Walked in thinking I needed a massive amount of money down to own a car and these guys made it happen for way less than I was expecting! I walked out happy as the new owner of an awesome car. Very pleased with the service and the sales manager did an awesome job helping me get into a car.

Overall, a very good experience. Andrew was excellent. The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they gave me a loaner for a day. They explained that it was so there weren't any more miles put on my trade-in. Sounds reasonable, but it was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, I definitely recommend Cocoa Hyundai. They got me exactly what I wanted, even though it was in Clearwater!

The only thing good I can say is my car window was fixed quickly. When I called to get an estimate on what a new window regulator would cost I was told they couldn t tell me that info over the phone. It would cost 120.00 to diagnose the problem. I knew what the problem was but they still wouldn t give me a price. So I took it in the part cost about 180.00 however they charged me 480.00 for the part and labor! That is 300.00 in labor!! It took a maximum of 2 hours to install that is how long it was from me telling them to go ahead and fix it and them telling me it was done. That also included an oil change in that time period. I will not take my car back for any services or buy from this dealership again.

I received excellent service, Jerry never made me feel that I was being pushed into anything. Never got that "car salesman" feeling.

The last car that I got from Hyundai I dealt with Eli, the finance manager, I was happy to see that he was still there.

I have bought seven cars in the past 10 years and this by far has exceeded all others and value price and experience of complete satisfaction on buying a new vehicle Marissa was our sales rep and did an excellent job she kept us in our price range and all the options we wanted. My husband and I decided to buy a new car and went to Cocoa Hyundai. Our sales man Jeff was wonderful. He was very informative and lots of fun. We did not buy a car that day. We had to discuss it first. We came back the next day and bought a car from Jeff. It did not stop there. Jeff has answered any question I have had since buying the car. He still remains very friendly and helpful even after our purchase. Everyone we met at the dealership was wonderful. We love our new Sonata Hybrid and would recommend Cocoa Hyundai and Jeff Ribak to anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle.

I don't usually write reviews, but this was a really bad experience. I visited them for service on my Tuscon a few days ago. The service was fine at this location, and the staff were helpful and friendly during my visit. They did a good job on my car and I have no problems with the actual service. However, after my visit I got multiple calls and emails for reviews. Like I said, I don't usually give reviews. I have a lot of social anxiety and I usually try to avoid calls when they are unnecessary, but I responded to one call that everything went well with the visit because I figured they'd stop afterward. They didn't. Then, when I submitted a review in response to one of the emails with a 4-star rating (out of 5) in hopes that they would leave me alone, I had a customer service person call me and grill me for almost 10 minutes about every answer I gave. When I said everything was fine and it was just a normal visit with nothing out of the ordinary, which ranks a 4/5 for me, they told me that I should have known my review was going to get the staff in trouble because it wasn't a 5/5 and I needed to submit another review with a higher score if I didn't want to penalize them. For someone with anxiety, this was an absolutely awful experience. I've never had an auto shop treat me this way before and I will be avoiding this location in the future.

From the time I arrived at this dealership, I felt like I was the MOST important person there!
I was greeted warmly and immediately felt like this was going to be a great experience - which it was.
My salesperson (Ryan) was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions.
The finance person (Brian) was extremely helpful in making my time there comfortable as he rapidly moved the entire transaction along, keeping me from spending endless hours waiting.

Called Service Department and was told the car was not under warranty. Left a message for Service Advisor to return my call but he didn't. Called to get it towed and Roadside Assistance said it's not under warranty. They sent me to customer assistance and they confirmed the car is under warranty. Once the warranty was confirmed, the towing and repair were very smooth.

I took my car in when the check engine light came on and they needed to keep my vehicle. They explained exactly what the issue was and gave me a ride home and picked me up the next day. Very caring and genuine staff. Will certainly be coming back for all future services.

Josh was fantastic and so was all the people I dealt with. My wife is handicapped so he rode with me to my house to show her a Kona. After we went back to the dealership and I signed all the papers he theh drove his personal car to our house with all the paperwork and got my wife's signature. Then he went through all the features with me on the car again. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him and everyone else a 12. We are both very pleased with the overall experience.

Since I knew exactly what I wanted before I even stepped in the dealership, I reached out to multiple dealers and Cocoa Hyundai beat all the other dealer's prices OTD before I even walked in their door. On top of having the best price OTD, they offered something no other dealer had - the "million mile guarantee" on the drivetrain. The Internet Salesman JT, General Managers Sheldon and Brian, and Finance Managers Brian and Mark were all great to work with. They took care of us and I know I'll make the drive next time to Cocoa from Orlando to buy from this dealership.

I had dreaded buying a new vehicle but my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe was right at 100,000 miles and that makes me nervous.

I was in contact with 3 dealerships and Cocoa Hyundai convinced me to try them first and I was glad I did. They gave me an excellent price on my trade, gave me several incentives on my new car and some delicious cupcakes to put the icing on the cake!

Trust me, give these guys a chance and they will place a smile on your face and a new car in your driveway!

We were in need of a vehicle, so we went back to Cocoa Hyundai as we have several times before, We were once again not let down. The salesman Adam was extremly courteous and knowledgeable! He answered every question we had and throughly explained it.
The finance manager was very informed and transparent. We will never go to any other dealership. Due in large part of the LEGENDARY service we receive at Cocoa Hyundai which could never be duplicated at a different Dealership.

This is my second Hyundai and I think the company is not as generous as before. No more free oil changes as long as you own the car.

I do like the cars and the warranty.

We traveled all the way from Panama City beach fl, around a 400 mile trip, they picked us up from the airport, stayed open late for us for my flight to arrive, and helped us through the whole process. We weren't looking for a brand new car, but the rebates and incentives helped get us out from under our previous SUV. I have never leased a car and am concerned about financing as I live on my own...credit score is low due to student loans... I ve had my 2017 Elantra for about a week and a dash warning light came on. It looked like a transmission warning and my heart sank. I have a long trip planned for this weekend. Although I didn t buy the car here they got me in immediately. Instead of gauging me for transmission repair the informed me that it was nothing more than a brake light. Not only was it repaired quickly they ran a full diagnostic test on the car to put my mind at ease. Very professional and very reasonable prices. I highly recommend.

An awesome experience when I needed it the most. After getting groceries out of the car the trunk lid wouldnt close. So I called up my local Coastal hyundai where I bought both of my sonatas to see if they could get me In. It's been downpouring rain for the last few days so I needed it fixed as i still had to get the kids from school. The lady said they were full for the day. I asked theres a nothing that can be done? Shebsaid, yes, you can come in as a walk in and wait for anything that possibly could open up but I would drop off the car if I was you. I had to get it fixed, so I went to mike gattos, paid $70 to have them tell me they didnt have the part. I called cocoa hyundai and the wonderful lady politely said they were full for the day but asked me what was the problem? I explained I couldnt shut my trunk. This woman literally said I will get you In, we cant have you in a car that cant close the trunk. I drive all the way to cocoa and they made a spot and took my car right in and fixed it. Thank you Cocoa Hyundai!!! A perfect example of nurturing the customer and going above and beyond.

In as much as I spent 6 hours at the dealership, it all worked out. Sounds like an awful lot of time but in their defense, I had a complicated purchase - 2 cars - purchase my current leased car and lease a new one. I had specific concerns and criteria. It took a while to get there but between Brian and Burton, it was an outstanding day; I left very happy. This was my 4th purchase over the years. I don't even think of going anywhere else when it comes time to buy my next car. I recommend this dealership without hesitation.

After leaving the service department from getting an oil change and the multi point inspection the service writer George told me that I needed tires I then informed George that the tires only had 30,000 out of 70,000 miles he told me that they were bald and then I asked him as everything else OK he says The technician checked all fluids all electrical and I left from there I went right over to Firestone where I purchased the tires I turn my vehicle off after I was done with Firestone I tried starting my car my battery was dead Firestone had to jump my vehicle I then called Cocoa Hyundai Speaking to the service manager who apologized and stated in a multi point inspection The technician should have check the battery well I informed him about my car dying at Firestone once again he apologize And would look more into that when I told him that Firestone tested the battery and only had 119 cranking amps rather than the 500 that should have I also have them check the fluids they informed me that the washer fluid was almost empty and everything else was fine

Service staff is generally very friendly. However, unless the issues are obvious or standard, I feel like troubleshooting could be improved. I have brought my car in several times for a very obvious significant issue, and unless they can replicate exactly there is no additional effort to diagnose. At this point I m considering trading my 2 year old vehicle in.

General Sale Manager, Jon Moyle is a stand up guy. he sold me an Santa Fe, bought out my lease and said he would take care of any damages and lease end fees. The deal was done hours after the dealership was closed and we forgot document that lease end fees would be taken care of by cocoa hyundai. 3 months later when I got a bill for $700, I called cocoa Hyundai explaining what happened. Jon called me back and stood by his word when he could have stiffed me. that $700 has earned Cocoa Hyundai a customer for life. thanks Jon. Like most, I don t relish a trip to have my car maintained, but the Cocoa dealership makes it a very pleasant experience. I love the nice waiting area with high speed Internet and cold bottled water, but my service coordinator, COURTNEY, ties it all together with her knowledge. FIVE STARS!

My wife and I had to find a car to replace her old Sonata. We have been shopping for a crossover for several months. We had to argue with dealerships just to get them to offer the advertised Internet price or the sticker price!!!! When we went to Cocoa Hyundai to look at a Santa Fe I was ready for another battle. I was really surprised at how well we were treated by Cocoa Hyundai. I had given up on car salesmen but they were friendly, honest, and upfront with us. "They made us an offer I couldn't refuse!" We are really happy with our purchased and couldn't be happier with the way we were treated at Cocoa Hyundai!
