UPDATE: After writing this review, they contacted me to say that the previous owners of the minivan still had the seat. No one had gone to pick it up from them, but that some one would go get it immediately. So, one month after purchasing the minivan, they dropped the seat off. However, it hadn't even been dusted off. It had debris, cobwebs and even an old spider egg sack on it.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: We've been waiting for a month for the missing seat for the Odyssey we purchased. If I ordered a $5 cheeseburger and it came without the cheese, they would immediately fix the problem. Why is it that after purchasing a far more expensive minivan, it takes a month (or more)? I can't believe that Honda doesn't have access to replacement seats. They tell me they are waiting for another used vehicle to come in that they can take a seat from, but isn't that just robbing Peter to pay Paul?
