Criminal activity is present in the court of common pleas "Domestic and Civil Division, The Prosecutors Office, Mike DeWines Office, The Office of General Counsel, Cleveland Municipal Court and 3 judges I can personally name are a discrace to the words Law and Justice. They are unconvicted felons protected by immunity and punity clause which should be banned. If they break the law they should face the music with the same sanctions and penalties as everyone else, in fact since they know better their punishments should be worse. These are active criminal empires and co-conspirators to ongoing felonies, obstruction of justice, evidence tampering, document tampering, falsifying testimony and evidence. How many people have lost their freedoms, property or lives as a result of these people being in office unjustly, I'm sure that the numbers are staggering and they need to be exposed!

Tell others why I hated this place,... Well, where...

Tell others why I hated this place,... Well, where do I begin? Let me start by saying that I've never stolen from anyone or hurt anyone in any way. I work full time practically every day and I support myself and my kids and give generously to St. Judes every week.
I guess that makes me an easy target because I've spent more time, money and effort in my lifetime defending myself against those sworn to serve and protect me than from those they've sworn to protect me from. It's clear to me and many others that the employees of this particular building grew up in neighborhoods far removed from the community in which it's designed to serve. And if you think the bay doors into the garage area are in place for security, you are mistaken. They were built to allow ingress of the colossal egos that many of the presiding members of this building own, cherish and display like trophies. Which, I might add, effectively serve to reiterate how far out of touch with the real world these people actually are and how unfortunate the rest of us are not to have been born into picture perfect, conflict-free lives.
To drive my point home, I'll end with a quote from one of the more humane CO's I spoke with while I was a guest there. He said, "The only difference between me and you is, you got caught". To me, that says it all.

Umm. God Bless Judge Joseph Zone. And the Prosecutor...they were truly good to me yesterday. Didn't get the prosecutor's name but truly grateful Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone at the Justice Center. Hey has anyone ever has somebody walk up to them and try to sell them drugs in the Justice Center lobby? SMH can you believe that it happened to me -- FR!!!

The correction officers were rude, disrespectful , and demeaning to my rights as a human being and by law. The food was horrible. A man cannot survive off 1 bologna sanwitch with wet bread and expired milk. The accomodations for those who were in the jail cells were just as bad. Roaches and bedbugs. Even after notifying the co's multiple times. Nothing was done. The place itself was a mess dirty floors filthy rooms .

I called the Cuyahoga County Department of Justice, and to my dismay at 3:30 pm a voice mail recording came on in regards to a holiday March 26, 2016. Meanwhile I was calling on May 5, 2016. I am severely disappointed that "NO One" in this department was able to help me. With Judge Pamela Baker Expedite Order to release my love one. The jail system, is ran with little or no regards to the people who are humbled by their inefficient operation or regards to customer service. I believe that there are people who can effectively maintain the operation and order of the department with quality in customer service and quality control. Just because people are in custody does not make them a criminal. I am humble that this recording being three month old is still being played.

Place full of shady people. COs assist in transports taking you to an empty room where there's no court, no judge, prosecutor, etc. then a month later there's a false entry in the docket claiming you had open court. Make your own paper trail recording and notating all interactions in this place.

I got a warrant out for me because while i was on jury duty, i had a court date. And during that time i would go to the court Scheduling windows for over 2 weeks and nobody was ever there at the windows. I spent my whole lunch break, hour and 15mn waiting and nobody came to the window. I even went during court hours and nobody at the window. I was advised to ask my Bailiff from jury duty to call and have it rescheduled otherwise they would have given me a hard time by just me calling. Luckily my judge did it for me.
