Make sure you're ready for some attitude when you ask for a return/exchange. Had a Coles ricotta and spinach agnolotti that was stored in the fridge but still grew mould. I was given the excuse that "cold items aren't refunded", then had the sales rep Reene turn her back on me. Customer Care handled it afterwards, but don't believe the dodgy practices and excuses. You can always get a refund without a receipt if it's a quality issue for a Coles product.
