When I make an appointment I am given a reminder, then I am greeted with courtesy, treated with respect and given detailed information about what is needed. While waiting for the service to be done, I am treated to coffee and a donuts and a table to work at. I am given an internet connection and a TV to watch if I wish to. The "wait" is as painless as possible.
