Everyone was great and did a good job completing my first scheduled maintenance.

Only improvement (that's outside of the dealership's control) is the need for the service rep to call the 3rd party warrantee provider (and was on hold for a lengthy time due to my Saturday service appt) to confirm I did not owe out-of-pocket for covered service.

I would think that Hyundai IT could integrate this information into their system to track this type of basic information to streamline the process.
