I love Colonial Bowling very friendly and fun environment.

Generally and nice bowling/arcade plus facility several items broken which hampered some of the fun we were planning to do but overall we where able to make the best of it and enjoy it as it was. People were pleasant and most helpful. would go again if in the area

Good for parties or to go out with a group of friends, but the food may take a while to come out when you order something quick.

First of all, I am not sure how this place gets 5 star reviews. This place ABSOLUTELY FAILS as a bowling alley. I-am not sure if the food is good or not. And I don t care.

My girlfriend and I enjoy bowling a lot. But we moved down near princeton a few weeks ago, so we had to find a new bowling alley to go.

So we went there last Friday night for the first time. Outside, it looked perfectly fine. The problems happened right after we stepped into the place.
I am not sure what is up with the security guards, but they STARED us up and down, head to toe, like we are some kind of different species. We said okay, maybe something happened here... let s not mind.
Then the crew were very disorganized and unprofessional.

They assigned us to a lane where someone was already bowling. So we went back to them and told them... at first they didn t do ANYTHING. They just stared at us and said they shouldn t be . After going back and forth for like 20 minutes, we were able to get a different lane.

The lanes were horrendous. It looked, and felt like it was not oiled for a year. We couldn t possibly bowl in this condition. We asked them if theres any lane that is NORMAL. But they replied back with we don t oil lanes since the oiling guy doesn t come in anymore.

What kind of a bowling alley keep conditions like this? Its just like a joke. We paid for the unlimited bowling, but ended up playing just 4 frames(not 4 games, it s less than half of a game) and left since it was a waste of time playing in that environment and condition.

We have had 2 fun nights recently. Last night we had a family fun night, I think we might try to make a tradition. The service was incredible. We bowled 2 games and had some snacks. I would definitely recommend a fun time with friends or family. Check out their website, they have $1, $2 game nights, college game nights, family fun game night, laser tag, an arcade and a bar. A perfect place for fun.

You can bowl of course And also do Lazer tag.Not that many mini games to play and there's a (bar I believe)

Good fun, clean place. Only the staff is a bit slow when you are in bowling alley and order food..you better be prepared to get your order only after your time ends.

Came here for a birthday party - what a lovely VIP room! I had no idea a bowling alley could be so swanky. I don't live locally, but if I did, I'd visit a LOT. Very nice upgrade to the bowling party experience.

The bowling was expensive, it kept messing up the pins and scores. The arcade area seemed cool until realized half the things don't work, including the machine were u must get the card to.play the games. The staff was friendly but didn't seem interested that there were so many problems. I would not go here again unless they made improvements

The food was cold and the lane would freeze between setting up the pins. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get it fixed

Great place to go with the kids... especially on a rainy day. The staff is not necessarily the friendliest, and some of the arcade games need TLC, but overall it's good.

Hard to get a lane food is good needs a few more differ games at the arcade always fun to go to when you can bowl

The food is good. The drinks are fine. The beer menu is actually pretty good. The things that stand out are try the arcade and the security. The arcade has the best selection of old school and new arcade games in the area. The laser tag is always a blast. I used to work security. The security here is super professional and mostly personable, particularly the younger guy Jamir, who really took the time to make sure my party and I felt welcome. The security staff makes sure everyone respects the establishment without being bull headed. Very professional. Colonial Lanes has been a standby for my friends and family for 5 years. Definitely would recommend.

Laser tag was really fun but more exhausting than I thought!

Best birthday party for my 8 year old! My son and all of his friends loved bowling, laser tag and the arcade credits.

It was pretty good! The lazer tag was fun, the games were fun, and the food was good. Bowling was good too! There was only a few problems, like in the bowiling area, a pin or two would be knocked over sometimes when the machine picked them up, so you'd just have another pin knocked out, even if you missed. And then my brother's arcade card didn't work so we had to get a new one. And then one of the skeeball machines took 6 of my credits and didn't give me any balls. But the people at the prize counter gave me the lost six credits and fixed my brother's card so those weren't too big of problems. It was pretty fun though, and I would totally suggest trying it out!

Okay okay place. The bowling track is not so good. It has old and chipped out bowls.

Most of the things broke. Horrible customer service. And the prizes were so over priced.

Vibe was cool. TvS while bowling amazing. Waiting for the ball to come back cut into the time paid for to bowl. Also the thing coming down to pick up the pins got stuck a couple times delaying the game.
Drinks were very good. I Recommend a sip to bowlers

But they need to fix their bowling lanes issues..while bowling suddenly the lane gets closed..we need to inform management..and they take time to go and fix it..it happened multiple times during our last visit..

Bowling ball was wrecked by their ball return. And they tried to pass the responsibility of fixing it to another bowling alley's Pro Shop. Thankfully I know the owner of the Pro Shop they pawned me off to or I would of been more mad then what i am now.

Will never go back. Brought my family for a friends birthday party and was told in advance by colonail lanes it would be ok to bring food for my daughters who have celiac disease. Being it was a pizza party I brought four pieces of gluten free pizza for the girls. When I approached the manager to heat them up I was told they couldn't do that. She asked me why they couldn't just eat it cold and then told me I could purchase a gluten free pizza from her. Thanks for nothing. Hope you enjoyed watching my daughter cry when I told her you refused to heat her pizza up as you passed out pizza to all her friends.

Some of games were broken other th as n that it was fun

Arcade games don't work! Really rude and slow about giving points back on the card.

Doesn't have the same welcoming feel as it did in the past.

The staff is always friendly, the facility is active, and the laser tag is fun, to say nothing of the arcade and the Dance Dance Revolution machine!

We had a Laser Tag party for my son's 7th Birthday and all the kids had a blast! Selena was excellent, very attentive, as were all the staff at Colonial. Highly recommend! Thank you!

5 star customer service , but the bowling balls and lanes are so old. They definitely need new balls

Good luck finding good service here! The staff are slow (if you can find one!) came here one night on a whim despite the atrocious reviews...should've listened to everyone else! It's a beautiful setup but the service (particularly an older woman with red hair and a nasty attitude) was below par and food was mediocre at best! It was such a joke for the money you pay. Talk about a wanna-be Lucky Strike. Go to a real trendy bowling location in the city. The scene/people/food will be worth it! I feel bad for the families that used this location as their kid's birthday site. Just not kid friendly...

Colonial is the best experience for bowling in every ones life bar bowling food and screen for music

Worst place ever. Food is horrible and management is totally useless. Don't even bother. We tried to bring NewYears in there with the family. It was a total waste of money. I feel like I just made a donation and didn't receive a thank you. Bowling balls kept getting stuck. I told managment 4 times nothing happened. Never coming back again.

Great place for bowling. Hosted my son s birthday party here. Everyone had a blast. Staff is friendly and the place is awesome.

They need new renovations. I know they just renovated a few years ago but it's time for amother round. The alleys were misaligned. The ball kept rolling to the right no matter how you roll it.

Awesome place. It's super clean and modern. I was there for birthday party. Kids had great time there and staff was super friendly.

Staff were extremely rude. Bowling had a bunch of bugs that the workers didn't care to fix. The arcade is cheesy. The music is blasting and makes my ears bleed. It's also quite explicit which isn't ideal considering the majority of the people there are 5 - 11 yrs old.

Nice quiet place to bowl with friends. Inexpensive and there's an arcade area as well. The music was great. The staff needed seemed a little immature but it was an overall great place.

By far the best bowling alley in the area! Nice looking bar, black light lit lanes, arcade, mini-bowling, laser tag, many large TVs. A great place for family fun!

They need new bowling balls. Their balls are old, dented, and scratched up. Otherwise it is a great place to bowl.

To explain very simply the environment; bowling; games; bar; and staff were splendid.

I had an absolute amazing time with my best friends. One of my friends mentioned it was my birthday in passing and the attendant at the counter not only took every opportunity to wish me a happy birthday but was so courteous in checking if we were having fun. The waiters and waitresses were so kind and accommodating that we had such an amazing time. My girlfriend even misplaced her camera lens before we were heading to leave and not only did the wait staff secure it but when they spotted us re-entering to look for it they found us and returned the item. The cocktails were great and well priced but not only the lanes and environment were but they had amazing games like the Walking Dead game akin to the Time Crisis one. Honestly if you plan an evening here you gonna find it hard to leave. We came on a Black Friday with no reservations and were accommodated immediately and courteously. Will definitely visit again!!

It is very good place to have a birthday party. Kids enjoyed it a lot.

We celebrated our son Elijah's 11th birthday by having a Lazer Tag Party. Our host Kiersten was wonderful from beginning to end!! Throwing a children's party is a job all in itself so having Kiersten was such a blessing! She was so attentive and engaging with ALL the children that it really helped the party flow smoothly!!! Thank you CB&E for allowing me to enjoy my son while he enjoyed his party - WE ALL HAD AN AMAZING TIME!!!

we had a companz partz so we had the vip room it was chill having 3 lanes all for us the food was good but thez need better bowling balls they were all dented.

I love this place because I have so much fun every time I bowl here! I love how you get double the entertainment by bowling & being able to watch music videos that are displayed above the lanes! It's like having the best of both worlds! The place is clean and neat too! The couches are super comfy! All the great music they play here keeps me dancin & bowlin! :) I can't wait to come back here again!

The hosts for granddaughter party were very attentive to the kids & putt needs great experience.

Fun atmosphere. The employees were kind, courteous and fun. My only complaint was that the lane malfunctioned twice during our game. Would go again.
