We shop here every now and then. It has pretty much the same stuff as every other Coles in Sydney. The temperature could be a little bit warmer but I guess they want everything to stay fresh. I think the staff thinks it's too cold as well. The specials are different all the time. Sometimes the coke is on special for half price, but that is only every now and then. The people working here are quite helpful and friendly. The deli section has a good choice of meats and cheeses. The produce is quite fresh and there s a good selection of vegetables to choose from. The fish section is fresh all the time and you can get some good fish there. There s a good range of fish to choose from and the fish are fresh. When the shrimp on are on special, I like to buy a few kilos and put them in the freezer. The meat section is okay. You can ask the butcher if they have any specials as well because they will know whats on special and what s available. The milk and dairy section ha a good range as well, you can get lactose free milk if you can t handle lactose. The yogurt range is quite extensive and you have plenty of brands to choose from. I find the fridge section has a wide range of frozen products from pizzas to pies. The poultry is on special sometimes, and you can get a good buy. All in all, I think it s a decent Coles. So can recommend you shop here.

Was refused entry a few minutes before the store closing hours today. Just wanted to grab something quick, the store still had shoppers inside. Didnt know i could be refused entry inside of business hours?

Please fix the signs in the aisles they're always slightly out of place. Every other shop has them put in the right spot except this Coles, it's really irritating. other than that it's a typical Coles, fresh fruits and veggies are quite expensive too

I can't believe you have to pay for a trolley and the toilets are in the carpark (which I also have to pay for)
Staff are not consistently helpful!
But...when u need a very basic t-shirt, PJs or a pre packed sandwich it's fine

It's like visiting Pak and Save in New Zealand. Best and fresh stock for a cheap prize along with best low deals on selected products. The store is stop destination for grocery shopping as well they have a cloths section as well, mostly casual.
Nice and friendly staff.

Ridiculous how little staff they have to serve you on
At peak hour they have 3 servers
One in express
One in self serve
An one in a lane
Hire more staff since my shopping alone would cover the hour for an extra 3 staff on

Always so busy here. Always seems to be a wait at the deli/service desk/self serve. Actually, there always seems to be 4 or 5 of the self serve checkouts closed despite a huge line of people waiting to pay for their items.
Other than this, it's your regular Coles with typical products.
P.S. Chicken items from the deli never seem too fresh. Purchase prepacked so you have a solid use by date.

good location and store looks new and big. Other than that, there are some racists working there as managers and look down on people. Had bad experience before and it was terrible feeling of being judged by the face.

Every week when I do a big shop at Coles they only have one assisted cash register open and a long queue forms. It is difficult and there is insufficient space to go through the self checkout area when you have a trolley full of goods. Why do I have to ask every week if they can open another checkout? Why cannot staff monitor checkouts and re-allocate staff during busy times? This is not rocket science and would provide far better customer service. In my experience Woollies customer service is streets ahead of Coles.

Not enough checkouts open, no baskets available and had to ask the self serve supervisor to hand one over. Most self serve are card only, which means longer wait time for cash payments.
All in all, a bit of a joke.
