I am very disappointed.Coming from an hour and half of road we were not able to get in. We had a reservation at 10pm, due to road issues at 9:45pm I decided to call them to tell that we will be late and we might get there by 10:15pm she said ok but be quick last elevator is 10pm. We parked at 10 in a near by park and manage to get there at 10:20pm. Nope to late kitchen close at 10:15pm tried to negotiate for 20min nothing because this was for my birthday. This is not really nice, I am so disappointed to drive for nothing . We have already been there and I enjoyed it but I found that 5min policy really lame, I really doubt I will go there again.

This restaurant is great for special occasions. Be sure to go on a clear day and the view is amazing, it's the best way to see the city. The meal is pricey, but I recommend that if you have never been to the CN tower that you go for lunch here, the lunch price is only about $25 more than admission to the tower itself, and you get the VIP treatment and are able to skip the line to go up the tower. During the hour it takes for you to eat you conplete a full 360 rotation and are able to see many different views of the city. The food is tasty and fancy, though the portions are small and alcohol is expensive. Admission to the observation deck is complementary after your meal.

Went here with my partner for his birthday. The waiter was really nice and the view was spectacular. Food was great, had the sablefish and my boyfriend had the chicken. When the waiter asked why we were here and we told him for a birthday, he brought a dessert for my boyfriend. Was really kind.

Don t even think about getting A La Carte if you re trying to save money. Definitely a one time experience for me. I had the Atlantic Salmon Filet. Seasoned well, though it was different. Dessert was delicious. I had the Dark Chocolate More

The food is ridiculously ordinary. The bread they bring you looks like a bloody $3 sliced bread from Metro and not even warmed up in the oven. For a place where you pay an avg of 120$ per head that's very low. Then the portion are either small or very ordinary. I had the so call "45 DAY" AGED ALBERTA PRIME RIB of BEEF lol I had 3 little piece of vegetables that were so small and boiled you couldnt even tell what they were. The steak itself, big but very ordinary in taste and not that tender - had to asked a lot of horseradish to help getting it down. The Atlantic salmon, extremely small for the price. Decor very blend... and the view was just ok maybe it's due to the lighting been too strong.
The access to the other part of the tower - you have the glass floor which is very narrow and opaque. Then the outdoor view - the safety grid/cage been so thick that you can't even take a photo.
This whole "experience" is way below what you'd imagine going up the tower, view, eat in a "posh" restaurant for what it cost you.

We've been here many times with great experiences every time. The staff are very professional and the food is incredibly delicious. We highly recommend going during sunset because the view is stunning

This has been the worst restaurant in which I have been in a very long time, horrible food, bad service and really expensive. I got that dish which name is PORK PORK PORK and It was cold, hard and tasted old. I really don t recommend this place at all. They got our reservation wrong and we ended up in a table really far from the window, with a horrible waiter, upset and without any charisma for that kind of job. For a while I was thinking that I was in a nightmare. At the end we gave him a small tip, we all knew that it had been bad, and he got so upset and started screaming at us while we were walking to the elevator to go out. It was awful. Totally unpleasant experience. We went there to celebrate our anniversary, but we came out so disappointed that we had to go somewhere else the next day in order to enjoy something good. Do not waste your money in that restaurant, go to the lookout just one floor down from the restaurant instead. There are plenty of good places in Toronto, but that restaurant is NOT one of them.

A fun experience. Loved the views. However, it took almost 30 minutes for the waiter to notice us. More time to spend looking at the spectacular views! I had to ask the hostess who was walking by to find our server. Apparently he thought we weren t in his section. He apologized. Great service after that. We left a nice tip and after he reviewerd it, he informed us that we could come back up to use the restaurant elevator after viewing the other floors so no long wait! As for the food, the bread was delicious. The Atlantic salmon is farm raised, not wild caught. I selected the sablefish which was very good but a little over cooked. The ice tea was expensive and no free refills as I found out when I got the bill. The prime rib came rare and was very good although a little tough. Overall, a very fun experience, good service, good food, and amazing views! Definitely worth trying!

The only great thing about this restaurant is the location/ the view. Other than that, everything was disappointing. The food was kinda bland. It arrived lukewarm and definitely overpriced. But the cherry on the top was the attitude we received from the waiter, I believe his name is Paul? Thou we specified on the reservation that we will be there for an anniversary, the management and the waiter did not acknowledged it and did not mentioned it at all. Ok, I mean even at Mandarin they make a little surprise for you.. Nada here, stone face, hate my job attitude. And at the end, when we paid, the waiter just threw the receipt on the table, in discontent, after he saw the tip. He did not deserve any kind of tip. Never going back, not recommending it for the food, definitely not for the service.

The taste and environment are above the middle, with four adults and one child's meal $ 400 +. The appetizer chestnut soup and salad were ok. There was a special event at the time of booking, but there was nothing ... I also had a choice to be near the window, but I was told that there was no table for five by the window

Reservation required. If the reservation time is set and confirmed every day, the pass is good without waiting in line for more than 30 minutes. You can make a reservation by simply pressing the reservation button on the Google Maps app and writing your name and e-mail.
It s the same as the Oriental Pearl in Shanghai or there.
The entire upper floor of the observation deck is not a restaurant buffet that rotates 360 degrees.
They also sell single items, but the price is quite good. The main food is plentiful and the taste is okay. Just two picks will make the main full. They recommended salmon and duck steak, respectively.
Best for those who want a special event
Beer, tax, and tip minimum is 15%
It costs 236 CAD for two people.
It took about 30 minutes for one food to come out, and there were 1 hour and 40 minutes. I can sit more

Never going back again! There was 4 of us a d none of us were happy with the meal size and the taste of it. .. i paid $65 for a salty soup and a tiny piece of fish with veggies and they were so bitter!!! I left it in the side and ate the fiah with bread and butter .. my friend paid $75 for a small plane salad as an appetizer then small portion of pasta with baby shrimp. It wasn't tasty at all.. my other friends also ordered salad and salmon .. .. and the salmon had a weird taste .. ugh .. we were so turned off and were so hungry that left the restaurant and went downstairs and enjoyed some tasty hotdogs from the street. . I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.. its NOT worth it. Just pay to go up and experience the view without going to the restaurant.

View and ambience is all good amd perfect. Food...pathetic? It tasted as if it was prepared and kept for long time. Did not get fresh taste at all. Had opted for the 3 course dinner and found it to beer totally not worth it. So not recommend at all. 2 stars for the view and ambience.

I believe the quality and diversity of the foods are below average in comparison to other restaurants of city.
I have experienced of 360 restaurants in other land mark towers and I would say CN Towers is one if the worst.

Food was only okay for the price. Service was very sub-par and they gave us a hard time about how much we were spending, even though we were WELL over the $58 minimum (not hard with the prices). They brought all the food at once, appetizers, entrees etc, and were annoyed when we didn't have room on the table. The view is definitely worth it, but don't expect too much from the food or service. Pretty typical Toronto experience though, so I wasn't surprised.

Went here for a birthday dinner. The view is amazing. The food was great but you're pretty much paying for the view/experience. If you get the 2 or 3 course, it's fair, but when you start adding drinks or supplements to your courses, that's when the price increases! Just be prepared to pay a lot for this experience. If you call in advance (a month or so), try to request a table by the window!

View is stunning.

View is stunning.
Service and food were awful. Soup was warmish, fish was warmish, vegetables were cold, steak was cold, fries were cold. I see why their Seafood Towers are popular -- never need to worry about the food getting too cold. Bloated prices for the view is understandable, however a $70+/person meal should be HOT. Hot food is the minimum a restaurant can do.

I've had dinner here three times already.
Not for the proposed food but for the location.
Taking a ride on the top of the CN tower is undoubtedly one of Toronto's most beautiful attractions, but it's also a very expensive activity.
Deciding instead to come to dinner in this restaurant you spend little more than the regular entrance ticket to the tower but, in addition to the dinner, you have the possibility to visit all the three panoramic floors.
Furthermore, not least, it is accessed uphill and downhill, with a dedicated lift that has almost no queues.

For the rest the restaurant is of good quality but nothing exceptional or particular.

If you re a tourist and want to see the CN Tower, booking a lunch/dinner reservation at 360 is *very* worth it. The reservation will let you take the elevator to the revolving restaurant at the top (no line up!) and then direct access to the skywalk underneath.

View is AMAZING. Food is average. I think it s worth it, you get perks of the ambience more than anything else.

If your goal is seeing the spectacular view, eating at 360 Restaurant will enhance the experience.
However if you just want to try the food, for the price it may not be worth it. Don t get me wrong, the food was fantastic, but there is similarly tasty food for cheaper.

The view is the best part. The fact that it does rotate is very cool.
Eating at the restaurant is much better the the actual viewing area. Because of the food, comfort, and space.
The service was spectacular, no issues at.

This place is definitely worth going, but maybe only once in your life. I m giving 3 stars for the fact that the prices were very expensive for very small portions of food. You re paying for the ride up, dinner, and a view which is acceptable but not 100% worth it.

Don t get me wrong. The restaurant is very clean and classy. It s a fun place to be fancy for a night. The staff was very nice and very responsive. The view was great even at night and the food was delicious. Very small portion of food but still very good.

Minus a star for the expensive prices. Minus another star for the fact that I wouldn t recommend going more than once. Definitely a place worth trying if you haven t gone yet.

Amazing ambience, great value for your money, complimentary CN Tower view from the gallery. Went for our 5 Wedding anniversary. Food for really good and enjoyed it. A must place to go if you are in Toronto.

The lunch was excellent and should be because prices are very high. Service was very bad. Food was delivered so that some of our party were finished before others received theirs. Table was not cleared for 20 minutes after we had finished eating. Some staff were quite rude.

I've lived in Toronto most of my life and I've always wanted to try 360. Decades have passed and I finally made my way up 100+ stories. The ambiance and view is spectacular. I would definitely give that 5 stars. The food however, didn't live up to my taste buds. I've read reviews about the lack of flavour which is why it has taken me this long to try it out. I would have to agree with those reviews. The presentation was lovely and eye pleasing. I would suggest to get more adventurous and add more flavor to your dishes. One of the apps we had was the Beet tart, which had no flavor at all, most of our dishes we had were really bland. The desert wasn't far off either. The other benefit however to booking at the 360 is that you have access to the other floors at the tower, so you can definitely take advantage of that if you are visiting.

Every thing is good, the view and the ambiance, and the friendly staff, when it comes to food and quality is very bad, they must concentrate more in quality than quantity order 2 course meal 1st course was ok but the main course was a horrible ordered a rib eye stake medium, when got my food it was over cooked and very dry the quality of the food is not acceptable for the price that you pay. When you enter they take a picture of you and while you are having your meal they try to sell it, just a tourist trap, if you are going here go to have a nice view of Toronto city in a nice ambiance not to have a good meal

Better than expected. The restaurant lacks a sense of exclusivity in relation to price. The fare is decent and the waitstaff is friendly.

They were nice enough to accommodate us at a table by the window as we requested when making a reservation.

I did not like that they walked us through the entire menu, explaining what a pre-fixe was. I also didn't appreciate when the waiter asked if I was aware of an up charge when it is clearly stated on the menu. It gives the CN Tower less of a premium feel. It comes of less like a nice restaurant and more like a food chain.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at the 360 Restaurant. The food was quite expensive, but everything was delicious. When you factor in the view, and the fact that access to the lookout and glass floor are free with your meal, then the price isn't so bad. I must say thought that the menu is quite limited. A great place that I would love to visit again!

Food: I would give the most a 3 star. The food presentation is definently good, but the taste is not that good even though you pay a lot of money for it.

View: Okay, it might be worth going to this restaurant just for the view. The overall atmosphere is great.

Cost: The cost is actually not super high given that you don't have to pay for the view on the floor below.

Overall, I would recommend this place only to people who want to eat a decent meal at a great location. The view is amazing but the food is not as good as you might expect.

Took my family out for dinner at 360 restaurant. The view was spectacular!. We booked our reservation for 8pm; this way we saw the sunset..it was really nice. The food was ok, a bit over priced for the size of the portions. The waiter was friendly however I couldnt really understand what he was saying most of the time. There wwas another table close to us with 15 drunk lud annoying people and we asked for the manager and the manager said he could do nothing about it. They were using profanity and yelling loudly. My family didnt like that...but the view and experience was good.

We had a fantastic meal here. Brilliant service, delicious local wine, and the views are completely out of this world. It's not cheap - but it is worth it. I can't recommend this experience strongly enough.

Great dining experience. Charming staff. Menu changes periodically, when we went a month ago, there was a chef doing first nation dishes, so we ordered those dishes. The view of the city is obviously breathtaking. Even on foggy days it's still awesome. The one and only time we've been there it was a snowy and foggy day, a lot o the city was all covered, but you still get the lovely experience. There's less people so I can imagine on good weather days, it would probably be packed.

I had an excellent experience. Great views and our servers were very attentive, helpful, and respectful. All the food was fabulous and well priced. I would come again for a nice date out. Whether you're here with a long time partner or want to wow a new date, this restaurant will do the job.

Sometimes the restaurant in a tourist attraction has adequate or even worse food and service because they have a captive audience. Not so here! What can you say about the view of Toronto from over 1,000 feet in the air? It truly is beautiful but the wait for a table could be attributed to the food as well as the rotating view.

Let's start with the smoked duck breast. I am not a duck person but my wife's smoked duck breast was on a par with the prime rib that I ordered. I'll give myself the slight edge for who had the better meal. It was one of the best ducks I have tasted! Solid good service makes this a place to go for a meal let alone that your meal includes admission to the LookOut and Glass Floor levels of the CN Tower.

One last thing here. I want to give a shout out to our hotel concierge Vanessa at the Omni in Toronto. She managed at about 6:30 PM to get us a reservation for a table at 8PM that same night for this awesome dining experience. PS: We got there at about 7:15 and we got seated right away.

Requested during reservation few weeks ahead and again at check-in a table by the window for a birthday celebration and was told we had to wait 45 minutes. But the family right behind us made the same request and was seated by the window right away. Food quality was below average for the price and the staffs were just not happy there. Fish Chowder was quite fishy. The waiter brought the dessert out mentioned he knew from the reservation note that we had a birthday celebration but said he did not know who that was for. I told him and he just walked away. The teen sat at next table had his dessert brought out with candle on it. This was not done right.

Service was good, not the least slow and food was excellent. Read a few reviews that were not good but there were enought good ones to give it a try. Had Cesar salad, and a mushroom something or other, a sable fish, a prime rib that was perfectly medium rare and the coast to coast shrimp. Sun set with my wine was perfect. The price is in line with any other fine dining, you will not be disappointed

CN Tower is the best Restaurant in Toronto even GT...

CN Tower is the best Restaurant in Toronto even GTA a restaurant is not only about food but also about mood and ambiance and CN Tower satisfies both perfectly. If ur broke u should not got to CN Tower, if ur ordering a price Fix u should not be at CN Tower, if ur looking for a bargain u should not be at CN Tower its not called dollar tower or bargain tower so go with a decent budget to experience what makes CN Tower so great. Order a full course meal and u will feel full no one gets full on a pice fix thats why its cheap. Some price fix u can feel full but most no way. When u only have a a budget for main course only order something real dont try to be mr big shot and order a fancy dish because u will get fancy portions. If u wanna go fancy order a full course meal and u will never regret. Also if u don't like the menu choices they can make u whatever you like. If u don't like the food they will remake it for u without hesitation even if it takes three trys. So don't complain stick to the ground come to the top when ur ready to spend.
