Management makes little effort to correct errors in the documentation. The staff treated me like I was the cause for their mistakes. It took 5 weeks to correct my title error which I pointed out to them within 24 hours.
No apology was given at any period along the way to correction. Attitude continued to be presented to me that it was my fault for the errors. A offer of fisticuffs was given by one of the managers today when I picked up the corrected copy of my title.

I am NOT pleased.
