Clean and has lots of variety, parking can be busy at times.
Great price, Fresh vegetables . Variety of choices
Certain times of day they have nothing on the selves. Best bread rolls from supermarket in the area. Better than any other coles.
Good service the front staff in the morning very nice and friendly.
Advertising items on tv that no stores have or even heard of and dont know what your talking abput. advertised a foot pedie for mothers day for 15 dollars that no stores had or even know about and the item is full price at 35 dollars. Rang the coles custerumer service who also don't know about what is advertised stock on tv and said it was also full price at 35 dollars I seen the add on tv many times my sister and one woman from Coles Merrylands had also seen the add but did not have any in stock. Useless . Coles hard up for custerumer and will put fake adds on tv just to get people into there stores. Spoke to 2 people from Coles custerumer service both saying they don't know what Coles adds are on tv and not seen the add and don't know anything about the same sale goods and it was 35 dollars. All as useless as each other. Will not be going back to Coles anytime soon.
Well laid out with fresh fruit and vegetables. The sausages and steak we barbecued were tasty and tender.
Nothing different than any other Coles.
You get parking below the Coles as well as on public parking beside the Coles.
Things very poorly arranged and displayed, can t find what I want to buy every time I visit this coles. Bad attitude and service by the lady in self checkout.
Nice sculpture museum. Groceries too. Would visit again
Pleasant shopping experience and most of all great prices every week.
Deli staff to lazy to cut cold meat at request instead there is pre cut supply you have to buy, so I asked for 200 gr of chorizo salami. It looked Ok but when I took it home it turned out they never removed outside casing so there was strings everywhere, impossible to eat . Not happy.
Best to park underneath, although spots are limited. This is a pretty large Coles, and even has a clothing section for some reason.
Shopped here 100s of times. I asked a lady with red hair which aisle something was in, I didn t hear her response so I said sorry what was that and she snapped back at me. Other staff are nice
Good place for shoppers... little costly though...
Ample parking, easy to navigate store, very helpful staff, always providing satisfactory customer service
They removed the clothes section I used to love so much. I hope they bring it back soon.
The vegetables & meat section goes empty pretty quicky but but the restoking seems very slow most of the times i have been to this store. Recently the bakery section seems to have improved which is a huge positive improvement.
Good people, store is clean and someone is always there for assistance.
Convenient location but too small and runs out of essential goods often
The basement is a parking lot, so it's okay on a rainy day to shop and drive! There is a clothing section on the sales floor and the price is reasonable.
There were recent issues with the self service cash machines being only 2 available but they have since fixed this and added more. Staff are nice. Otherwise an average medium size Coles.
It's always been a bit different as it's a stand alone store, with nothing else around but they've improved it in recent years, so it's more up to date in design.
Mostly average Coles but Getting on a bit. Drinks fridge not working.
Most disappointed that they didn't have the Doritos Nacho Cheese Dip
This is so far the worst coles ever. worst customer service.
Has most of the things u expect to get from coles.. is open till late night which is very helpful
Good. Asian food and other daily need thing are available with reasonable price except fresh fruits and Vegies.
Spacious store with easy parking. Polite staff. Great for fruits.
Annoying that the self serve check outs are 12 items or less only and not many staff on the check outs at time. It's heavily geared towards walk in customer that make smaller basket transactions
Fungi on sandwich when i buy from Coles. Rest everything is good
I was a regular shopper at Coles Epping. Hundreds of residents shop there every day. One surprising feature (for me) was the clothing section, about which I have heard appreciative reviews.
As with most shops/facilities in Australia, some Coles staff are civilized, and some aren't. They should be trained and strictly warned against ageism, racism, etc. I have observed passive aggression from some of them at the checkout, esp one older (maybe South Asian) lady with long hair who measures out her broad smiles and good cheer, quite blatantly, to only a certain type of people. Disturbing for customer morale.
Another large, Caucasian check-out assistant also emanated passive aggro at the same self- checkout section as the lady above, but on a different shift, and stood unhelpfully, glaring at customers whose looks he did not approve of.
Then there is a check-out guy with a bushy beard and musch (I think staff should be clean-shaven, for perception of hygiene), who was nervous and super-helpful in the beginning but getting more cheeky by the day with customers who don't look threatening enough, lol.
Not nice to be served by people like these, I would say.
Coles is one of the nicer places in Epping. Some staff are naturally good-natured, but looks like there are some others who can bring down the standards and image of any establishment.
Very disorganised, always short of staff, lack of a lot of stocks.
A very big Coles. But the parking is very limited and very slow in processing online orders.
Good Coles, normally has most things in stock. There can be a wait at the checkout though during peak times.
nice place with a good variety of choices, always go for taste n see strawberries
Very quick & sign posting well displayed. Check out person very pleasent and helpful . Car parking a plenty
Not our local but great once you get past the parking.
Go to grocery store in Epping. This is very near the station. The display is always complete and full.
The only major supermarket in Epping area, stocks almost all the essential commodities, though sometimes the prices marked for specific items are higher than other retailers, as there is no other big retailer presence in the area.
Has some items that are hard to find at other locations although the store is slow to be stocked, particularly in the morning
A slightly better than average suburban supermarket
It was alright, its pretty much your avarage Cole's experience. Walk in, find what you need, pay, leave. Parking was alittle hard took us awhile to find a spot.
The worst Cole I have ever been to. I would never ever go there again. I waited for half an hour to get served but the guy at counter just turned around and served someone else and I asked is there anyone else working here. He makes me felt like I did some things wrong he s yelled out saying nope just me working here. I didn t get service and had to walkout off that place.
Plenty of self serve terminals make it a quick visit
