually refunded my money... Another issue, and this is where it all started, was my truck could not stop leaking oil. I had them replace head gaskets, seals and everything else that would leak oil from what THEY told me. But it ended up being the Rear main seal ($1000). Granted we did work out a compromise on payment after they could not get my truck to stop leaking oil. Therefore, Columbia Honda definitely deserves 2/5 stars rather than 0/5 stars for working with me on that at accommodating transportation while my vehicle was being worked on.

As parent, Columbia Honda convinced me and my whole family that they were incapable of keeping people safe on the road. I do believe they have good intentions, but I think they are so busy they don't have enough time or proper staffing to look deep into issues that could cause potential harm or unnecessary financial charges to their customers. It's a shame because I did enjoy the all the staff and the entire environment at Columbia Honda, until everything turned sour and they gave me no choice but to never step a single foot in their doors again.

Unfortunately, I will never recommend this place to anyone or ever go back.
