Good food but the portion sizes may not be worth it. Have been to other comparable restaurants with similar or better quality for less or more but the views make it worth the expense i guess. I leave it to you

My husband took me and our two children, ages 8 and 2, here for our 16-year anniversary a couple of days ago. As this was a surprise, I didn't dress properly for such a nice restaurant, but there were enough tourists there, that I wasn't the only one ;) This is a very expensive restaurant, but absolutely worth it for the incredible view, delicious food and amazing service! Let me start by saying that even though it was pouring rain, the view was absolutely fantastic - watching planes taking off from the island was a thrill for the kids :) There were about three different servers, who each interacted with us for different reasons, and each of the men were happy, smiling, courteous and helpful - we were very impressed! They re-filled our water glasses without asking or interrupting, brought crayons for the kids, and surprised us with a free dessert to congratulate us on our anniversary (thank you!). Now for the food; what can I say? The portions were perfect and the tastes were amazing! We all shared bites from each other's plates, so we could all share how delicious ours was - and I noticed other tables doing the same - if that doesn't adequately describe how amazing the food is, I don't know what does! As a coffee-lover, I have to add, that the coffee they served with dessert was FANTASTIC! We were stuffed, by the time we were finished. Oh, and the woman who posted that they only serve wine, was wrong - they serve beer and spirits, too (we saw them on the drink menu). After dinner, we walked down a flight of stairs, to the observation deck. The glass-bottom floor is awesome and the kids had a blast scaring the daylights out of us! The walls are filled with murals, describing everything related to the CN Tower and we found it interesting enough to take pictures. Unfortunately, due to the bad weather, the outdoor enclosure was closed. But we couldn't have asked for a better CN Tower experience - the elevator attendants were polite, informative, and very welcoming :) So, overall, we had a wonderful Anniversary here and I would definitely recommend it to others! I would love to come here again :)

For information purposes: we ordered two 2-course dinners, one meal from the children's menu (the kids split a meal), two glasses of wine, and two cups of coffee, and the bill came in around $273.00 including tip.

Poor I would say.

Poor I would say.

The food was flat (which is still ok, as I know that I'm paying for THE VIEW), and on top of it the waiter's attitude was unbelievable. It was a special occasion. Which I mentioned to the reservation staff and told to add a note to send a Happy birthday Dessert for my wife, which obviously dint happen.

On top of it, waiter pressured to give 15% gratuity and was conversing with alot of assumptions about where we come from, how we eat and how we talk.

The entire experience was spoiled by our wonderful waiter.

Stay away from this place if you are not WHITE. I guess that sums it up

My overall feeling is that despite the beautiful view this restaurant is extremely overpriced for the quality of food. I ordered oysters to start which were sub par. Lobster for main was good, slightly over cooked. I was not extatic about the butter provided with the lobster. Husband didn t finish his steak which is very unlike him but he did not mention why. He also had lobster and for the price of this dish I would expect he would receive butter for his lobster but it was not included. My daughter had the kids menu salmon which was served plain and was extremely dry. I would suggest serving a dill cream sauce on the side perhaps. My husband and children all ordered strawberry daiquiris which were half melted when they arrived at the table. No one finished their drinks. Our bill was 500$ for five people and my youngest had penne with butter and my son had chicken fingers. Service was courteous and polite.

People have already said this - but I felt it was necessary to reiterate the fact that the food is no bueno. It was $200 for two people to dine, and it was a very disappointing, tasteless meal. You d think for how much profit they re raking in they d be able to hire better cook staff and chefs with more vibrant ideas. As stated, there are literally hundred of better food options in Toronto, especially for two hundred bucks!! Save your money, just go to the CN tower for the views until they 360 elevate the menu.

WAY too overpriced. Don t even think about getting A La Carte if you re trying to save money. Definitely a one time experience for me. I had the Atlantic Salmon Filet. Seasoned well, though it was different. Dessert was delicious. I had the More

This message is in regards to the service I received from 360 restaurant. First off I want to explain and express that I was extremely fine with paying my bill. The gentlemen I spoke to maybe misunderstood the conversation because by his response and attitude it clearly reflects his assumption. I came to visit my best friend and say happy birthday as I had another event to go to. I ordered a dry martini with extra olives and mingle and then the waiter asked me what I was going to order. I let him know I would be leaving and he mentioned I would be charged an entrance fee. I said okay as there were a lot of people around and decided to inquire about it separately. When I approached the front desk they explained to me the process and the procedure. Which I said no problem. I walked by and saw a manager his name tag was either bill or bull and explained my situation. I told him that I understood this is an attraction in Toronto but down stairs I told them I was here stopping in for a reservation but the front desk associate never explained that I would have to pay an entrance fee. He said well people would not come to the CN Tower to not to eat but that is not precisely true. I disregarded his comment and I said okay but then I went on to mention your not even apologizing for your front desk associate not relaying information and the gentlemen explained he does not owe me an apology . That is when I decided I would say thank and walk away from the situation. As a Vice President and an ambassador of an insinuation I would never ever tell any person that I do not owe them an apology. I was willing to pay that was not the issue here. I was making an observation that his associate failed to provide me with information that would infact effect me and I was told he does not owe me an apology! That s disgusting for your manager to feels he can speak or interact with any customer in that manner. I will be calling head office on Tuesday morning as this is not how you deal with customers. I am very disappointed how I was spoken to in that manner. I approached your associate with correctly, respectful and not with a drop of attitude. I am extremely baffled and disappointed. My waiter, on the other hand, was a very kind and respectful gentlemen. I order a dry martini with extra olives and it was made wonderfully. My total bill that night was $78.00.

It's the kind of place where you sit down beforehand, take a deep breath, then check who's coming; check the weather; check your star sign; and, most importantly, book in advance. That last point can't be emphasised enough. Wanna sit by a window? Tell them in advance. Wanna be done before the tower revolves around to Mississauga? Tell them in advance. Wanna have them hang any noisy toddlers off the railings? Tell them in advance. Doing a walk in to this restaurant is as advisable as walking up the tower.

Anyway, I booked in advance, skipped the queue, got a window, got a great meal (chicken and pavlova, separately), and got a sweet ride down at my own leisure. Sure, prices are high, but I think that since (a) it's the highest point in Toronto, (b) you don't need the separate ticket for the main viewing platform, and (c) it revolves, it's got some valuable points of distinction.

As could be expected, the view is fabulous. Very relaxing and quite romantic. HOWEVER, the food quality vs the price definitely raises some concerns. The 2 course prix fix is the most cost effective way to eat ... but be warned that the portions are beyond ridiculous (small). The lamb shank as well as the prime rib was less then exciting on their flavour profiles. The plating was very sloppy with very clear neglect for detail. The service (although friendly) was very slow and forgetful.

I would recommend eating here as a good way to see the views if you have never been... as the ride up the tower is over 35 per person. The ride is covered when ordering an entree. The 2 course menu starts at 65 dollars ... so as long as you simply order the appetizer and entree special and don t order the pricey wine... you won t be too overwhelmed by the experience.

Awesome, must try experience. I had a lunch date with my girlfriend here. The food and service were both top notch and we both left very satisfied and happy. By the time we had been there for about an hour for lunch we had pretty much rotated around the whole tower. Exquisite view. We will deffinitly be doing it again.

Whilst friendly, the service at the restaurant was quite rushed; they seem to want as many tourists in and out as possible. The food was decent, but not anything too special and the beer selection was limited.

The USP is of course the view. That was great, although it felt somewhat awkward having to look past the couple on the window table to see the view.

Went on sunday. The view was good and the service was good. I'd expect the prices to be high considering the location but the food didnt match up. The menu itself was quite small and the food was too salty and nothing special. This would have only been 2 stars if it wasn't for the great service we got, especially from the old guy in the vest who served our table. Seemed like a nice guy and was very professional.

A bit noisy... portions were suprisingly hefty. Love the complimentary access to the glass floor and lookout after our meal. And was greeted like VIPS from after security check point till leaving the 360 restaurant access only elevator. Finally, a big plus was dessert specially prepared for my daughter's 13 birthday

Wheelchair accessibility-wise, it is okay but not the best. To get to the seats by the window there is a temporary ramp they can put but it is very steep and a little scary. It is also a little cramped which is to be expected. If you're planning to visit the restaurant, you may want to plan ahead.

Incredibly overpriced. Food was average, and the portions small. $350 for 2 entrees, 1 appetizer and 3 drinks.

I ordered my steak rare, and it came medium. Sent it back, and it came back half medium-rare, and half medium. Didn't bother sending it back again.

Service was passable, but nothing to write home about.

The only redeeming factor was the amazing view. We won't be back.

Expensive restaurant but worth it because you get the best views from your table at this 360 view revolving restaurant on top of CN tower. Worth every penny so book reservations for evening and enjoy views of sunset and night lights. Wine and entrees were good.

Had terrine and the seared trout. The octopus in the terrine was inedible it was so over cooked. The rest was just a little overcooked and a bit boring. The service was pretty indifferent. I felt a little queasy from being in a revolving restaurant so my server immediately seemed a little hostile because he thought I wasn t actually going to stay and eat. He wasn t terribly attentive either.

The view was excellent of course, the trout was nice as well, although not amazing. Beer selection could be better: there was no IPA available which was sad.

Ordered a side that was forgotten about completely. Never was offered a second drink or refill. Server was annoyed when we asked to split the bill even though they never asked us if it was one bill (which is standard everywhere else). Steak was undercooked. Save the $$$, eat elsewhere else and just buy the ticket to go up to the top

I was here yesterday and although the weather was foggy (there was 0 view of the city from the restaurant due to the clouds), I appreciated the top quality service from the staff and the delicious food. I will be back again in the future and hopefully be able to see our beautiful city outside the window!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience at the 360 Restaurant celebrating my girlfriends birthday. The waiter George even came in and sung and I was very impressed that they had my note from open table about the birthday dessert. Thank you guys so much for listening and making sure the evening was great. All of the food taste great also, from appetizer to entree it was a party in your mouth. Just wish they had a bit more options and weren't so over priced but when you see the view from up there as the restaurants turns , your able to see the whole city of Toronto from great heights. Worth it in the end!

Absolutely wonderful evening! Our food and service were amazing. Best appetizers ever - albacore tuna, smoked salmon, ceasar salad and seafood trio. Excellent main course - perfect portions! Great flavours! Our server was amazing (Scott) taking time at our table and others to point out the sights and answer questions! A great evening well beyond our expectations. Wonderful professional atmosphere and all staff very professional.

Great view. Great service. Food is good but pricey which makes sense. Given the view, no complain. Parking is impossible. Plan for extra time just because of traffic and difficulties finding parking.

One of the best evenings of my life for a few reasons:
1. The ease of access. Just follow the signs from Union station and you'll get to the tower no problem
2. The service. When you get there and check in for your meal, you're directed to the elevators and brought up to the top hassle-free
3. The food. The food was AMAZING!!! Absolutely delicious and super flavourful dishes. The prime rib was PERFECTLY medium rare and was so tender and juicy. The lamb shank was also exquisite, it was tasty, and it just fell off the bone
4. Of course, the views. The entire restaurant section spins in a circle as you enjoy your meal. It's very cool really. It gives you a gorgeous view of all of Toronto and the GTA no matter where you're seated, you'll turn to face every direction at some point in your meal.
Me and my girlfriend absolutely loved eating here. 10/10 in every category!

Wow what an experience! We had some wonderful dishes while enjoying the beautiful view. So the restaurant sits on top of the CN tower and rotates 360 degrees at a very slow pace as you eat. You get to see the entire city as you sit and eat your lunch or dinner. It was kinda fun to try and find the places we visited already from so high. We got lunch and enjoy a couple of courses from the prie fixe menu. I recommend the Atlantic salmon for the main course and the dark chocolate lava cake for dessert. As expected, it's a little pricey but very much worth it.

The food was okay. It was tasty but nothing special or worth the price. The asparagus with ravioli was like a drawing. Portions were small, ate a little more when we got home. The service was good, but it used to be better, a little more special. The views were amazing though, kind of made up for the food. At the same time, not sure when we'll come again.

It is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. I ordered a special seafood dish (which is also the largest), but the lobster and various seafood are served cold and the salmon is cold and hardened. Steak, soup, and tiramisu were good enough to eat (steaks are less tasty than some restaurants), so I shared them with them, but I felt like I had completely lost money.
Even after paying over $400 for a tip, I was hungry and couldn't eat and looked at the whole city. While eating, looking at the city view and planning to travel in an atmosphere completely messed up. A place you never want to go again.

Had a birthday dinner with my 2 children last night and just went through my receipt. The waiter brought an extra desert yesterday with the candle on it (my daughter turned 16 yesterday). We didn t ask for it since already ordered deserts of our choice but he mentioned, several times, the desert was on him. Well, it wasn t and we were actually charged for it.
Also, my cod wasn't good at all and I felt it was previously frozen.

Location: excellent. One of the best atmosphere and view you can find in GTA.
Food: Nice presentations. Apetizer Pate parfait was not really fresh.
Portions and sizes: nice that there are hotdog spots near CN Tower.
Service: it feels that your waiters think to themselves: 'why are you here? Get out of here as soon as possible'. It seems they demonstrate you that they are really busy. It would be nice if they wear gloves.
Cleanliness: ok, but not excellent.
Prices. Ok for adults (considering your lunch includes tower's admission). Too pricy for kids - regular kids pasta with butter and very low quality deserts (too sugary even for kids) for 40$ + tips + tax = about 50$ per kid.

Overall: if you look for a view dinning experience - it is the right place.

The food was good, and as to be expected very pricey. I enjoyed the view, but you can find equally tasty food at ground level. My biggest complaint was the server. He certainly did not exhibit the customer service I have would expect at a restaurant such as this. Take that back to Applebee's.
