This company takes care of a rental house I have in Belgrade. I find them to be very fair and if something goes wrong at the house they fix it and don't over charge for it. They have always found me great renters and send me the rent money very quickly. If you want someone in YOUR corner as a landlord, you want them on your side. Renters, if you leave the home as you found it, you have nothing to worry about. If you are nice to them, they are nice to you.
