The best choice for bowling in the area. Fun for the family and adults alike as it has a full bar. Food is low grade so eat before coming. Will cost you about $60 for a family of 4 for 1 hour with shoes.
It's a place I was brought to as a child and I would bring my son there as a child now I bring my grandkids there...of course it a family place.
They were friendly when I was inquiring about booking a party. When I booked and called to confirm number of guests, they were less than accommodating, and actually rude. Typical.
It was a very nice bowling place from what it used to be. Arcade and food/bar are definitely a plus.
I took my two sons (3 1/2 and 6 months old) to the bowling alley to let my older son bowl. The place is nice but when I needed to change my 6 month olds diaper I went to the men's bathroom and there was not a changing table in there. I had to take both kids out to the car to change the diaper. Pissed me off a little. The place is pretty clean and my older son did enjoy bowling and playing in the arcade though.

I would say that this is definitely the nicest bowling alley in the area, at least to my knowledge. I enjoy the fact that they are always playing sports on at least one of the big screens. The music that they play is kind of hit or miss, but they play a wide range of it. You'll probably hear at least one song to your taste.
No one has gotten too rowdy in the bar when I have been here. Just people having a lot of fun watching the games.
Everything has seemed clean. Another plus is that you can forgo wearing nasty bowling shoes if you just wear sneakers. They let you use those on the floor.
Their arcade is pretty standard. Not a ton of classic SEGA or anything, but just fine nonetheless. You can't use coins, though, which is kind of a bummer if you want the classic feel.
Laser tag is chill because it is dinosaur themed. You can't go wrong with dinosaurs.
It's great for all ages had my daughththers birthday party here they just loved it!!
Avoid if you re actually trying to bowl. Lanes have literally no oil on them. And very overpriced.
Had a nice birthday party for my granddaughter there. All I can say is there were not enough chairs for adults to sit by kiddie bowling. They said it was a fire hazard. So it meant a lot of adults had to stand. I didn't like that. But my baby had a nice time.

Pretty disappointed. I never, ever posted a poor review for anywhere until now cause I m generally easy to please. Most unorganized establishment I ve ever seen on all fronts....after nearly two hours waiting for one lane my friends and I left. Initially told wait would be one hour then it was another hour. Decided to Wait and order food that came an hour after ordering. And still no lane. Almost two hours later still no lane. It even took over 20 min just to pay our bill so we could get out of there and go elsewhere. Maybe we came on a bad night 5:45 on a Saturday???? But while chatting with others at the establishment, they had the same problems and complaints. Oh! by the way, on their web site, they post about college discount. Big joke, they said they know nothing about it even after showing them THEIR web page!
Basically nickle and dimed the whole time there. Wouldn't even let us bring in cupcakes for a little kids birthday. Had to put them in the car.
The bowling and arcade areas are great. Roughly 25 lanes of bowling with large TV screens at the end of the lanes playing music videos or various sporting events. for a Wednesday night it wasn't very crowded. The bathrooms work clean. The bar area was very large and offered a wide variety of liquors and beer options.
Really nice location, but don't maintain their machines and do not oil as needed. Played with a plastic and it was hooking more than my most aggressive equipment usually does.
We played in the game room. The game room is clearly geared toward the younger crowd. The games that award tickets for prizes have a fixed amount so that it's equal payout for each play. Alot of the games were broken or turned off. My 4 year old daughter got bored very quick. Waste of money.
Great place! A console or two did not work at the arcade but the guys there were very prompt to help. Didn't use the bowling Lanes this time but have had no complaints in the past. Did I mention the yummy garlic cheesy bread? Will not let you sick to your diet! LOL!
Was looking for a good bowling experience...but didn't realize how many times the bowling pins would jam. The staff was slow on fixing the problem. Probably, should have my lane. Hopefully, I have a better experience next time I come. The good experience is the atmosphere, but they only can make you so happy. Not many bowling places to choose from in the area. I will leave a better review if my next experience is better!
Was here celebrating my daughters birthday! Had a great time! Next time I will booked the party for a better experience! They bowled and played games. She enjoyed herself so I was happy!
First time there. We we were very dissapointed.
We were told which alley to go to. There was cups,food and trash all over our sofa and table.
I had to run up and ask for someone to clean up our area.
We paid $85.00 for 4 people, the music videos were completely inappropriate. They got so bad we had to go up and ask them to change what was on our screen.
The patrons were very rude. We had a woman on one side of us that allowed her very young toddler to walk up and touch our food, walk up while we were trying to bowl, hang all over the bowling balls as they came back.
She never got up once to get the child.
Then half way through our experience, these people came to the very next alley and while we were trying to bowl they walked right up and threw their ball. No consideration..
The patrons that we dealt with were so rude.
I had problems trying to buy a water from the machine. It took two of my dollars but wouldn't take the rest and gave me no water. I had to go up to the desk 3 times to get my money back and try to get water. I asked the man at desk to come check the machine. He gave me my money back but wouldn't check machine.
He couldn't be bothered.
Hood local place. A mix of locals and college students come here. The food is acceptable and drinks are not too expensive. Plus you can bring the kids for the arcade or bowling. I like it.

Best bowling alley I've ever been to! Large screens with projected music videos gives it a great atmosphere.
I went last night (Monday) to have dinner at Doc's Bar & Grill which is located within the Bowling alley. We were the ONLY guests at 8 pm. The server was brand new, didn't know much about the menu or the bar and messed up the order. You had ONE job to do. Ah well. Food was okay, nothing special. This might be a better place when it is more lively. I'll check it out for Sunday Afternoon Football.

Way too expensive! I bowled for an hour with my wife and daughter, rented shoes, and ordered some food, and we paid $100. Cheesy bread was basically Wonder Bread with a touch of cheese, the wings were missing a flavor we ordered, and the BLT wrap was 90% lettuce. In the future, I'll only go here to bowl with a coupon.
We were on our way to Princeton, heard about your place from friend so stopped in with kids. They loved game room, although a couple of games were out of order. We ate very well, had exceptional service, and kids want to come back again....and we live in York, PA! Thanks for wonderful, unexpected family experience.
I like the all you can bowl with shoes for an hour at a fixed price- just enough time to get three games in with my kid.
They have really good groupon coupons for the arcade. I love coming here with friends and family. The only thing is that they ID you at night.
Called in afternoon to see if they were running promotions and the employee said they were. When we reached we were told no promotions were available and everything was "holiday pricing". Wouldn't let us speak to a manager regarding the issue, wouldn't comp us anything for their mistake. Some lanes are faulty, customer service terrible.
Over all the establishment it's self is very nice. I only have a problem with the manager of this establishment Ann Marie. She is always on edge and always has a sarcastic attitude toward her workers. I have seen the way she treats employees and I feel sorry for them I mean every time I come and I come fairley often she is bossy to the staff and has a nasty tone. I do not think this is good for business and one thing I do not like to see are individuals that are trying and willing to work being picked on. Anne Marie needs to be brought down a peg or to and have several seats she is far from perfect.
Again over all the establishment it's self is very nice.

Rude and arrogant staff!! When we complained about the non-working of the lane 11, the staff din t entertain us, neither did they provide us with any solution. Just increase in the time by 4 mins , where we had actually lost 10+ mins from our total time. Worst bowling experience ever. Avoid this place.

Pricing structure for the bowling lanes was confusing, food took forever to be delivered and was subpar. Lanes, shoes, games are all separate charges instead of one simple fee

Very modern and updated bowling alley with about 25 lanes and giant TV screens across the wall. You pay by the hour on Saturday night and per person with shoe rental cost me $22. I would definitely go again and would recommend this place to others.

I had a party here with my friends a few days ago. When I reserved the party with the manager, it felt rushed. She was speeding through the process and looked impatient when I asked questions. There is nothing wrong wih asking. I need to make sure everything was perfect.
Other than that, everything else was fine. The party food was great and our host was friendly and funny.
Had a great time with the family. I can't wait to go on a Monday or Tuesday night

This place is so awesome! There is so much to do besides just bowling. I love the deals that you can get for multiple games. I highly recommend this place.
The place looks great and there are decent prices for bowling if you go at the right time. There are a few issues though. The house shoes do not glide. There should always be a slight glide during the release of the ball, but these shoes stick like a sneaker and cause a loss of balance. House balls need to be replaced as well, lots of scratches and pitting.
The food is acceptable but nothing to rave about. The bar is nice and the bartenders are attentive for the most part, but I've never been here during a busy period.
Games are pretty sad and many are in disrepair. All the tickets games give the same amount no matter what happens, so there is no excitement.

We had a birthday party and everything was great. A party helper perfectly ran all the events and she knew how to help kids.
Have been to Colonial Bowling & Entertainment many times over the years - we are astonished at the remodel! Simply Beautiful! Last week we attended a school fundraiser for our Tween. Awesome deal - 90 minutes of bowling w/shoes plus a game of laser tag for $20. My wife and I actually played laser tag for the first time ever - Lol!
The staff was very pleasant and attentive - a few families showed up late and were not happy that their bowling cut off at the conclusion on the fundraiser. Well, a front desk person (Jermaine???) came over and explained to them that the school contracted for a specific time period and if they wished to extend play, he offered them a real good deal-- Sometimes people forget that we were there to raise money for a good cause

My sister celebrated my nephew's 4th birthday party at this place. We all had a great time! Kids really enjoyed themselves. The manager came by and danced with the kids, she even came into the room and sang a birthday song. My family and friends were impressed. We will return and recommend this place to friends. Finally, a bowling alley that does not have BLASTING music.

The bowling itself is just fine, but the food service was underwhelming at best, with too little food, brought out too late. There is an arcade as well, but it's nothing special, and it's somewhat pricier than it should be.
Great place for birthday parties, and our Party pro Stephie was a wonderful person who kept the kids engaged and had nice fun.
