UPDATE: After writing this review, they contacted ...

UPDATE: After writing this review, they contacted me to say that the previous owners of the minivan still had the seat. No one had gone to pick it up from them, but that some one would go get it immediately. So, one month after purchasing the minivan, they dropped the seat off. However, it hadn't even been dusted off. It had debris, cobwebs and even an old spider egg sack on it.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We've been waiting for a month for the missing seat for the Odyssey we purchased. If I ordered a $5 cheeseburger and it came without the cheese, they would immediately fix the problem. Why is it that after purchasing a far more expensive minivan, it takes a month (or more)? I can't believe that Honda doesn't have access to replacement seats. They tell me they are waiting for another used vehicle to come in that they can take a seat from, but isn't that just robbing Peter to pay Paul?

They absolutely saved the day for me! I blew out a tire on the way from KC to Columbia for the bar exam. I needed a new tire as well as some other little fixes before I could go home again. I made it there late in the day, and I was worried they d have to keep the car overnight, and I d have to spend another night in Columbia that I hadn t planned for. But service advisor Ben was so kind, understanding, and helpful! And technician Terry fixed everything up quickly and beautifully and was even double checking to make sure I was ready to go when I came out to get my car. I made it home in great time after a stressful few days! I wish they were my local Honda dealership! I can t recommend them highly enough!!!!!

I wish I could give 5 stars for the service depart...

I wish I could give 5 stars for the service department and 0 stars for the sales department. I have had nothing but bad experiences with the sales team here. All they care about is how much your monthly payment will be. They try to push you into buying anything they can and it feels very impersonal. On the flip side, the service department does great work and they're very thorough. Like any dealership the service is slow though, so expect to wait a couple hours for even something basic like an oil change.

He showed us the features of the car (the Civic, a model we weren't familiar with) and listened to what we were looking for. Mike in finance was quick and efficient. Had a wonderful experience. We traded in a 2013 Honda Ridgeline and purchased a new Honda Ridgeline. We love the new truck that has all the bells and whistles. Our salesman, Bill Shelton was both knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. We felt we got a good deal and will return for future purchases.

Me and my bf been looking around for car had been turned down from other delearship i saw this place online and decided to come check it out. This is the best car dealership i ever experienced. I highly recommended ! The place is clean n neat, they got drinks n snacks even have place for the kids to play. Its incredible. as you come in the workers are amazing they greet you and make you feel welcome. Our sales person that day was a very nice n sweet lady name MICHELE BENJAMIN. she helped us very well..she listens to your needs and desire she is very understanding and work with you to get exactly what you want. The team behind her were just as helpful and dedicated to help us. I had been looking for a 2018 accord in my hometown of Springfield Missouri. My dealer didn t want to make any deals with me on my trade in so I decided to look elsewhere for business. I looked on autotrader and found a great deal on a used 2018 accord. I submitted an email to the dealership and got a response within 5 minutes. It was a Sunday so I didn t think I would hear back from anybody until Monday so I was very surprised. A salesman by the name of Matt Bourne took time out of his day off to help me with my questions and even find the perfect vehicle for my price range. I really appreciated that a lot. I live in Springfield and have to work Monday thru Friday so I couldn t make it to see him to do the deal until the weekend. His service was so great that he had the car driven to my house which is 3 hours from his dealership to trade our vehicles and complete the deal. I was blown away by that. If you are looking for great service that goes above and beyond go see Matt Bourne at Colombia Honda here in Missouri. I promise you won t be sorry you did.

Everytime I go for any small thing the people ALWAYS make sure I'm taking care of. Sevice is always informative, sales people are always ready for you to test drive any car and take the time to discuss options without being pushy. For the first time in 30+ years I don't dread going to a car lot or having my vehicle serviced.

This dealer wanted to charge me for leaking power ...

This dealer wanted to charge me for leaking power steering fluid and faulty pump when I took it in for inspection. As I haven't noticed any recent leaks whatsoever from my car, I took it to 2 other mechanics for a different issue and asked that they check on the power steering. In both cases, they said there was no problems or leaks at all from the power steering. Nice try, Columbia Honda! I can only imagine how you cheat your car buying patrons.

UPDATE: No attempts have been made by this company to contact me in any way, as they said they would, and the same generic "we will reach out" is also posted on other low reviews. Just another red flag to look out for for these scammers. Buyer beware!

The folks that work here are just AWESOME! They not only know how to work with the cars, but also with the customers who bring them in. They know what I need now and what I don't need to worry about until later in the future, but still make suggestions that are undoubtedly more for the driver's safety compared to other companies who just want more money. After being in a bad car accident I set out to buy a brand new car for the first time. My first stop was Columbia Honda. I stopped by to check out a few cars and our salesman Trent greeted us and asked if we had any questions and showed us a few options. Like any customer I told him I was going to shop around and I would let him know. I searched from St. Louis to Jeff city and couldn t find a better deal. I came back the next day to pick my car and give an offer. Trent made it quick and simple and gave me the best deal around on my 2020 civic sport! I couldn t be any happier with the customer service I received and the great deal!! If you re looking for a new car for a great deal don t pass up Columbia Honda!

I am originally planning to buy a used Honda car. After I have the test-driven, we ended up buying nothing since I felt it is better to get a new one . The salesman seems to be disappointed. But when I tried to contact the salesman the other day. He was ignoring me. I sent him messages and manager an email & never got a response. This is probably the worst purchase experience I have ever had. I would rather choose another dealer.

Updated- I changed my score since their manager has taken care of my case and resign a salesman Matt to me. Matt is polite, nice and knows the car well. I am happy about what I got- a brand new Honda CRV. I am glad that they have taken their reviewers comments seriously.

TJ and the rest of the Honda service crew are always outstanding. They are always able to schedule an appointment when convenient and get the work done quickly, correctly, and affordably. Even though I work at a different car dealership I still bring my Accord to TJ for service.

They're very professional and they did a great job making the process as painless as possible. Before I went to Honda, I went to 3 other dealerships and at the first one the salesman tried to sell me a more expensive car than we discussed, at the second one the salesman and Finance Mgr. continuously tried to get me to buy a model I had no interest in at all, and the third dealership tried to rush me through the entire process to where I felt like an inconvenience to them and they were nice enough to add a few thousand on to the previously agreed upon amount.
Matt and Ryan at Columbia Honda actually payed attention to everything I said, answered all my questions, didn't rush me at all which made for an enjoyable experience. Columbia Honda has a lot of great reviews for a reason

I LOVED my service at Honda!!!! I bought a Honda from another small used car dealer and it has been a nightmare to own. In the shop every other month (the shop I was using kept messing up, thus the many visits). Anyways, it was in bad shape by the time I brought it to Honda and they fixed it and were in constant communication with me and were honest and helpful and amazing! Best service I have gotten with this van!! They did everything in there power to make stuff right. I dealt mostly with TJ, but the whole staff was very nice every time I was in there! I was very pleased and happy with my service and they got my car fixed! Yay!

No salesman trickery here; Trent listened to what we were looking for and showed us only vehicles in stock that fit those criteria. Our experience was so much better than expected. While on a weekend trip I had to stop at Fletcher Honda because my Accord was not running correctly. Amanda in Service was very helpful and helped diagnose the problem very quickly. Unfortunately, the issue was a recall and was a 2 day fix. Since I was on a trip, I rented a car and planned to pick my Accord on Sunday on my way back through town. On Sunday, the mechanic Doug Jennings texted me letting him know that he was nearly finished with the car and it would be ready for me that afternoon. I was shocked to learn that Doug was working on a Sunday morning to get my car fixed. He stated that he loved his job and loves to help people. I am still truly amazed. I wish I lived closer to Columbia so I could get my regular service done there. Nobody likes to deal with an unplanned breakdown, but they made a good experience out of a bad situation.

The customer service in the service department is excellent!!!!
However, sales, not so much. I have been standing on their show room floor looking around at cars for about 15 minutes and not one person has even asked to help me, despite several salespeople hurriedly rushing by me. They are not busy! I'm having my Accord serviced here today and it has high miles.....it won't last forever. I initially thought that I would purchase my new car here. But after today....Did I mention that I am a "prime" customer? I could walk out of here with a car in about 20 minutes. But much like they are treating me right now.....not so much. Just left my name and number for the Sales Manager. Let's see if he calls. ********UPDATE************************
Just spoke with the General Manager before I even got out the door with my repair. He aplologized for the lack of sales attention and answered all of my questions. NOW, I feel like I've received the Honda customer service to which I'm accustomed. I can change my rating to a "4 Star".

Took my FIT in for a recall notice (free service, right?), the technician asked if I'd like them to look everything over. Sure, it's been making a strange sound. On pickup I was charged $50 for the once over that was offered without a price attached, that is complimentary everywhere else I get my car serviced. Today I attempted to purchase a car from David Stringer at Columbia Honda. I felt both saddened and alarmed by my experience. I was accused of engaging in illegal activity. This accusation alone should have been enough. I also felt that he was making assumptions that he would not have made had I been co-signing on the loan with a person of similar racial or ethnic background. I have co-signed on car loans before and NEVER felt that what I was doing was in some way inappropriate. As a woman attempting to navigate a typically stress-inducing male dominated experience, I know for certain that my business will not extend to Columbia Honda in the future.

Like a previous reviewer, my 2001 Accord was purchased new from Albert Buick Honda on Rangeline. After all these years and 175,000+ miles, it keeps going just like the energizer bunny. I attribute this to the quality product Honda makes but also the quality service department. John Willis helped me with a major dilemma many years ago. I still remember the customer service he provided then. He still runs the service department with a team that provides a ten star performance on every visit. My service tech is TJ and he is awesome. You will receive a truly honest assessment on the needed repairs and the estimate for the repair.

I've been to several different Honda dealerships across the country and they've all been pretty good, but this place really blew me away. My family has owned Hondas for many years and this was the best car buying experience I've ever had hands down. I also took my other Honda in to get serviced shortly after and the service team is just incredible. So knowledgeable and they fixed something that another dealership couldn't. Everyone at Columbia Honda was extremely nice and professional and really went out of their way for anything we needed. I would buy from here again without question. Ask for Cory who is an awesome salesman that hooked us up with a great deal and went above and beyond.

I live in Minnesota, but found the exact slightly used Acura that I was searching for online at Columbia Honda. The salesperson, Ron Tooley, did an excellent job of walking me through how the purchase process would work for an out of state buyer. Columbia Honda was able to deliver the Acura to my house in Minnesota and drive away with my Trade-In vehicle. The Acura was exactly as shown and described in the pictures and videos and I'm incredibly happy with the car. I can't believe how easy and simple the process was. I would highly recommend Ron Tooley and Columbia Honda to any local or out of state car buyers.

I am a very thorough person. I don't make any big purchase without doing a ton of research. With that in mind, I expected to spend an entire weekend going to different dealerships, checking out their cars, and haggling over price. Turns out, I only needed to go to one. I went to Columbia Honda first and I left several hours later with a new vehicle.
The sales lady (Michele) was very pleasant to work with. She answered all of my questions and allowed me plenty of space and time to make up my mind. She wasn't breathing down my throat and pressuring me to do anything. I told her what I wanted and she didn't try to push my budget or anything.
Honestly, it was just a great experience. They got me the car that I wanted at a great price and without making it a painful experience.

Slight complaint: their finance office rain numerous hard inquiries on my credit. Please do soft inquiries.

Nevertheless, I highly recommend checking out Columbia Honda and seeing if they can get you hooked up.

Marcus was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was familiar with all the Passport has to offer. I highly recommend this dealership.
