I am not a fan of the way the service department is run. If I make an appointment and tell you what I need done you take down all my information, then I come in tell you my name and you ask me the same questions I told you over the phone, just for the front desk to send me to someone else to ask me the same questions I told you over the phone and the person at the front desk just asked me. Is there no communication? When I asked the representative if she had all my information in the system she replied sometimes the front desk gets different information. As a client that tells me that your office can not communicate and i should not be faulted or have my time wasted because your department is not organized. I should be able to drop my car off and leave and know that Cocoa Hyundai has it taken care of instead I have to wait at minimum 20 minutes for them to verify information I already told them with 2 other people because they can not communicate. I would expect better from them.

The service department was very pleasant and worked me in with the concerns I had about my car. Within an hour they had resolve the problem and had my car waiting for me. I highly recommend this service department it is one of the reasons why I buy my cars at this dealership.

If you go ask for Dan White but honestly, anyone there is great. I recommend coming to Cocoa Hyundai and giving them a chance in your search for new or used vehicles.

Had a wonderful experience Sara Britt was patient and kind. My situation was not optimal. She showed me the car I asked about online. The car was pulled up and ready. They already pulled my credit as I had asked the process was simple and everyone stayed till it was done. They took my trade and got me a great car highly recommended. I chose them due to my significant others purchasing from them a few years back. Service dept is also very friendly.

My and husband and I went to probably a dozen other dealerships before this one while shopping for a car, and this was the most personable and professional experience out of all of them, our salesman was very friendly. We came in to buy a car we test drove at another dealership, but had a horrible experience there and didn't buy the car, so we pretty much knew exactly what we wanted. They did try to pull a few negotiating tricks on us, but they didn't push too hard and in the end we got the deal we wanted. However, I'm afraid things might have been different if we didn't know what we were doing. I can't blame them for trying to get more money out of us, that's all car dealerships as we have learned and they were the least slimiest by far, but won't give 5 stars either. All in all we had a good experience though, and would recommend buying a car from them.

Quick response from internet sales manager - who even works on his day off. Was off to a good start. I was quoted a price for a vehicle included title, tax, tags and fees. All good. I accepted, and then was called with a new price about $4,000 higher than the quote. Whats the point in getting a quote if its meaningless?

Just an update to this. The sales manager contacted me and said this was all down to an error with the way the rebates were applied to the advertised price.

With the knowledge of going to a dealership, that you are going to be spending hours working out a deal. And how gruelling it can be. Working with Billy Sampley made the whole experience pleasantly seamless. He was very attentive and courteous towards my wife and myself. He was very knowledgeable about the Tuscon and explained in detail all the options on our vehicle. I hope Billy is still working for Coastal Hyundai the next time we are shopping for a new vehicle.

Went in yesterday and met Javitz Roebuck. He was genuine and helpful. I told him what i wanted to spend/what i could afford and he went to work looking on the lot etc. We found a car that fit almost all me needs/wants and i test drove it with him. The price was something i had to figure out and he did not put the "used car salesman" pressure on me. I went home and made my decision and returned the next day.
Today i met Jeff Ribak beause Javitz was with another client.Jeff stepped in so i wouldn't wait (one of the main reasons i would recommend this place is the community like feel amongst the salesmen etc.) and once again i test drove the car and made my decision.
Jeff then quickly put together the paper work that was needed to seal the deal and then Javitz came by and explained the warranty etc. Then i was sent into see Mark who got the paperwork together.
It was a very good experience. I also had my 81 year old father with me and he too was impressed with the sincerity and helpfulness of all the staff.

I bought a 2009 hyundai santa fe on saturday feb 24th. I left the lot with my vehicle and less than 12 hrs later ut was bucking and trying to die with the check engine light on. They supposedly fixed it by putting on a new battery terminal on monday. Then wednesday the vehicle started doing thw same thing thursday it was back with them and they said it was 2 coils and 3 spark plugs and they fixed them. Now its doing the same exact thing and they are now saying i bought bad gas yesterday. This place is useless they kept putting parts in it that it did not need and now that its still doing it it must be my fault because they dont know how to fix it. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Bunch of scam artists trying to screw over a single disabled mom. How nice of them. I put gas in from pilot who say there is nothing wrong with their gas. So no it wasnt a gas issue as the eck engine light and issues with the vehicle have been the same. Yall have thrown parts at the vehicle that it did not need. Yes yall dropped the tank but if the gas was so bad and weak why did my entire vehicle smell like gas was poured into it after you dropped the tank? Yes yall did make sure i knew it was an as is sale but yall never disclosed there was a major issue with the vehicle. And you can say it was an inexpensive vehicle but $8000 is NOT a small amount of money specially when its from someone on a fixed income . i understand as is but with an $8000 vehicle you would figure it would run for at least a day with no issues. Im here to pick it up now hopefully yall actually fixed what was wrong this time.

I went in to have my 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced and thought I would look around the showroom. I soon spoke with salesman Steve Yoder who was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and best of all, not pushy. My current vehicle was assessed and I was given a very fair estimate for a trade in value. Since a new 2014 Santa Fe Sport I both wanted and needed was not on the lot, Steve Yoder and Jon Moyle jumped through hoops to find the exact vehicle I needed and had its delivery expedited to the dealership the same day. Working with both Steve Yoder and Jon Moyle was a fantastic experience and I cannot speak too highly for their expertise and professionalism. They were very friendly and personal, yet very professional in their duties. I know that, once again, I was receiving a very fair deal in this transaction. I then talked to the business/finance manager Mr. Mark Hobbs. Once again he was very friendly, very personable, not pushy, but talked with me about the outstanding additional options available for me and really was not pushy explaining the protection plans available. The thing I liked most about him was him giving me the details and, without being pushy, allowing me to decide on my own which plans available I felt I wanted and needed. The finance process was fast and easy and his expertise was unbelievable. When you decide to go in and look around at vehicles, I highly recommend salesman Steve Yoder. If you get the opportunity, meet General Sales Manager Jon Moyle, as he too is very personable, friendly, courteous and professional. After you decide which vehicle is right for you, you will speak with Business Manager Mark Hobbs who will help you with financing. You cannot ask for a better group of people to work with. This is my 4th Hyundai and as we will be looking for another car for my wife to drive in the near future, we will definitely go back to Cocoa Hyundai and look for Mr. Steve Yoder to work with us. I cannot speak too highly of the personnel I dealt with and that work at Cocoa Hyundai and they will continue to receive my return business. I hope this helps anyone deciding where to go to look for outstanding vehicles with outstanding personnel to work with. This is a very reputable dealership to work with. I hope this helps anyone reading it in their quest for their perfect Hyundai dream vehicle.

Went in to see what my car was worth in trading value, he refused to show us a car due to me being disabled but we have the sufficient income as earlier in the year another Hyundai dealership approved us for a 2017 Santefe with credit worse than it is now. Terrible place to go. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Update: after calling and speaking to Rand he gave us a visa gift card as an apology for the way the salesperson treated us. If you go there and ask for Rand you might have a better experience.

Purchasing a new vehicle from Cocoa Hyundai was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. They brought the car right to me, I did not have to walk around the lot. The salesmen were friendly and not intimidating or pressuring me. It only took about an hour to complete the buying process.

Den of thieves. My wife just had her car serviced and they proceeded to take advantage of her. $35 in labor to replace two bulbs over the license plate, another $30 in labor to replace the indoor cabin filter. The combined time to complete these tasks is about ten minutes. Then told her that her coolant needed to be replaced, even though the owners manual does not call for it for another 30k miles.

Question everything with these people, better yet NEVER go there in the first place.

He was not interested in us and passed us off to someone with an excuse of I have someone picking up a another car and he's on his way. David (salesman) probably doesn't know we are not planning to purchase a car today. Bought a used 2015 Ford Focus SE. Stopped in twice before test driving and buying the vehicle. Our salesman was Colter and he was awesome! On our first visit we were just shopping around looking at cars, mileage, prices, etc like we had been at other dealerships making sure we made the right purchase for our family. My first time around Colter's bosses offered me a good deal but I didn't have time to test drive. We continued to shop around and ultimately found myself asking if the vehicle was still available and if the original deal was still on the table. There was a bit of miscommunication between Colter's bosses (different people there the 2nd time) and I ended up paying a wee bit more than expected but they did offer to help eat up some costs for me which I appreciated because of the situation the miscommunication had put everyone in. They detailed the car and it had a full gas tank when we drove off the lot with it. When it comes time to buy again I would highly consider looking there again. Overall a good buying experience for buying my first car in Florida. Not something I can say I've experienced everytime I was looking in my home state of Michigan.

Now, all that said, I've only had the car a day at the time of writing this review. Let's hope this review remains positive!

Purchaser BEWARE!!! I have a friend who purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I suggest that NOBODY ever deal with them, they have the worse service department I have ever dealt with. The 2013 Hyundai Elantra was purchased on 9/19/2016. She has had to fight with the service department from day one. My friend went on vacation and left her car in my care. The battery went dead and the vehicle will not start. The battery is a Hyundai battery with a purchase date of 2/2015. I called the service department to inquire about the warranty. They said the battery life date follows the car so since the car is 40 months old the battery has no warranty, WHAT??? Following this logic if I bought a new Hyundai battery for the car today that battery would be out of warranty the day it was purchased. I questioned the service manager and he could not answer why they will no warranty the battery, all he would say is the battery is out of warranty because the car is 40 months old. I am not accepting that and I have already begun a campaign to alert the car buying public to NEVER buy from Cocoa Hyundai in Cocoa Florida.

I felt my car start to wobble and was afraid to drive my Tucson so my car went straight to cocoa Hyundai. Kevin, the service manager, kept me updated on the progress of my car and 4 tires were needed but the price was very fair. When I picked it up I met Mark! Wow, exceptional customer service and a very quick transaction. Mark was so nice and enthusiastic I thought, he makes me want to have a Hyundai forever! Thanks for everything.

This is the best car buying experience on earth. Jeff Ribak and Maurice Smith worked very hard to get us a deal, ON THE CAR WE WANTED and at a price we could afford. It was awesome. Everyone in the facility was friendly and even clapped and rang the bell when we made the deal.
In addition, Cocoa Hyundai offers the best warranty in the business, and free oil changes for as long as you own the car. Why would you buy a car from anyone else?
If you are considering purchasing a car, new or used, please go see the fine folks at Cocoa Hyundai. You will be glad you did.
