Sports bar is awesome! In my opinion the food is only so-so

It's a nice simple place with good selections of arcade games while waiting for lanes

A bit too much. Good for children's bday parties, but we went for a family outing (grandparents through toddlers) and it was too loud and busy to talk and enjoy ourselves. We were rushed through our games and the second one got cut off because it took to long.

Went on New Year's Eve with a party or 8 and had a 45 minute wait which was totally understandable given we had no reservations. We brought the kids to the arcade area and the games were all modern and working well. . The few issues we had we're taken care of immediately but the staff without question. Most of the games have a set amount of tickets they'll award regardless of how well you do but the tickets are generous and the cost of the prizes are reasonable. Very clean and we'll maintained. The bowling was good and we had no issues with the scoring and the ball selection was very good. The food is another story. We hit the food button on our keyboard but after 15 minutes determined that no one is likely paying any attention to that so we have up and ordered at the bar. Ordered two appetizer platters and they took about 20 minutes to arrive and when they did, the employee dropped one on the floor. He offered to remake it and bring it back but it never came before we left. Went to the bar to try to get it to go and was told they must have made the wrong thing. Very curiously, in replacement for our "Tour of Italy" platter that the server dropped, we were offered what looked to be an old veggie platter that was sitting at the bar looking very dried out and unnapealing or a refund...which was the obvious choice. All in all it was a great New Year's Eve experience but the servoce of the food situation seems like it's very disconnected from the quality level of everything else. The food itself was better than expected for deep fried bowling alley food but the service from the bar was an unfortunate let down.

Would have given 5 stars if management figured out a way in which cigarette smoke from thir bar patrons smoking outside the door did not come inside where children are planning games. Its a very Good place for bowlling and chuckey cheez style arcade plus place to throw kids birthday party.

Great bowling alley and laser tag. Good food and great family atmosphere. They have a nice bar and plenty room for guest. Staff and management are friendly as well.

The place is quite good with sofas, tables and large screens making it great leisure and fun place to hang out for couple of hrs. The balls are pretty old and worn out. Shoes were an inch larger than regular. In would think twice about ordering a pizza. We had a Groupon and worked great for a group of 6.

Mini bowling in the arcade area is a great experience for smaller children. The lane is about half the length of a standard lane and the balks are mini. It gives the kids the opportunity to play on their own and feel like they are having the same experience that the parents have. The menu is full of a variety, at reasonable prices. The staff is very pleasant and helpful no matter how busy the facility may be on any given day.

They did an excellent job hosting my daughter's 13th birthday party. Friendly, outgoing hostess and clean facility. Bowling and laser tag were both quite fun. I'd give the hostess a 5 star rating.
The food is lacking...I'd only rate that a 2 star. When several teenagers complain that the pizza is bad... you know the pizza is bad!!

Steve,"The manager," was very rude and had poor customer service. He could have definitely tried being at least slightly professional in the situation he, my friends, and I encountered. Never going there again.

I would go again but not for bowling.

This was my first time being here since the major remodel. It was very busy. We decided not to wait for bowling and play in the game room instead. The game room is clearly geared toward the younger crowd. The games that award tickets for prizes have a fixed amount so that it's equal payout for each play, including the "skill" based games. My wife and I still had a pretty good time.

There was a lot to do. Our family reunion ended there...it was great...!!!

Not only bowing... has Laser Tag, Arcade, Bar and Restaurant. Great place for a kids birthday party.

Bowling alley is nice. The poor review is for the arcade portion of Colonial. Maybe 25% of the games actually work. Many of them are shut off or visibly in error. Its the ones that aren't shut off, take your money, and do not work that are more infuriating.

Went here for a birthday party a couple years ago. This place had a bowling alley, laser tag, and an arcade. Had a great time.

I suck at bowling but this place is pretty cool. 10/10 would have my girlfriend make fun of me again.

Fun place. We had a party in the VIP room. You have 4 private lanes, and they have fun food packages.

Waiting 15 minutes in the Grill for a server to even approach our table. 1 hr wait for bowling

Poor service...party manager. Bowling lane equipment...malfunction..lost of party time. Overall not happy. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. Parent considering going to this place take your hard earned money somewhere else or to an other bowling place. This place is not worth it.

Had a birthday party for my daughter tonight and I got a say that I was very dissatisfied with Jenny, who is responsible for managing kids birthday parties. From the biggining when we arrives she appeared to have a chip on her shoulder. What got me upset was she refused to have my 2 year old niece spin the wheel (the birthday girl & friends spun to get prizes), because she did not pick the right number. We tried to explain how this was wrong....she should have just let the child spin, but she just did not get it. My niece did not want any prizes, she just wanted to spin the wheel. Jenny just hid behind "our policy". On top of this....they did not want to give the extra goody bag that we paid for. We paid for 10 kids and 9 showed. Their reasons were "we give goody bags to those who showed up", but we paid for the 10 bags. One of the parents brought their sibling with them and we wanted to give the 10th bag to her. Talk about nickel and diming. On top of all of this one of our bowling lanes stopped working and we had to wait to get it fixed. Very disappointed.

I have three kids and I have hosted a lot of kids birthday parties in the past 14 years. This is the first time I have had this experience. This was a kids party, but the party manager does not know how to work with kids.

We just had a corporate team building event in the VIP room at Colonial Bowling & Entertainment. The private room has four bowling lanes, a bar and food area, several couches and tables, and private restrooms.

The staff was extremely helpful with the planning process and made sure every detail was covered. All of the food was hot and delicious, but everyone in our party was really impressed with their veggie spring rolls and chicken fingers. And the bowling was an absolute blast.

A special thank you to Jenny, our party manager, who made sure everything was perfect. Everyone had such a great time, we are already talking about when we can plan our next corporate event at Colonial Bowling & Entertainment!

We had my son's 7th birthday here and it was a great experience! We had a great party host and the kids had a blast. The food was phenomenal and it was so worth the $$. The kids got to play laser tag, bowl, and received so many credits to play in the arcade. We will definitely be back!

Hadda wonderful evening.. the lane got stucked in between and they got us replaced with other lane very quickly.. thats was quite amazing :)

The bowling interface is less intuitive than other places I've been. It was much harder to enter and then later delete bowlers names compared to other places I've been. However, the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

My husband and I recently got married in the VIP Room at Colonial Bowling. After 2 years of communication, countless emails, and meetings seeing everything come together was something I couldn't even imagine. Our point of contact Jenny could not have been better, she even made and effort to "not bother me" on our wedding day, and allowed us into the room for rehearsal. Michelle who also helped with the wedding couldn't stop smiling and exclaiming of how awesome of a time we all had. My guests loved having more to do other than dance, from our 4 private bowling lanes, corn hole, Jurassic World laser tag, and the arcade there was something for everyone.

If you are looking for an out of the box wedding venue this is definitely your place. We may need to do a vow renewal there in a few years for sure. Who can say they got to bowl, play skee ball and still have a first dance all in the same place?

It was my first time at CB&E since the renovations...it turn out to be the perfect spot for our family's impromptu gathering of about 50 people! In addition to bowling there was also endless games for the kids, food & drink! We had a wonderful time, Thank You!

An awesome time was had by my son and all his friends during his birthday party at Colonial Bowling! Definitely no regrets here! An AWESOME touch was the authentic bowling pin that was signed by all my son's friends and presented to him as a part of the party package!!

Really nice place, well furnished and great bowling experience. Staff was a bit harried, but otherwise a great experience for a good price.

I arranged my daughter s birthday party at colonial bowling, party organization was good but the pizza was not cooked properly, it was raw and you can feel the dough, I complained to the staff and manager but I did not received the response from anybody and it s over 13 days , guest were hungry. Not happy with the food..totally not worth it

Great place for going bowling and playing in an arcade after, It also has a laser tag arena.

This place is awesome the drinks are a bit expensive at the bar as well as the bowling and lazer tag. But we frequent the lazer tag with large groups of thirty some year olds...and have a blast. The arcade prize selection is a bit weak could use some more candy. And they have standard bowling lanes. Fun time if your looking for a drink and to act like a child again.

Arcade stinks and laser tag is weak for kids (mine are 9 and 11). Never coming back. Seems poorly managed .

Honestly love the atmosphere and the place in general. What ruined this place for me was the fact that the manager would not allow for us to get free tap water. Even after we paid for the first pitcher, there was a refill charge thereafter.

Nice please for kids but would if the arcade area had more funtioning game, lots of the game did not work and only gave away the same tickets.

Fun for kids and dad at the arcade. I would avoid their food. Overall worth a couple of hours visit!
