CN Tower Restaurant 360 Reviews

Besides the amazing view, the food is surprisingly good for a tourist destination! Expensive but worth it! The service is always courteous and quick and the menu is updated pretty frequently as well! Well worth my already 4 visits!

Only nice thing here is the view. Food was terrible and so was the service.

Unreal and magical place. Very very pleasant welcome and service but only small downside: I was attacked by a pepper plant. The meal was excellent and the wait was very quick. It was amazing.

It was very delicious! The main dish and dessert cost $ 65 per person (excluding chips), but it costs $ 38 just to climb this tower, so it's a great deal to think about that too!
You can choose from a variety of dishes such as seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes, and each one was a very delicious course!
The atmosphere was moderately fuzzy, so I was able to have a good time chatting while watching the night view!

Following some advice, we almost did not book this restaurant. Luckily we tried!
Some criticize the price but, in the price of the menu, the $ 30 access to the belvedere is included. Therefore, the price is more than correct.
The meal itself was excellent. Local and refined dishes, cooked to perfection.
The little attention to the dessert for our anniversary (plate of white chocolate) was really appreciated.
As for the service, although our waiter does not speak French, he made an effort to speak slowly and slipped in a few words in French when he could.
Finally, this breathtaking view alone justifies the price of the menu although, as stated before, the menu was of quality.

If I could give no stars. Food is tasteless and luke warm. View is great. Please get new chefs and menu options as food is extremely disappointing. I'd prefer Joey"s and add 360 and it would be much better. Even Jack Astors would be better. The food is just awful and sad please rethink menu as it's a wasted opportunity to have a great view and food. Chefs are cooking with no passion groooossssss and pricey for no reason please the food is awful save yourself the money $84.75 for bland everything. My friends foods were just as bad and birthday girl ate nothing awful

I am just wondering no ones still taking care of my problem. I paid 300$ and i got bad attitude from the beginning to the end of my visit on my birthday.

This is a unique dining experience.

The restaurant revolves around the city with a new view every few minutes. We were lucky to sit right beside the glass but the tables on the inner part had great views also.

Eating here gets you into the main part of thr CN Tower so we were able to get to the main observation decks while we were waiting for our table.

The prix fix menu was great and the portion sizes were large.

The wait staff were also amazing.

I had some white translucent stuff on my steak never cam back again.

Ordered the Duck breast and Strawberry Tart with Ice Cream.

The Food was great.
The view and ambiance was wonderful.
Staff are friendly.
Service is nice and fast.
Has priority when climbing up and down the tower which is nice.

You'll have to be comfortable with moving at a considerably slow pace. Might have a very small effect on a few people, but it's generally fine and you just get used to it.

Went here in July for my birthday. The view, as always is breathtaking and the rotating view is an experience I think everyone should try at least once. Unfortunately I wasn't as impressed with the food. I had the bacon Caesar salad to start and fell in love with the bacon but the sweeter dressing that they had on the salad took away from my traditional expectation of Caesar salad in general. Not bad combined but not what I was hoping for. For my main I had the prime rib medium-well and they cooked it medium-rare. I was disappointed because once again I had an expectation that they didn't fulfill. They meat lacked in a savoury flavoring as thought it didn't not get a chance to properly marinate, which highlighted more of the "rare"ness. The cab sauv. Suggested pairing however was a perfect match as the tannins cut through the fat and rawness of the meat. I didn't order dessert as I was unimpressed in the prix fix options, however as it was my birthday the restaurant staff came out with the dark tower dessert singing happy birthday. Surprised the heck outta me but in a good way, making my birthday a little more special. Unfortunately dark chocolate is not my favourite so I ended up sharing the dark tower amongst the table.

After dinner was where I had more fun, as they allow you to go to the observation deck and the glass floor levels to take in more of the view. As I said before the view was absolutely breathtaking making for a great photo session

Delicious food, although the menu could do with a bit more creativity. I guess they went with safe and recognisable choices to please the most amount of tourists. All cooked, seasoned and presented beautifully. Service is very efficient. The restaurant is on a revolving platform o the views are always great, especially if you get a window table. The wine selection is very good, even at the basic level. If you buy one of the fixed price 2 or 3 course menus $65 and $73 (before tax and tips) you will get free access to the main viewing platform below.

The food are good, but the service is very bad. I have been 360 for 20 years. Food quality are fair but this time the service are really bad. The waiter ask me am I finish my dessert or not 3 time with in 5 minutes. I never have this experience at any restaurant it s around 9pm. It far away from close. Hope they will improve the service for my next visit .

Went to restaurant for dinner with friends. Awesome experience, food was good, but not best, especially given price. But, view and atmosphere amazing. Plus, dinner included ticket up tower.

Since the "makeover" a few months ago sadly this place has gone way down hill in my opinion... wine list use to be a book...now it is 1 page. Food prices have gone up considerably... many menu items have no prices??? - I guess we are to guess!
The lighting is now so bright the beautiful view is obscured by the reflection of the LED lights.... the bland new "modern" white interior is so generic, cold, plain unmemorable ect. Dinner for 2 with wine and tip was $450....food was fine- service was fine.....new makeover= not so fine.

Delicious food, very nice experience and especially the Fabulous View! Best time to book is 7:00 pm so you can enjoy day and night time.
But;
Sitting by the window is much better view than sitting on the upper level. The experience would be much better by the window.

Off course butter and bread are a must offers by this lovely restaurant.

You need to be smart of how to choose your course, as my gusts and myself total of four people did kind of a sharing by choosing "two courses*4" but two of us choose to go with One Salad and one main course, and another two went with one main course and one desert From the two courses menu starting with Albacur Tuna Crudo To 360 Two Farms Greens Salads into an amazing taste of Nicely and perfect cooked Salmon plate and an okay "Grains" Risoto <be carful if you don't like Grain don't order it> because I had to change it to Salman as well similar to my guests choice then we finished with wooow ice cream selection "caramel and Vanilla = Carlos our server was generous enough to offer extra scoop on the house Big thanks to Carlos and with the famous Yummy dark chocolate tower with a very professional presentation on all the plates!!! Well done bravo

Terrible customer service. Tip is added on the bill so you double tip.

Went here for a birthday dinner. The view is amazing. The food was great but you're pretty much paying for the view/experience. If you get the 2 or 3 course, it's fair, but when you start adding drinks or supplements to your courses, that's when the price increases! Just be prepared to pay a lot for this experience. If you call in advance (a month or so), try to request a table by the window!

If you plan to visit the CN Tower, there is a special promotions that allow you visit the tower and have dinner at the restaurant for 60$. The 360 restaurant is very cool, you can have your meal while it rotate and you can enjoy a great view on the downtown.

Overhyped, not at all worth the price. Only the view is amazing.
Food is not satisfying at all. Dessert portion is small and too sweet.

Good food and amazing view let down by bad service.

They kept rushing us through our meal, taking away plates before everyone was finished with the course. Even before we completed one full revolution (a little over one hour), they already cleared the table, gave us the bill without being asked and kept suggesting we go visit the other viewing levels. After 5 more minutes they even took our water glasses from us.

I would have thought that paying at least $80 per person for a m multi course meal would include being able to actually enjoy our meal with the view at our own pace.

The food was good, but nothing that you can't get elsewhere for much less and without having to rush eating it.

I would suggest to anyone thinking of going to the restaurant to skip it, enjoy the views from the other platforms (which have just as good views, including the glass floor) and go eat at a better restaurant that won't shoo you away after just 1 hour.

We were lucky enough to catch the sunset at perfect time! Ambiance was lovely as it was not crowded due to COVID ! Food was good too for the price but it was little sweet for my taste. The manager surprised us with desert as it was our anniversary celebration! Lovely staff!

This place has some poor reviews about the quality of the food or the service, I found both to be excellent. It's a must do for a trip to Toronto and the views are spectacular. No regrets, would happily go again.

An experience that cannot be matched, period. The location itself sets high (pun intended) standards. Being used with the "tourists traps" around the world, I had somehow limited expectations, but man, I was wrong. Friendly staff, welcoming and accommodating - they "played along" and surprised my friend that was celebrating his birthday with a beautiful cake.
The food was excellent - I'd definitely recommend their Gazpacho, or the smoked salmon - and the duck breast was the perfect treat! The wine selection is vast, and while the drinks are pricey, we should remember that we're already used to this in Canada.
It's definitely the right spot to bring friends visiting the city, or people celebrating a special occasion.

Great food and service, however, overpriced, as would be expected.

Great view but the food was overpriced. Enjoyed taking out my wife to see the city and to have that experience. It doesn t really feel like you are moving but every few minutes a column would pass you by and you have to be careful not to get your elbow clipped by it if it s hanging off the table.

First off, the food quality was absolutely terrible. My father ordered the Cod and it was terribly cooked. When we brought it to the waiters attention we were told that it was prepared the way it was supposed to be prepared.
The pasta dish my mother ordered was dry and bland.

Second, the service was absolutely terrible. We were a table of 4 people and the bread was served with one serving of butter. When we asked the waiter for more butter, another waitress stepped in and was appalled that for 4 people we only received one serving.

We also requested a window seat and accessibility as my mother is in a wheelchair. We were told when we got to the restaurant that this was not possible. We felt that this was something that could have totally been accommodated.

Our waiter was the least bit concerned in providing us with a great experience and for the cost of your restaurant, it just seemed a bit unfair. This was our first time at the 360 and probably going to be our last unless we feel like this was a one off situation.

I was highly disappointed as we anticipated this experience to be a great one and it clearly under delivered.

Food was great. We went for the 2 course dinner meals and got ourself a bottle of wine. They made my birthday special and got us a little desert which was sweet. The manager Amin is a good host.

Very very happy with our meal. The steaks were cooked beautifully, and the duck confit was also very good. But the best thing about dining at 360 must be the view. Literally 360 view as the restaurant slowly revolves. I think 1 full revolution in 1.5hrs? No need to pay for entrance to the CN Tower if you dine at 360 - after your meal you get to go to the observation decks to check it out.

The view is amazing and the service was perfect BUT the food was really bad as following:
- appetizers not even fresh
- rissoto cannot be even eaten
- steak was less than ok
- chicken not even hot enough or fresh

Sad to pay this much money for that foos

If you go here, expect great view but not very great food. It's very pricy and the food is kinda blend. I really enjoyed watching Toronto as I ate but my food was meh. I ordered duck and it was tasteless. They even brought me the wrong beer. I wouldn't recommend this if it wasn't for the view.

Amazing views and very good food. I don't understand all the complaints about food not being good (high prices are understandable given that you don't get these views anywhere else in GTA). Everything was amazing (complimentary bread could be a bit better as it was hard/chewy). Service was immaculate, our server Muhammad was very professional and courteous. They knew we were celebrating birthday and surprised us with a complimentary desert. A must go place for special occasions.

Took my wife for her birthday. We were a party of four and we had reservation for 8:45. We misjudged our travel time and arrived over an hour early for our sitting. The young lady at reception was very accommodating and managed to get us to out table with only about a half hour wait, during which we were able to visit the glass floor level and take some photographs from the outside area. After we were seated, were attended by our waiter, Carlos, looked after us very efficiently and attentively. I dropped a subtle hint that it was my wife's birthday as we were ordering our drinks, and after our main course, he presented her with a lovely Chocolate Tower dessert, complete with a candle and a "Happy Birthday" greeting written in chocolate panache -free of charge - very surpising and very tasty! Had the Bi Coastal Seafood Chowder which was piping hot and superbly made. The Prime Rib was again served piping hit and done perfectly, rare, and with the perfect amount of au jus. Prime Rib is a difficult meat to prepare properly and this was perfect, tender and juicy, melt in your mouth beef. Served with asparagus and mashed potatoes, it was a very satisfying meal. I was quite impressed and I hope to return one day for more. The entire experience rates five stars out of five in my opinion. If you are considering 360 Restaurant, do go, you won't be disappointed. It is a fine establishment to have a celebration.

Top class service. Get to skip the line. Amazing view. But smells bad.

Here's the thing- the view is amazing. I mean that's why you're going in the first place right? But the food is just okay, and the service is lacking.
Our server was really abrupt, he seemed impatient to take our order, and when the dishes were coming out, brought the wrong dish to our table. The correct dish took almost 45 extra minutes to bring out, and by then everyone else's food had cooled. Also two identical mains were ordered and they came out from the kitchen looking completely different, one with half the portion of the other and no sauce or garnish. This was later corrected but certainly not what you would expect from a fine dining experience. Most people at the table felt the food was hit or miss, a few dishes were outstanding but more were pretty generic.

If this restaurant were not located at the top of the CN tower I would say skip it. But if you're paying the price to go up the elevator then, for a special occasion, you might as well sit and enjoy the view while having a nice meal. I strongly suggest they focus on improving the service.

Excellent service, good food and wine, amazing view. Don't debate, do it. If you are going to the CN Tower, this isn't the way to do it.

My wife and I came here for our anniversary and the only positive thing that I can say was that the server was very kind. Other than that, it was not worth $250 bill.

When dining at a nicer than average restaurants, I expect the portion sizes to decrease in return for better quality food. I am normally okay with this but the food was not good enough to warrant a single 2oz piece of meat that tasted like it was reheated.

The drink menu is super small, the bread that came before our meal was stale, cold and I would not be surprised if you told me that it was purchased from Costco and left out before serving.

Overall, not worth it. View is great. But when you market your business as a fine-dining experience, I expect decent food.

Came here last night at 9 pm. Personally I would admit its very pricey and appetizer proportions are quiet small however I do believe the majority of the cost goes to the experience and the view. Its a very nice place for a date and the views are amazing. On recommendation I would make is if the menu be altered to include images of foods since the names and descriptions were unfamiliar with me.

A bit pricey but well worth it! Good is great and the view is incredible.

Excellent restaurant food was surburb but some servers had bad attitudes

Getting in expect a pat down, metal detector, and long lines. Food is mediocre at best, and grossly over priced. You're paying for the view and the gimmick. Would not recommend.

Had the Alberta Beef and loved it!! Amazing vanilla ice cream dessert as well! Enjoyed all our moments!!

The 360 redesign is horrible. It used to feel elegant, now they ve done away with table cloths, the menus are plastic coated and they ve packed in so many long tables that it feels like a crowded cafeteria. The food was ok, but the bread was ice cold and the strudel dessert pastry was hard as wood. What a shame. It used to feel quite special - now it s just an expensive cafeteria with a great view.

Food did not live up to our expectation. For such expensive meals we expected food that tasted way better. My husband and I have visited twice on our anniversary and both times were disappointing. The view is nice though.

The view of this restaurant is amazing. Service was great. Food is ok.

This restaurant definitely get the reservations because of it's momentousness. The Food is doubtlessly amazing. But the service is not so great. The view from the top surpasses everything!

Our "go to" restaurant when we have out-of-town guests. Unbeatable views of the city. Plus it serves surprisingly good food. Great wine list too. Expensive but worth it.

Came with a reservation and they treated us very well. Tried the Mushroom Brioche, which was an amazing appetizer. The seafood verrine isn't too bad. The prime rib is fantastic and I would definitely recommend. Fairly pricy, but the view is definitely worth it. Recommend coming during a cloudless day.

Didn't eat here, we made reservations well over a week in advance. The table was small and people walking by were constantly bumping into us. It was extremely loud as well. After at least 10 possibly 15 minutes without a server even coming to our table we left.

Worth every dollar! I was quite sceptical at first about this restaurant. While it felt like a good way to see the different decks CN Tower and the view from above, I wasn't so sure I'd enjoy the food as a vegetarian. They blew me away. We enjoyed a beautiful evening here with friends. I had my toddler with me so they couldn't seat us near the window. However, since we insisted they moved us as soon as a table cleared. The staff are friendly and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the beetroot ravioli which paired very well with tmy glass of wine. I have seen reviews talking about price point. I think it is worth it, especially because of how generous they are with their servings.

Hnmm what a delight. We went out for my birthday and let me tell you I was not disappointed. The appetizer so good though on small side and the main, roasted duck, was delicious. Also loved the complimentary dessert given because it was my birthday. What a blast!!!!!

I love visiting this place whenever I'm in Toronto, the view is amazing as it rotates slowly and you'll get the chance to see all of downtown Toronto and more during your meal. The food is excellent and service the same, some might say its expensive, but if consider the 30 dollar tower entrance fee is waived to restaurant customers and you get a priority elevator to get you up there skipping what can be a significant queue, it's actually very good value!

The ambience and the captivating views of the city were astounding. The food was scrumptious. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. I would also like to express my gratitude towards the complimentary dessert offered to us on the occasion of our anniversary.

Great view. Good service, very dissatisfied with food. To say it's overpriced is an understatement.

I expected the meal to be sub-par given it is a tourist attraction and over-priced. I was completely appalled by the quality or lack thereof of the food and the service. We didn't get our order in for one hour (nearly 9:15pm). We ordered the seafood chowder specifically to enjoy the scallops and there were none to be found. We also had the prime rib which was only had flavour because it was sourced from Alberta and you can't do much to screw it up. The dessert was laughable at best. The dark chocolate tower was defrosted mousse covered in a dark chocolate shell...neither of us expected that given the description. I had the cookies and ice cream and it's only redeeming quality was the Lindt chocolate flavour. The cookies tasted stale and cheap, like they were sitting in my grandmother's basement for 20 years.

The server made every excuse possible to not take our group photo (it was my mother's birthday and my university graduation). We asked 6 times (we counted) and he managed to find an excuse each time (the pole is in the way, the food should be out for it, the plates should be cleared, pay the bill first etc.) AND he forgot my mother's birthday despite the note on the reservation and us telling him numerous times. I used to work in fine dining and understand how things get missed or forgotten but there was no remorse nor mitigation. I'm extremely disappointed as the price is most definitely not worth the experience to eat with a view. Go to The Keg for dinner and pay to go up to the tower after.

The 360 was a great experience, we got to treat everyone, and it was a nice way of cutting all the lines to get to the top. Although, the chocolate tower in the desert menu was the smallest item.

Overly expensive mediocre seafood tower. Seafood did not taste fresh.
