If I could give zero stars I would. NOTE: WE TALKED TO THEM ABOUT THEIR REVIEWS AND THEY BASICALLY SAID DON'T LISTEN TO THEM. I AM TELLING YOU, LISTEN TO THEM! Throughout our entire rental experience there was constant issues due to Management Associates. To begin, when my roommates and I were on our way out to Bozeman with all of our furniture and belongings, we got a call saying the house would not be ready until after the weekend. We had to fight for them to even let us drop our stuff in the garage of the home. We then went on a camping trip and returned to find out that the house would still not be ready. We ended up staying in a hotel for almost 3 weeks because they did not have the house ready by our rent date. Once we finally moved in we didn't have hot water, the countertops were missing for a month, the dishwasher constantly fell out of the wall, and a window that was broken (this became a big issue because we were paying for heat and the window never got fixed). My roommates room was constantly freezing throughout the winter because the window was basically wide open at all times. We ended up having to get lawyers involved as they were not meeting the requirements for a habitable home according to Montana's rental laws. If you are looking to sublet your house don't rent through this company. They also took a large chunk of our initial deposit for things that were originally wrong with the house (and included in our initial evaluation of the house). Just a horrible company to work with overall.
