High pressure sales staff. It felt like they wouldn't let us leave. Finally talked them down to a reasonable rate which the salesman agreed to. When we talked to financing the rate was switched last minute and the financier wouldn't let us speak to the bank. They just don't seem very transparent. Did not buy a car from them.
