Worst Coles ever - 1 girl on check-out, & only 12 items or less for self check-out. No-one around to ask for help. Never going back

Good customer service. One of the floor manager call Rohit was very helpful, based on an enquires I had recently.

Entry/exit is odd, but the usual food can be found here and they even sell a surprising amount of clothing too. Plenty of parking underneath.

Not bad. Plenty of parking. Crowded. Choose evenings for more convenience.

Please sell flat breads like other coles do, i dont want to travel to Macquarie coles always just for flat breads :(

Hi Manager, Coles Epping's Deli staff needs to be trained what is "customer service"! The Deli lady working now won't allow me to select my prawns. I asked for 'larger one'. She replied 'All of our prawns are the same' and gave me several shell-less rotten prawns! Talking about rude attitude towards shoppers. She should be disciplined! If she don't like her job (at least to me), perhaps she should quit?

I had this bread on the 3rd (its 4am on the 4th atm while I'm posting this review) and it was bloody rotten. The BBD is clearly says until the 5th. Yes I did put the bread in a cool shady area. Anyways the clowns who work here should really put the expiration dates on properly.

Poor service / management. How in hell can you have Zero BBQ chickens at 530 but have none ready for another 45 minutes ?? Poor girl in the deli was going to spend a lot of time apologising...

Easy in easy out. Coles are working on making shopping easy during these times.

Car park is nightmare! Specially Friday and Saturday nights

Sometimes items out of stock especially on Sunday and Monday on the veges seccion, bread session. Mean they are constantly busy. By looking at other reviews, what they didn't mention is the Coles Florist session. They got great value of potted plants. Much cheaper than most of other places by comparing the size of the same kind of plants. I got many from them. Most of them growing no problems. And most of the time I go there staffs are putting stocks out from the large trolleys to the shelves. Just found that lack of staff on the sales counter, people always lining up.

Good service and range of products. Wish they opened the changerooms though so I can try and buy clothes!

Service supervisor srikanth kotapati is the best guy..good customer service and knowledge by him.

Convenient - the self-checkouts are surprisingly efficient, I've never had to wait in line for one here!

Brought few items, wanted to buy Oranges 3 kg pack and some Ginger...both are spoiled due to fungus, did not take snaps. Store management needs to put more attention on quality.

A bigger Coles with underground parking and a basic clothing section as well.

It was so rude of staff YIE that for just 15c she refused to give coles mini to my son. How unprofessional.

Make sure you're ready for some attitude when you ask for a return/exchange. Had a Coles ricotta and spinach agnolotti that was stored in the fridge but still grew mould. I was given the excuse that "cold items aren't refunded", then had the sales rep Reene turn her back on me. Customer Care handled it afterwards, but don't believe the dodgy practices and excuses. You can always get a refund without a receipt if it's a quality issue for a Coles product.

Better than average range of products but parking and traffic congestion around the store can be a problem.

Just your average Coles, good stock and convenient opening hours

Everytime need to purchase stuff, almost all finish or empty.

Good parking, wide aisles and well stocked shelves.
Fresh food, poultry, meat bakery usually very well stocked.
The've recently started keeping an Asian aisle also
Good parking underneath, and 'walker' friendly way-up.
Also often enough adequate place in open-air council car park just outside.

Such a badly managed supermarket. No contactless payment, no hand sanitizer and ugly layout

Great local coles. Lots of parking except during peak hours and sat nights.

Always best and cheap place but last day I bought a pizza on sale and its like , any explanation for this.

Selection of Coon cheese seems to be very poor. Last 3 visits seems to be the same old cheese. Do Coles stock up?

They don't open check out at night you got to do it all yourself and gets quite busy

Super easy place to go in and out for a quick grab, or your whole week's groceries.

Easy parking, near other shops, store is laid out well and offers a lot of variety.

This COLES is a nightmare, parking is ridiculous, it takes forever to find a park, and the number of cars never reflects the foot traffic.LITERALLY WATCH OUT FOR pedestrians, especially those with young children, they walk out in front of car with NO WARNING OR AWARENESS OF THE danger EVERY TIME

Had a full trolley. Only 1 checkout being operated with 7 trolleys in front of me. Went to self serve. Had many items. Took 15 minutes to go through and only 2 cash registers receiving cash. Again a big queue. Not happy. Been the same since it opened about 50 years ago!

Pretty standard supermarket, tends to run out of fresh produce pretty quickly

A free standing Coles store with dedicated undercover parking, located in the Epping town centre. Stocks the Mix clothing range. Easy to access as it is not inside a shopping centre or mall, although Rawson street is very congested during peak traffic times.
