If I could give zero stars I would. NOTE: WE TALKED TO THEM ABOUT THEIR REVIEWS AND THEY BASICALLY SAID DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. I AM TELLING YOU, LISTEN TO THEM! Throughout our entire rental experience there was constant issues due to Management Associates. To begin, when my roommates and I were on our way out to Bozeman with all of our furniture and belongings, we got a call saying the house would not be ready until after the weekend. We had to fight for them to even let us drop our stuff in the garage of the home. We then went on a camping trip and returned to find out that the house would still not be ready. We ended up staying in a hotel for almost 3 weeks because they did not have the house ready by our rent date. Once we finally moved in we didn't have hot water, the countertops were missing for a month, the dishwasher constantly fell out of the wall, and a window that was broken (this became a big issue because we were paying for heat and the window never got fixed). My roommates room was constantly freezing throughout the winter because the window was basically wide open at all times. We ended up having to get lawyers involved as they were not meeting the requirements for a habitable home according to Montana's rental laws. If you are looking to sublet your house don't rent through this company. They also took a large chunk of our initial deposit for things that were originally wrong with the house (and included in our initial evaluation of the house). Just a horrible company to work with overall.

I filled out an application and paid the $40.00 fee. After being told that an apartment was available, (late in the afternoon), I secured my cashiers check and tried to deliver it first thing the fallowing morning. I was told that they had rented the apartment already.
I believe this was only a foreshadowing of how they treat the people they are in business with.
I find this kind of flaky, misleading and apathetic behavior to be a disgrace in the community.
I took these people seriously and trusted them......I now regret that. Watch yourself if you deal with these clowns.

Hire a lawyer and sign a retainer before signing a contract with D2 Properties Doing Business As (DBA) Management Associates. Be sure that your lawyer handles all communications. If you cannot afford an attorney, then you should not sign any contract with D2 Properties DBA Management Associates. Read the other reviews on this site and YELP... If it were possible to elect 0 stars, they would not even have a 1.4 out of 5 rating. Giving them a one star is mandatory for a review... but it is as if they are getting a 20% rating when actually they should get a 0% rating. Read the reviews. Check with the Better Business Bureau.

I rented a house that was managed by Management As...

I rented a house that was managed by Management Associates for ~3 years. I never had an issue with them, but I knew to always take proactive measures when dealing with a rental company such as photos and videos upon move-in, getting signed copies of rent payment, etc.. I kept EVERYTHING. I am glad I did not have to utilize it however, as I've had bad experiences with previous landlords that ended in court.
I even got my full deposit back, aside from one broken bedroom door that my former room mate had kicked a massive hole in, but they were reasonable about the replacement fee. Upon move-out inspection, the gal that came to look over everything was very patient and forgiving, and if things weren't up to her standard, she gave me every opportunity to correct them in order to get the deposit back.
The only issue that stands out to me, was when I contacted them about my back sliding door needing replaced due to it not locking/being easy to break into, the guy who does their maintenance threw a fit at the manager in the office, in front of me, about being so busy he would not be able to replace it for three months.. it was only when I showed them that I had a restraining order against aforementioned former room mate that he expedited it for my safety.
I feel like since I paid rent in person, and had strong communication with them, that my experience may have been better than the average renter due to building a decent relationship with management/office gals. I also took meticulous care of the rental property as if it were my own, and worked hard to improve it on my own dime (I know not everyone is willing to do this, but you could at least mow your lawn/trim the hedges). I only moved out because my rental property had sold, and they were very gracious during the process (the realtors, on the other hand, were pushy and disrespectful, but that is no fault of Management Associates), otherwise I would most likely still be with them.. however, their push was what I needed to move on and buy my first home, so, yay!
Another "special shout-out" to Angie and Faith-- thank you guys for all your help and care while I was with you!

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. The owner of the home that I was living in wanted to move back into home. They told me that if I moved out earlier that they would prorate my rent. I moved out early and they pretended that they never told me that. They kept my money and charged me fee's on top of it. They are all rude over the phone and in person. Unreasonable and very difficult. Shameful.

Tried to charge me double deposit for bad credit while charging me for a credit check. I tried to ask about how many times they've been in litigation and the lady threw her hands in the air and said we could just rent somewhere else if it's a problem. Every friend I've asked has had horror stories. Lets hope I wont be another one!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Laziest rental company I ve ever dealt with. Just rent through someone else if you can. It s not worth it. The people in the office always say they re trying to catch up on work they have to do. If they can t handle the work load, they should hire more people... or even better, just hire better people who can do their job

Unethical and greedy. Moved out of a house - they took our whole deposit and sent us a bill for and extra $2000 siting false claims. Revisited the house and discovered they put all new cabinets and doors in (unneeded) and sent us the bill. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible people. The Judge agreed.

I would give this company 0/5 if possible. This company is extremely shady. They let us rent a 5 bedroom apartment from them but only had 4 people sign the lease. They would cash my rent check and then send me a letter 10 days later stating that my rent was late and that I owed them $100. Despite the fact that they had already cashed my check they then would act like they are doing me a favor by waving the late fee. This happened three separate times in the year I lived with them.

This was my first time renting and boy did they take me for a f***ing fool. Charged a CRAZY amount for deposit, rude service entire time renting from them and on top of all that, they charged us $250 for cleaning after our move out date. We left the unit cleaner than it was when we moved in and they charged us for damage/unclean garage (2x4 s and screens FOR THE WINDOWS AT THE UNIT) that we re left behind by previous tenant, and fish pebbles being in the sink which was clogged upon our move in. (No pets allowed btw, and they patrolled our unit often enough to know that we abided by this rule) I already posted an HONEST negative review but was asked to take it down. Very shady and would not recommend. So glad that I never have to deal with these people again.

They are extremely rude, unorganized, and untrustworthy. I know finding places to rent in Bozeman is hard, but if there is any way you can avoid renting from Management Associates, I would highly suggest it. Both because they don't deserve your business, and having to deal with them is going to cause you lots of stress and money. My roommates and I moved into a house that was falling apart and had holes everywhere, and when we moved out (leaving the house cleaner than when we moved in), they charged us hundreds of dollars for repairs to damage we didn't cause. When we tried to argue the charges, they were very rude and hard to get in touch with. They made us jump through so many hoops during every process (moving in, moving out, getting the security deposit check back and addressed to the right person, getting anything in the house fixed that needed fixing, etc). For the sake of justice, please do not give them your business.

Terrible, terrible company. Where should I begin with dealing with these people?

4 other guys and I rented an old house from Management Associates (MA) for one year. When it came time to move out of the house, the 5 of us tenants decided that it would be better for us to move out early due to personal schedules and whatnot. We spoke with MA and they set us up with a document that allowed us to move out early and not pay the rent. All's good, right? Wrong--months after we moved out, we received a list of everything they had fined us for after we checked out, and it included the rent that they had supposedly taken off and late fees EVEN THOUGH we had paid them earlier with a partial rent sum that THEY came up with. How in the world a document signed by 5 tenants about an adjusted move-out date and adjusted rent sum gets overlooked like that is beyond me. In reality, it probably wasn't overlooked--it was probably thrown away.

Oh, but it doesn't end here, folks; MA will do what they can to make sure that you get as little of your deposit back as possible. The person who gave us the pre-checkout walkthrough (the one 24 hours before you officially check out) had NEVER been to the house before. In fact, MA never came to our house once all year except for check-in and check-out. We spent literal days cleaning the house, making it in better shape than when we moved in. I have 4+ witness on that fact. In turn, MA rewarded our hard work with the most insane fees I've ever seen. Apparently, replacing a blind, a few lightbulbs, and smoke detector batteries (NONE were dead; they checked the day before) and also hiring people to clean costs roughly $800. This, plus all the rent/fees cut our deposit refund by over half. They told us the stuff that they "had to clean"; it was all things that we KNOW we took care of. I have no idea who you are hiring to clean, but you need to either find someone else or stop gouging your tenants for no reason. We also left behind some furniture (a couch and BBQ in particular) for the future tenants because we knew them personally, and what does MA do? Throw it all away! We left notes for them AND spoke with the future tenants! What else do you want from us??

I wish there were more room for me to put all the problems we had in here. We always paid rent on time. Our neighbors loved us and told us in person that they were sad to see us go. We fixed many things in that house because MA wouldn't help. WE were not the problem. This company is awful in every way and only cares about squeezing money our of their tenants. Do NOT ever rent from these people; there is a damn good reason why they have such low ratings. Take your business elsewhere and save your money and sanity from these thieves acting as incompetent renters.

My sister and a friend lived together in a 3 bedroom apt managed by these guys. There was a three bedroom apt below our place as well (Duplex) We were then informed that our place was in a single family home zone district and that we had to REMOVE THE DOOR that separated our two apartments so that the home was "up to code." We also then had to pretend that all six of us that lived in the house were on the same lease and since you're not allowed to have a certain number of residents with different last names some of us were left off of the "fake lease"... We went along with it because we were young and stupid and didn't want to get screwed over by them if we didn't cooperate with their shady plan to be up to code. If I were you I'd think twice before renting from them.

This is the worst rental company in Bozeman, by fa...

This is the worst rental company in Bozeman, by far. They were incredibly unprofessional and rude when we dealt with them during the time we rented from them, and they charged us for an incredible amount of damage that we had nothing to do with when we moved out.

The house was in awful condition when we moved in, and we left it in nicer condition when we moved out. But no, Management Associates claimed we caused a ton of extra damage that was there when we moved in, and we had pictures from when we moved in to prove it (but there was no time stamp on the photos and they claimed the damage was "similar but different" than what was there when we moved in).

You think it won't happen to you; you think "Oh, I'm sure these reviewers are lying" or "it's not that big of a deal" or "I'm sure this won't happen to us, we'll take better care of the property". I can assure you, IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU.

Don't rent from these people. They're con artists and have no respect for you, and they will not give you your full security deposit (or even the majority of it) back no matter what. Even though finding housing in Bozeman may be hard, waiting to rent from another company is well worth the headache and money you'll save.

I'm a college student in Bozeman, and my first off...

I'm a college student in Bozeman, and my first off-campus living experience was with Management Associates. I give the company a FAIR to GOOD rating for a few reasons in particular. The employees that my roommate and I interacted with over our year-long lease were friendly. We liked Monique especially for her genuine concern. However, there were some speed bumps as far as maintenance and management. We had a basement apartment, but when looking online for properties the website had pictures of the exterior around the corner of our upstairs neighbors, giving the illusion online that it wasn't a basement apartment. This may sound like a small thing, but when rental units are being picked up in less than an hour of posting during the spring, taking time to tour a house you thought was something else is big. We took the basement anyway.

A month into the school year our boiler burst and my bedroom and the kitchen was under 2 inches of water. How rental agencies handle these situations is their defining moment in my opinion. My roommate and I did all we could to help, including buying our own wet-dry vacuum to get rid of the standing water and clean the carpets. We called Management and they sent over one of their handymen, who said our boiler was broken, pressed a few buttons, and left saying we needed a plumber. Thus began our month and a half of no hot water or heat. It was obvious we needed a new boiler from the start, and the plumbers sent by management were instructed only to do "quick fixes", which frustrated both us and the plumbers, who knew how to fix it correctly but couldn't because Management didn't want to buy a new boiler. Turns out the boiler in our place was recalled in 2003 for carbon monoxide leaks. These quick fixes would heat our water for 10 minutes before breaking again, so we were forced to shower at the gym for a month and a half. Our ongoing joke was we had 3 people living in the house: Myself, my Roommate, and the Plumber.

Once the snow started falling and we still didn't have heat, Management had our fireplace inspected and lent us electric heaters, which was a redeeming quality in my opinion. The boiler was finally replaced, and we requested to pay only half of rent for the next month for our troubles, which was granted. Again, another redeeming quality.

Things went well for the rest of the year, until I went in to sign off of the lease. In late April, I gave my 30 day notice and went home for the summer while my roommate decided to renew the lease with someone else. In early July, I get a call saying that I had never turned in a notice and was still on the lease. In JULY. Through a lot of phone calls it was determined that they lost my notice, so I had to turn in another. This wasn't very funny to me, seeing as though I was liable for that house because they lost my notice (after I had signed it in front of them) for months after I believed I was off the lease. Good thing nothing was stolen or vandalized during that time.

My advice for anyone renting through Management Associates is stay in incredibly close contact with the office, pay your rent in person each month and update them with what's happening with your property, inspect all your utilities upon arrival and demand a complete fix from the start, and finally to make a copy or take a picture of all correspondence and paperwork to and from the company. If agreements are made over the phone try to get it in writing for your records as well. Management Associates has so many properties it's easy to get lost in the shuffle.

Management Associates is friendly, and they try.

Worst company to use for your rental property. They will make you pay for things that break even it is normal wear and tear, when most of the things in the old out dated rentals needed to be replaced prior to your moving in. They have you over a barrel. Doesn't matter what you do or say, they are in control whether it is right or not. Hire your attorney beforehand, take pictures of everything the day you move in, have them sign that they reviewed the photos so you can prove everything that was wrong with the place when you moved in. Just trying to help you out in advance if you are unfortunate enough to have to use this company. I wouldn't even give a star but you have to.:(((((

As a tenant, leasing under this company was not only a huge hassle, but their service and demeanour were incredibly unprofessional. Asking for simple things like written payment confirmation or follow up on service requests was often met with frustration and rudeness from the staff who were put out for having to do their job.

I would never go to this company if I were looking for a management company in Bozeman, and I would never return to them to lease a property again.

This is by far the worst property management company in Bozeman. First they told us that our place was not clean enough after we left which was a lie to begin with, they billed us 18 hours to clean a small townhouse that was already 95% clean. I asked them what company cleaned the house, at first they told us it was confidential and that they didn't want to release the name. Come to find out they cleaned it themselves, obviously they upped the hours to pull more money out of us. Also, they told us before we moved out that our place had already been filled, however they still showed the house two more times and collected the application fees. To top it off they told us we would get what was left of our deposit back by the 15th of June, this still hasn't happened. If you want to get ripped off rent from Management Associates.

They are super bad in every way. I know BZN is a college town so I know they have a lot of difficult tenants, but gosh... there is no effort on any level given at this "company". There does seem to be a strong "we didn't go to college" vibe about their operation (loosing checks, being confused, yelling at each other from across the room in the office (in front of me), confusion when information about properties is presented, basic not-updated websites and media, phone on cover during business hours, playing office, little if no knowledge about the properties they represent, mean spirited (angry), etc.). There was always a strong bi-polar or run by alcoholics vibe I got from them - you know if you were to go to small independent auto repair place you might expect those type of mannerisms and organization, so you get that stuff at this property management "business". I do get the impression that younger office assistants are a bit more together and helpful, but the older one's (above 30 - are super weird). One star is generous.

I was mislead multiple times in the application process, lied to about the deposit structure and told to "shut up" while talking over the phone. Not the friendly people you'd expect from a town like Bozeman. Don't rent from them and please don't allow them to misrepresent your property.

My experience is as a person looking for a property, not an actual tenet. I looked at a studio apartment and it was one of the worst showings I have been to. The representative had never been to the property before. There was conflicting information among her, the tenant, and the folks at their office. After calling the utility provider for a monthly average, I was told there was only one meter for the property. Calling back to Mgmt Associates, I was told by the receptionist that this wasn't true. She went on to describe a payment process with the renters that I am certain she wasn't familiar with. She was rude and short with every question I asked and told me there was no else available to answer questions for me. I was on the fence then I read all the other reviews. Not worth it to me.

They will give you "move out" (not eviction) notices for "renovation" (new paint job and new blinds) every 6 months. They will allow you to move back in if you are willing to pay double rent because, common, let's be real, those blinds were like $50!

I'm writing this after getting off a phone call with the company where their staff member hung up on me. Management Associates is absolutely the worst company in Bozeman that I've ever dealt with. Their customer service and staff are very rude.

I've been a renter in Bozeman for 7 years and have lived here my entire life. I'm currently renting from a private owner who is transferring the management responsibilities to Management Associates. As a business owner myself, I would never dream of treating anyone with the kind of disrespect I've experienced from this company.

I will never do business with Management Associates and will do everything I can to make sure others know how awful they are to have any dealings with.

DO NOT rent from this company under any circumstances unless you want your dream house to turn into a nightmare. The employees at Management Associates are unorganized, unprofessional, and have a serious lack of communication. They failed to fix a window that was broken BEFORE we even moved in, responded to our basement flooding by ignoring it for two days and have just generally made every simple management task as difficult and painful as possible.

I am a Veteran, family man, and flooring sub contractor here in Bozeman. I had an agreement with the owner to replace the floor in the house. I did it cheap. Laid luxury vinyl planks in the bottom level. I realized it needed underlayment to glue it properly. I had my wife clear it through Dustin, the manager, he said get what you need and we will reimburse you. I wasn't repaid for the extra materials that I paid for because Dustin said he didn't say that. He lied. Then when I ask and give a bill for the extras they gave us a move out notice. My son was almost killed in our townhouse because there is no safety bars on the upstairs windows. My boy fell out of it and had a traumatic brain injury. He is now non verbal and has special needs because of his injury. Regardless of all of this they decided to kick us out because Dustin claims, "it's in our best interest". Owners/renters BEWARE! They will lie and cheat you out of everything they can even the lives of your children. Harsh review I know... But it's all true. Please don't enter into this company. I'd hate to see others treated like this.

I have seen a lot of bad reviews about this rental company, And I m not sure why. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Faith and Maddie Have been exceptional and have helped me through every stage of my rentals and I am just moving into another one of their properties. Everybody from the construction crew and maintenance crew have been so friendly and helpful as well. There are also very limited rental agencies that will work with somebody who has poor credit and array other things and them giving me a chance has allowed me to blossom. Eccentric crew and staff, would rent from again.

As a licensed real estate agent, I can say quite comfortably that shady things happen at Management Associates. They proved to be even more cavalier with the law than with their real estate contracts, not even showing up to our court date. It is all on Public Record in the Gallatin County Justice Court

This is the worst rental company! If you want your money and sanity, DO NOT rent from them. I rented from them for 2 1/2 years (they switched owners during that time) and I have had nothing but problems since the new owners took over.
Everytime I had an issue, it took multiple calls to get a call back, and then additional calls to actually get the problem fixed.
They raised my rent 2 years into it, and when I didn't pay the increase (because I never received the letter) they were rude and pretty much called a liar. I finally got that taken care of and never heard anything else about it.
And then finally, I decided I needed to get out of there. After giving a written 30 days notice I was told I would be breaking a lease. No, I had my original lease in front of me of it stated my lease ended in 2013 and I would be month to month thereafter. I never signed anything else. After talking to them a few times, I never heard anything back and figured the issue was resolved. Wrong...they not only kept my entire deposit, but are also trying to say I owe them money.
They are charging me for breaking a lease and lots of other petty things. I will be fighting it. After calling to discuss the issue I was told to bring it on when I said I would be contacting someone to dispute their claims against me.
They are horrible people, and should not be in this business. They don't care about their tenants, and are obviously just out to screw people over and make a buck.
Please listen to all these reviews, and do not rent from these people!

After an entire week of cleaning, we are told that nothing is clean, when clearly its pretty damn clean. I don't know if they just don't understand that houses wear down after years of abuse from hundreds of renters or if they're just idiots. One thing is for sure, you're not going to get my money when you feel it's the right time to remodel your apartment. People if you go with this rental agency, you're going to lose everytime.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. If you happen to have the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, make sure you document everything they have said/mailed to you (I would even recommend recording your phone calls as they're a bunch of liars). They are unorganized and unprofessional and very shady. They try to take all of your money. During COVID, a time when most companies have given their tenants rent breaks, this company has tried to take more money from all of their tenants. If you rent from them, make sure you have a lawyer because you will need it. Would NOT recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemies.

This company takes care of a rental house I have in Belgrade. I find them to be very fair and if something goes wrong at the house they fix it and don't over charge for it. They have always found me great renters and send me the rent money very quickly. If you want someone in YOUR corner as a landlord, you want them on your side. Renters, if you leave the home as you found it, you have nothing to worry about. If you are nice to them, they are nice to you.

I waited until getting my deposit back to review-- but I'm not disappointed! When my husband and I moved to Bozeman and the apartment we'd lined up fell through, it was a nightmare trying to be approved by any property management company. We were burning money on hotels while Peak Property, Rental Professionals, and others took their sweet time processing our applications. When we found Management Associates (after two weeks of getting nowhere with others), they had our applications processed the SAME day, and got us into an apartment within five days-- it felt like a miracle. However, we got nervous when it came time to move out. We were going to have to break lease, and with all of the awful reviews, we figured they were going to totally gouge us with fees and end up taking most, if not all, of our double security deposit (over $3,000). We paid the $200 transfer fee when we moved-- which was stated in our lease-- and waited, hoping we'd see a check. Not only were they very transparent about the amounts taken from our deposits (receipt copies and all), the costs were completely reasonable. We got most of our deposit back, and the things that were taken out were already expected (a few burned light bulbs, new burner trays for the stove, and some cleaning that I didn't finish). Obviously, we worked hard to take care of the apartment and cleaned it well when we left, but the amounts taken from our deposit were very fair and I'm pretty shocked by all of the negative reviews now. Management Associates was totally reasonable and helpful from start to finish.

I just called to ask about a place to see if it was low income housing, and the lady had no idea what I was talking about. I feel like a rental company should know more than I do about rental policies.

Absolutely terrible agency! Wouldn t refer my enemies. I have live in this town my whole life and have rented from multiple agencies with no problem. The people at the agency told us we could look at the apartment and cancelled 30mins prior to the showing. Called to make another appointment and they didn t get our message . Then they ended up giving it to someone else because of my credit, which I have never had an issue with before. I called to talk to the manager and she flat out lied to me about calling earlier to cancel (we had the voicemail), was extremely rude and hung up on me. Took our $60 but by all the other reviews sounds like we dodged a bullet.

They don"t deserve any rating because they have been postponing a maintenance work order for the last 5 months and keep saying the same thing by saying they are "too busy". The staff is very rude and unorganized. All they want is your money and nothing more . I would stay clear of this rental agency if I were you!!!!!!! I have nothing but bad things to say about this place.

Worst management company possible. Completely unorganized, rude and shady. They overcharge you for everything. They take your entire down deposit, along with making you pay more money for move out cleaning and replacements.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Unprofessional, unpleasant to work with and downright rude, the crew at management associates should be avoided at all costs. Nearly impossible to work with, all issues regarding bills and maintenance are met with misinformation, poor communication, and an overall lack of knowledge and effectiveness. Recently our water was shut off because they had forgotten to pay a water bill that was form the previous tenets the house we are renting. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, it is a mistake and will cost you! I hope that the their routine mistreatment of renters will end soon with some legal action, as they are ripe for the lawyers pickin'.

I rented a decent property from them for my son and I. Paid on time every month for 12 months and didn't have many issues with them until it came to the end of my lease and I had to move back home because of a family emergency that cost me my entire savings and then some.

It was like night and day and they lack all customer service. I have been hung up on more than once by them. I did not get any of my $1300 deposit back after being a very tidy and clean tenant- never partied. Stories were made up and then twisted and made me feel like I was becoming crazy and imagining things they had said. If I needed a call back- they never came and when I called back, there was an excuse for why they never returned my calls. The women that work there don't seem to communicate with one another, they do not hold up to their word nor do they follow through with anything they say.

I am unfortunately still dealing with them and it leaves a pit in my stomach every time I have to think about them. They are a poorly ran "management" company and they certainly do NOT care about their clients/ customers and only about themselves at the end of day.

If you are looking to rent a property from them, I will tell you to reconsider as they are a horribly ran company. This was my first time going through a management company and am now gun shy to do so again.

Applied and paid but it never got processed... We made sure to fill out the application carefully, provide everything they needed, sent an email and paid the application fee the same day, CONFIRMED THEY RECEIVED EVERYTHING the same day and they still couldn't get it right. The unit we applied for was rented to someone else when WE CALLED to check on our application... Turns out they never even processed our application. Good riddance, we don't want to rent from a company that is so unorganized and unreliable.

inattentive, unprofessional maintenance, sketchy legality. I've been lied to by them. I called them out on it and they got real nasty with me. Currently our house is flooded, and they do not currently have a 24 hr emergency maintenance line. Their site says they have 24 hour emergency maintenance. Not suprising they only have 1.6 stars.

I haven't been renting from them long. At first I thought they were nice.

They lied to me about rent policy and I am sure it was a scam to get people to pay fees.

They have no customer relations and are unable to effectively handle complaints.

I asked them to place a rent drop box so it would be easier to pay rent on time and over the weekend to avoid late fees. I only got excuses for why that idea was impossible. They need better and more creative staff/management.

I have never had a problem with other rental groups in Bozeman.

Worthless group. Rent from Aspen!

This has been there worst rental company I have never worked with! I m 32 with two kids. Always pay rent on time. And the office girls are catty and rude. They come by my apartment all the time for inspections without a 24 hour notice. I have these girls walking through my apartment all the time while I m at work. I have complained but they basically tell me it s to bad I m just the renter. I hate where I live now! I feel like I have no privacy and no rights. And for a much as they come by my apartment they have never fixed a thing! My refrigerator has been broken since I moved in and they just tell me to make other work order. They also have sent me a letter complaining about having inside furniture on my patio. The inside furniture being my little camping colder. I recommend that anyone wanting to feel secure where they live don t rent with these people. They are terrible.
