Fabulous restaurant, went there about three times years ago. It's only gotten better. The atmosphere is incredible with the revolving views of our incredible City. Service is really good, our server Julie was very gracious she totally looked after my food allergies. Very happy about that, while chatting she found out we were there to celebrate a birthday. Without asking at the end of our meal our birthday boy was given a dessert with a candle. Lovely touch,! You can choose from a set two course or three meal, there is a' la carte. Great selection of Canadian wines which is a plus in my books. Wonderful selection of desserts, special coffees. Our appetizers of Caesar salad, Smoked Salmon, Lobster Bisque, Main courses of Prime rib, Duck Breast, Salmon and Chicken was very tasty, and good serving size. I will absolutely go back very soon.
We ordered the 3 course meal and truely speaking it was the worst experience ever .Food was not good at all, nither was the ambiance ,the only thing about this place is that the view from this place is great .Would not recommened to anyone . Overpriced and tastless food.
Last year in August 2017, I had dinner there. I ordered the prime rib cooked medium. It came out fantastic. The beef tender, easy to cut, and juicy. As a result, I brought my family there for lunch on Thursday August 9, 2018.
My brother and I both ordered the prime rib, medium. This was by far the worst piece of meat I've ever had. Whoever the chef was during this shift has no business cooking prime rib. The meat was not tender, not juicy, and very difficult to cut. I barely ate it as it was just awful. Both steaks were just autocrious.
I left severely disappointed and spent $558 for lunch. It was just a waste of money. I will never have any meal at this restaurant ever again. That chef responsible for that lunch need lessons on cooking.
Obviously the view is amazing in this restaurant. But that s it.
The food: we both got our steak returned since we ordered it medium-well and it came like completely done and dry. We assume that the food is not really made fresh on request since the appetizer and the main course came really quickly after we ordered. The steak we got on the second try was actually medium-well but the quality was definitely not what you would expect from an 75 CAD two-course menu. They also served tab water with tastable chlorine in it. We couldn t drink it (but maybe that s normal in North America?). However, for that kind of restaurant we would have expected water without chlorine taste.
Service: Waiters are attentive and friendly. However, since the restaurant claims to be a kind of high-end restaurant, we felt like they want us to finish our meal quickly what made us feel uncomfortable. Also, when we got a new fork and knife for the main course, the waiter just plunked it on the table without arranging it accordingly.
This was an amazing experience with the family. Service was great and food was great. You want to go on clear sky, otherwise the experience will not be the same.
The restaurant revolves 360 degrees in 90 minutes with panoramic views of the city. Window seats are apparently hard to come by though. The food can be pricey but elevation is free with the prix fixe meal purchase. I enjoyed the red fish with asparagus and plantain. I'd go again.
Hi I was there on 10th October 2019,with my family. This gentleman called CLARENCE was serving my table. He made my whole experience feel so terrible. He never really spoke to us politely,he was chewing gum the whole time, and he threw the utensils on the table......there qas no care or respect give to us.I regret having eaten at 360 restaurant. The food is disgusting(plz dont eat the baked chicken with sundried tonatoes)....And watchout for that CLARENCE.
I went here for my birthday. The service and the ambience was amazing. The view from the top of the cn tower is totally breathtaking. However I would rate this place 4 stars because the food was not that great and comparable to the price. There were not a lot of chicken and vegetable options.
Expensive but good service, staff nice and really what you are there for ... the views are stunning. Better than a plane flight. Choose sunset to see the place. Good chive as it's a bucket list just like the 360 restaurant in Berlin.
