Awful experience here. Every person at the hostess stand was rude and the manager Marqez was even worse. He lacked all customer service skills and was completely inflexible. So much so that he lost our business. We booked reservations 2 months ago and are visiting from the US. We were told we'd have a window seat. When we arrived they stuck us at this inner table. When we asked the hostess for a window table she said we had to wait another 30-45 minutes. At the same time the table right next to us (blocking our view) got up to leave. We asked again to switch and she sent is to the manager who said we could not move there. 'Everyone wants the window seat' and we'd have to wait. He wouldn't listen to any reason and let us walk out the door. we went to The Keg Steakhouse. SO GLAD we did. I would not recommend the 360 restaurant at the CN tower unless you feel like dealing with rude and incompetent management.

Chi our server took excellent care of us. He was very well versed with the menu and answered any questions that we had regarding the meal. He always ensured that our wine glasses were full, but at no time did we ever feel like he was a bother.
The food was delicious and the portions were just the right size.
This resturant was very big on its presentation of each of the dishes being served.

Ordered a steak, wasn't cooked enough so they cooked it more and over cooked it. My wife didn't enjoy her food at all, she left more than half on the plate, the bar on the lower level has a lot better food.

We were there with a Trafalgar tour, more or less 48 people in total. We were very excited bc was our first time in the CN tower inToronto, and unfortunately our last time in that 360 Restaurant at the tower. In my table there was a group of eight people including myself. The menu for the night was: mushroom soup, Cesar salad and the main course (pork, beef or fish). Some of us ordered soup, some salad and for main course most of us order chicken. The issue started with the time we had to wait for the food, and what a surprise when the waiter brought the food to us. The soup was tasteless luckewarm fluid, the salad was disgusting: one lettuce cut in four pieces! No dressing, no crotons, no cheese, Very dissapointing and it passed of as a Cesar Salad. The main course was not bad, but for the price we all were expecting something better. The dessert was a "lava chocolate" No more options and my wife is allergic to chocolate. I love chocolate so I have it a try. Pathetic! It was too rich nobody ate the dessert, NOBODY, not even myself. One of our friends just sugested to the waiter for next time to have a second option and this guy (Indian man, nothing against them ) but since we arrived he was extremely rude in his responses, unfriendly and unhelpful, and he turned to the other table an brought one empty plate an aggressively showed the plate to our friend very close to his eyes. and said: "This dessert has been served for more than 30 years" Absolutely Ridiculous. that was the WORST SERVICE I have receive at a restaurant.

Great views and they serve good food. I guess that's how I would sum-up our visit. Our last day in Toronto we decided to go to CN Tower (we were staring at it for days from our apartment). In order to avoid the LONG lines we booked a lunch reservation and off we went. Getting up to the restaurant was pretty cool in and of itself. Once up at the restaurant the views really took center stage.

We were seated along the window rail area with obviously great views. It is said that you do a full rotation in about 70 minutes which seemed accurate.

The service was extremely good. Don, our waiter, was well versed in the menu and very well spoken. The assistants (filled water and coffee) did great, too.

The food was good... in my opinion didn't match the views. I did enjoy my Local Beet and Buffalo Mozzarella salad very much. Great starter! I also ordered the prime rib which was a little lackluster. The meat was slightly overdone (ordered medium rare to medium) and didn't have a very full flavor. Just fell flat in the flavor department. The horseradish mashed potatoes, on the other hand, were delicious.

Long story short - the service and views were stellar; the food was a bit better than good....

Once your meal is complete you can go down a level to the observation level for some floor-to-ceiling glass areas as well as going outside to the patio area (all netted/fenced in - not good for photos).

Great views (on a cloudless day) but somewhat average food for us it's price. Admission to the tower is included with the price and you do get to skip the line. The service is also fantastic and the dining experience is quite pleasant overall.

A spectacular place, very good food and perfect attention. The views of Toronto from the restaurant are incredible. The turn of the restaurant is not at all annoying. I would advise going a couple of hours before sunset because it looks beautiful from the tower. For some pockets it may be somewhat higher, but it is really worth it.

Beautiful view. Waiter was nice but a bit forceful. Laid napkins on guests laps who were eating with it still on table. Also picked up side plate and moved it beside knife of a guest who had it in front of them. The entire table was a bit aghast at that. Tip was built into the bill at 15% so I guess he feels it's his right or responsibility.
Food was overall a solid 3. Some items were really tasty and other items not so much. Cost overall doesn't support the meal other than it's a unique venue. Might or might not visit again if the opportunity presents itself. $5 for tea is a big turn off.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a tourist trap but the food was very well done from start to finish. The process of checking in and dining was very smooth and efficient. Both things caught me off guard as I expected the worst. The initial pricing of the menu seems high (ie $40 kids menu) until you consider it includes the price of admission to the CN Tower. While dining I realized it was actually a bargain. I'd definitely eat here again if I wanted the view and experience.

Overall a good experience and worth the money. Portions are a little small but that's what you get at a premium tourist location that wants you to buy desert. The only really negative thing I hate about this place is that you can't ask for or reserve a window seat... if I'm driving from hours away on a special occasion to go for dinner in the top of the cn tower to see the beautiful view it offers... well I'd damn well like to see it. Too many times I have been pushed aside and told nothing was available window seat wise even when I told them I will wait for one or if I could take a seat and then move once one becomes available. But nope nothing worked for them.

I visited 360 The Restaurant as a tourist from Ohio, US. It was a treat to experience the CN tower in all of its beauty as a prelude to the New Year 2017. One must take an elevator to the top of the tower to reach this restaurant, which is actually constantly moving at 360 degrees. Atmosphere of the Toronto night skyline was 5/5. We opted for the seafood tower, which originally did not fit on our table for two. Though, service was very accommodating to this and made sure that we were comfortable and had enough space. The seafood tower itself was moderately fresh and flavorful. My interpretation of this venue was that atmosphere was stressed with highest emphasis. Food quality, and presentation while fresh and visually appealing, were not treated with the highest standard in my opinion.

Very disappointing.

Very disappointing.
Took my family up for a great dining experience, to enjoy great food, great service and of course, great view!
Because we were going to the restaurant, we did not have to wait in cue for the elevators to get up, that was a plus point. The line up to get up to CN Tower is over an hour long. We were directed to elevators and more elevators but the individuals were very robotic in their actions. No pleasantries. No proper welcome... just pointed us to where we were expected to go...
We were greeted by a hostess, took the name and again pointed us toward the dining area ... took our menus and lead us down the stairs to a table.
Set us up and off she went
Then we waited. Our waiter came after along time, just to welcome us and to offer water.
We finally got some water. We were informed on how the menu worked. Two items or three, one entree and one dessert or one entree with a salad no dessert. We had two vegetarian children with us, the kids menu doesn t offer anything except a pasta, which they can t have, spoke to the waiter and he stated there was nothing he could substitute it for fo the other menu .. ok...unless we pay the adult menu price. Of course, had no option ...
We ordered our food. It took forever to be delivered to us. We finished our bread. Our water. And still no food. I timed it and our food was brought to us an hour and twenty minutes after we placed our order.
The waiter did not check on us afterwards, we finished our meal. The plates were cleared. Dessert was brought. That was the end.

I would go back, but to have a glass of wine and some bread, and to just enjoy the view.
I would not spend as much as I did for the food there.
I feel it s a rip off. If you re offering fine dining then offer it fully. Otherwise just charge people for the view and state it.

It is worth the visit itself, to be able to climb the tower without taking a queue, to enjoy the view in the restaurant that rotates 360 degrees. However, the food is disappointing. The salad was very good, but the main dish disappointed! Furthermore, the waiter who served us was not at all helpful or friendly.

The service is the worst I have EVER had. I even told the server it was my birthday and he didn't care, he never said happy birthday he never smiled he couldn't even fake being happy to be there. I am still in shock at how horrible the service was. He was annoyed to be living and definitely serving. The menu is NOT vegan or allergy friendly and expect to pay $300 to stay hungry and have the worst service ever. The server never explained anything and he checked on us once from the hall instead of coming to the table which made me feel as if I was in an outdoor patio. I am so disappointed. I made this reservation months ago and was looking forward to it and I get hit with this. I will never go back and I have told my family about it so when they visit in July not to bother eating here.

This was a lovely restraunt. The chicken was delicious and so was the ice cream sundae. The tower spins very slowly and I had spun around once in about one hour. The view was amazing you can see the hole city. The service was fast and amazing. You order your dessert apitiser and meal at the same time so you can get everything you orders when you want. The elevader up has a glass wall however if you are scared of hights this may not be the correct place. There is a skywalk and a view point and it is beyond amazing. I say you should really consider coming here. This restraunt is one of the best.

The restaurant itself was beautiful, but the service was very slow, the waiters very inexperienced (they didn't know what an Aperol spritz was), and the food mediocre at best. Small portions, overcooked, and left under a heat lamp. Also despite having a reservation, there being many empty tables, and us not having sat yet, at 9 pm on a Thursday, we could not move to a window seat without an hour wait.

Was warned about a disappointing experience but was still let down. Will not be returning and will do my best to dissuade friends from dining.

Enjoyed a dinner here with my husband and a cousin recently. The view was beautiful. In fact it was better than the view from the observation deck. Service was good but the menu options were limited. Especially since we are vegetarians. The pasta was awesome. Also the portions are quite big. A 2 course meal was filling.
Its a bit overpriced but considering the fact that entry fee into the tower and for the observation deck was included, it was a pretty good deal. Plus the experience was worth every penny.

The food was ok! The service was not the hit for such a nice restaurant. When paying, the waiter "Gordon" was very naughty and did not say goodbye to us because we did not tip. For such a restaurant, I expect more!

5 stars for the view! 1 star for the food! Salmon was over cooked, with bones in. Ceaser salad was strange and boring. I think they are trying too hard to be fancy, without anything tasting good. Even the bread was mediocre. The weird atmosphere of people watching the tables from the centre of the room, management perhaps...gave me an eerie feeling. But the restaurant itself is fun, I d pay to bring my own food and have a picnic.....the only good thing about dinner was the water with ice.

Fantastic experience and wonderful food. Great deal with the prix fix menu that includes admission to the observation deck. Used this as a venue for a team dinner and everyone was thrilled!

I was enthralled by the rotating view! A must for tourists to Toronto and locals. Our server never made us feel rushed and allowed us the time to enjoy our courses. To give it 5-stars, I'd need for the decor and ambience to match the food prices and novelty of the experience. Upgrades are needed in aesthetics and table settings, but with that said, nothing was unpleasant at all. Food is lovely and distinctly Canadian. I would certainly encourage visitors to Toronto to plan a meal here during their trip.

Bad food. I got a gastro after my lunch today, was a really bad idea to start my journey in Toronto by eating there I'm really pissed.the only thing that marked me was the view

Expensive but delicious without a doubt! They also have a fantastic seasonal seafood menu right now and the fixed price menu isn t really that bad for 3 courses at some 79$ a head.

The wine list is actually great, if marked up a bit but honestly you go here for the fantastic views of Toronto. Get a reservation for about 7.30 to see the sunset in the summer and try to reserve a table near the windows!

360 The Restaurant at the CN Tower offers amazing views of Toronto (See below) and diverse food pairings to match. Be prepared to pay more than the typical cost. The average meal cost is likely $75+ when including alcoholic beverages. But do not let that discourage you. Paying the extra also grants you access to the observation floors. I highly recommend this restaurant for it's scenario alone.

This is worth more the experience than for the food.

Food is good, but for the price should be outstanding!

However, the views and the experience of the revolving restaurant are well worth it.

Service was a lacking, server had good attentive voice, but attitude was not the best. And didn t really checked on us if we needed anything.

They bread and butter they serve at the beginning of the meal could be warmed up and would make so much better.

My partner and I went here for a Valentines dinner around 5:00pm and the timing was perfect! We were able to see the view while the sun was out, at sunset, and when all the lights lit up the night sky.

The food was pretty good. I had the lamb shank while he had the prime rib. Although, when my partner told them to cook it rare it was a bit too rare.

Nonetheless, their food was a solid 8/10 and worth the money for special occasions and the beautiful view of Toronto. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants an excuse to dress up and experience fancy dining!

You do not go there only for food that is really good by the way, but for the whole experience that accompanies it (the second highest restaurant in America, the rotating floor giving 360 * effect and the views associated with it). I recommend it to everyone in Toronto.

Worth the money. When you consider the cost of just going up the CN tower, it's much more worth it to pay a little more for the meal. The view is better than in the regular observation deck. The restaurant rotates slowly so you get about two revolutions through the meal (3 courses and a bottle of wine). And when you're finished you can pop down to the observation deck for the glass floor view.

The view was nice and It is good to go for unique experience with 360 degree moving view. But their service was not really good. I was alone and had to wait for more than 1 hour. They didn't give a window seat for me. So I had to wait. After I claim, They reserved it. Also, I asked pre-dinner bread more because I waited for 2 hours and I was so hungry. It was almost 9:00PM. But they didn't offer well and it was not warm... If I have a chance to go again, I will not go to the restaurant.

One of the best restaurants I ve been to in a while. Everything was fantastic! Once you re seated they leave you a bit to enjoy the view before you order. The service was great and the food was amazing. The view is spectacular from here and we got to visit the glass floor and go to the observation area for free. Will come here every time I visit Toronto!

Food is edible but not worth the price at all. Portions are also very small so don't go on an empty stomach. Unless you're into menu items that you will never find at any of your favourite restaurants then you may end up slightly disappointed. We struggled for 30 minutes trying to decide on our appetizers and mains. Nothing sounded appealing and every course description almost required Googling. I had the bannock appetizer. Bland and boring. She had played it safe with a Cesar salad. No bacon on it as promised, so we requested some. Didn't expect some 2 inch slabs of semi raw pork. The table bread was cold and some kind of multi grain. Immediate regrets of not going to the Keg instead. Main and appetizers are $65 for both. If you want the best meals on the menu expect to pay well over $100 per plate. My main was the risotto. This was by far the most bland and non-appetizing risotto I've had. Basically wild grain rice sitting in bowl of rice water with some corn nibblets tossed in for color. She had the salmon. Basic salmon at best. You'll find better at Pickel Barrel. Go for the view, do not go for the food.

It's the great place to celebrate. We went there to celebrate my parents birthday, the staff were so sweet and kind. I asked them before to write happy birthday on the desserts, and they added candles themselves. We got the 3 course food. I had a Caesar salad which I really enjoyed, the duck, and the chocolate tower. The view is amazing and you get to enjoy the panoramic view of Toronto, as the restaurant rotates.

Great restaurant with delicious food and captivating views of Toronto city. The service is attentive and professional without being overbearing. Your meal gives you access to the observation deck. I find the pricing to be fair for the quality of food and service and the fact that it s such an iconic place. If you are visiting Toronto this place is a must!

My best friend from Australia was visiting Toronto for the first time, so I thought dinner at the restaurant would be a good way to welcome her to the city, as well as Ontario. It was a lovely evening, pleasant atmosphere, very good food and service, and I would be glad to return again. And of course, the view was amazing!

Breathtaking view of downtown Toronto from the CN Tower. The Asian guy who took our order was awesome along with the customer service. I can't say the same for the food. It says no good, I guess we paid for the view and ambiance.

Fabulous views all around right from your table, as the platform rotates continuously. Very good food as well. Not cheap, but includes the Lookout and the Glass Floor, right below the restaurant.

Went there with my date and i really liked it. Food and wine was really delicious and the view was phenomenal. Lost one star because I felt i was being pushed by the server to finish my wine early so that he can get other customers. Entry to CN tower was covered and everything was really good. Will surely go there again
