Great Service and reasonable price for Course Meals. Great View since the restaurant rotates you can see the toronto area and GTA as well.

One of the best place to dine, with an amazing view overlooking the Niagara falls from the Canadian side. Must visit!

Wow. How times have changed... Disappointing.
Overpriced for the quality you get is an understatement. Used to be a great menu now you're stuck with mediocre options for a pricey prix fixe. Btw $40 prix fixe per kid for the kids menu is ridiculous. Fries and chicken fingers that are prefab shouldn't cost that much.
How cheap do you guys have to be to cut the raspberry in half on the desert of a $65 meal...

Was seated in a large booth facing the windows and able to embrace the wonderful view. Food was delicious. I would go there again.

Go for the panoramic view of the city. The food, although okay, if somewhat overpriced. Admission to the tower, is waived for those dining at the restaurant, so it does help to keep that in mind when reviewing the dinner tab. Try to get a table against the windows for an optimal view.

Good food, good service and beautiful view of the city.

We came here for dinner as a family of 4. Timed entry, so you can't enter the CN Tower until 5 mins before the reservation. Elevator for our family only: They press the buttons on the control panel outside. Restaurant service was attentive. We got the 3 course set menu and the food was delicious and presented beautifully. The portions were big and it came out quickly. Catered to children under 10. Kids menu was half price (before 6 pm and online reservations). 2 hour limit for the table at the restaurant. Not many people on the observation deck and glass floor due to timed entry. There were many hand sanitizer stations and cleaning staff worked hard to wipe down the door we just touched.

Canada's highest point. This is unsurpassed. The kitchen is delicious, but the portions are tiny

Great view, great food, a wonderful evening. I highly recommend this place for the experience. Ordered the 16 oz Rib-eye and it was cooked to perfection, would go back!

This place was perfect. Although I did not feel as if it was a top notch high end restaurant it gives you everything plus more.

We ordered both types of 3 courses. Was both great but the indigenous course was amazing. I fell in love on the first bite. Each bite broke down more flavors then the one before. As if I was in a dream eating my perfect meal. I come from Chicago and love cooking and food and this was my favorite part of Canada.

Looking at the city enjoying a perfect time with no worries made me feel so at ease. After the meal you get the sky deck for free so why spend money to just view if you can get the whole package.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The set up and the spectacular view of the city was always a great addition to the experience. On the other hand on my first visit the food wasn't good. On my second visit everybody at our table got their bills with extra items we haven't ordered.

Food & experience was great. Really is a wonderful view of the city. However the sever ruined the experience. She was so focused on the table behind us, that she ignored us. The funny thing is that she looked at us, remembered that she needed to bring something for us & still managed to serve the other table but did not bring the item she forgot for us. At the end, she even tossed our reciept at us. We were actually enjoying the service until she did that. We were joking & laughing that she forgot, and thought she would apologize, but we didn't even get that.

For starters, if this was based just on the food, I would have definitely given a lower rating.

When you consider the price, there is a level of expectation that comes with that. No where near worth it if you want an amazing meal.

The view was spectacular, though, and I get that we were paying for that as well.

Please elevate the food experience, people. We want to leave satisfied and satiated, knowing we got our money s worth.

They overcooked my Prime rib, My wife's lobster was buttery. The PEI mussels with escargot was just slightly overcooked but otherwise a great appetizer. The wife ordered asparagus and mash potaoes for her sides, which ended up being the same that accompanied my prix fixe menu. The sides were in proportions that we could have shared one order. With Covid, they had a special for children's meals, which was exceptional in value.

The staff was very hospitable and was attentive enough. The service was good, we have no complaints and that is the best descriptor I have fir that experience.

It was a wonderful 10 wedding anniversary! Price was adequate fir the experience and nothing tops that CN Tower view.

The scenery is good, but the main course meal is generally delicious.

Go for the view. The food is just meh and overpriced, but you get to go up in the tower, enjoy a full 360 view of the Toronto skyline in about 72 minutes. The food is only about 3 stars in my opinion. Service was excellent and food did come out quickly. A reservation is required, make sure to include a note to sit by the window. I recommend a time about 30 to 45 minutes before sunset, this way you can see the view in daylight, during the sunset and in the dark. Enjoy!

The waiter was extra nice, but at times was overly attentive. The food was so so actually. The price is steep but you pay a bit for the view too.

I gotta give it 5 stars, the risotto was incredible! If you could fit a piano up there if would add to the ambience. Fine dining at the top of the world.

My partner and I went for our anniversary, both of us for the first time. Its special because our parents had anniversaries there. Our food was amazing, we shared our apps and meals. The price was so fantastic I tipped big. Please dont raise any prices. The view is breathtaking. Our LGBTQ waiter was fantastic taking pictures for us. I want to go once a month but my patner says once a year would make it special.

Worth sitting down to enjoy the view and not battle with the crowds. Food is so so.

Amazing food, view, service, and for all that they offer the price is actually really good. I brought my mother in for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. I will definitely go back to celebrate another milestone, as well as recommend to all who I know. Hint: monitor the sunsets for the season that you plan to visit. That way you'll get an amazing daytime view of the city of Toronto, as well as a beautiful sunset presentation.

Amazing view and amazing experience. Went for my wife s birthday. Had a really good time. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They even pointed out some sights for us. The view during sunset is just gorgeous. We didn t feel like we were pressured or rushed in any way. Price is a little on the pricier side but the view and experience makes up for it.

Very reasonable priced if you count in the cost to just go up the tower is $38 dollar. The food is decent and service is excellent. The view is amazing. Would go here rather than those high priced steak house.

It was an exceptional experience! Lovely food and the drinks to die for..

Went for lunch with some relatives from abroad. They wanted to go to the observation deck, anyway, which was 35 dollars each. Eating at the restaurant cost 60 dollars each (2 course lunch) plus drinks, tax, tip, so really, it was 25 dollars each extra for a phenomenal meal. Service was decent, restaurant was very clean, and if you like the view and slowly rotating while you're a mile in the sky, it's fine. Easy access to the observation deck afterwards, and going to the restaurant got us on different elevators that were way less busy than the regular ones. Was it cheap? Absolutely not; with 2 pops and a whiskey plus tip, lunch came out to almost 300 dollars. But considering the observation deck for 3 would've cost over 100, I didn't feel it was too far out of bounds.

Best experience, excelent quality food and top quality service. Did the reservation online before as we wanted to see the sunset and night view and they reserved exactly the same, window table for two.
Enjoyed the most beautiful view of Toronto downtown. The weather was not that much clear so could not see the Niagara falls from there.
Night city view is just awesome. And 360 rotating while you are having your dinner is another wonderful experience.
Note: if anyone need halal option please ask the server. There are halal chicken recipes available or anyone can have veg or seafood dishes.

I know I'll sound like a broken record but the view was amazing, but the food wasn't 5/5 worthy. Don't get me wrong, it's an amazing time and great service. In my opinion, the appetizers were okay - got the braised Lamb shoulder pasta and there was nothing special about it. The warm seafood verrine on the other hand was quite good. Entree was the Quebec pork tenderloin and this was quite delicious.

You don't go there for the food - you go there for the stunning views. Your fellow diners are often tourists from around the world, but you can still have a quiet meal. The waiters are friendly and efficient.

The food is decent - the chicken tarragon was great, the caesar salad was not. They serve my favorite beer - Corona from Mexico, which is somewhat rare in Toronto. The wine selection is quite good as well.

For an iconic place in Downtown Toronto, I was expecting much more.
The food was very bad and the staff were terrible.The service was even worse than fast food restaurants.It is such a shame for one of Toronto's attraction place to have such a poor service and food. Never go there again and not recommend. They to need to hire a new General manager.Just waste of money and time unless if you want to enjoy the beautiful view.

The food was really good and the views are amazing. The restaurant slowly turns 360 degrees as you eat your meal but you don't feel it. The decor is dated but the food makes up for it. We ate everything on our plate. I also had a signature coffee that was good too. If your purchase an appetizer and entree (e.g., the pri fix menu options) you get free access to the observatory decks. I went for lunch and paid $58 for a 2 course meal which was about $20 more than the cost of a ticket to the tower. So it was worth it for me. Dinner is more expensive.

The experience was priceless. Service was very good. Staff very courteous. Food we ordered was excellent! Dessert? Was delicious.

The only thing good is the view. The staff was helpful, not overly friendly as they seemed always on the go. The food was HORRIBLE!! you could clearly taste the potatoes were from a BOX!! a 95$ plate you think they could have taken the time to peel potatoes.

The view is awesome. I've been to the CN Tower many times and I never get bored. The view provides a unique venue and as a group we were very excited to be at the restaurant. The food was expensive, but then again it did include the price of the ride up. With that in mind, you get decent food with an amazing view. It's one of those things you have to do once, but won't have the urge to go back.

Basically paid 250$ (without drinks) for the view. The food was so disappointing and wouldn't classify it as fine dinning. Lobster was dry , steak, pataotes and asparagus were flavorless. I've had more friendly and interactive service at McDonald's. We left still hungry and very unsatisfied. Also the weird photo guy was very rude , invasive, pushy and swore at me for refusing to have my photo taken. I gave two stars simply for the awesome view.
If you plan on going I suggest you save your money and take the tour and grab some street meat lol

Great food and panoramic view. Yet, servers were rushing our meal all the time which I don't think its acceptable in a place where people go mostly for the views.

We made reservations from France very well in advance, requesting a table for 6 people on May 6 near the windows to celebrate a birthday.
We were placed far from the windows ...
The food is really not good, yet we tried several of the dishes on offer.
Only the wine was very good!
And the very salty note !!!!
The prices displayed are exclusive of taxes and tips (imposed).
To avoid !!! Other restaurants in Toronto are much better and much cheaper.
Admittedly, the restaurant allows access to the footbridge and the CN tower nacelle to have a superb view of Toronto, but you might as well pay for the climb or buy the City Pass.

You cannot have a better view of Toronto unless your in a helicopter. The price of food will hurt you,but the view will make you feel better.

I went here with my boyfriend for an anniversary dinner. While the view was great, the service was horrid. We had already known what we wanted to order (due to the whole menu being on the site) and figured that would make things easier on the server. When server David came by, I asked him what the difference between the two and three course meal was. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait until he got to that part of the menu. He then went on to explain the ENTIRE MENU to us before rolling his eyes and explaining the difference between the two. I am a left handed drinker (because of tendonitis in my right hand) and keep my drinks on my left. When David brought my food, he scoffed and moved my drinks to the right, before placing my food. He did it again for the main course, and by the final course, he rolled his eyes and said I "need to learn fine dining." Needless to say, I will not be back.

Very interesting experience, the food was delicious and the location and views are awesome. Try to get a tablr by the windows. We did get a little bit dizzy from the rotation, but nothing extreme.a bit pricey but worth it

Took my friend here who was visiting from out of town. The views are amazing, the food sucks. Considering it's a top Toronto tourist destination, they could at least have food that is a good representation of what Toronto has to offer. I was extremely disappointed.

Food is just okay. Service was not up to par. Everything felt rushed. View was spectacular. The environment seems fancy but it is hardly a fine dining establishment. More expensive family dining. Worth it for the view and ability to still tour the CN tour. Not worth it for the service or food. A must try - once - experience!

Breathtaking view. Very expensive, you are paying for the view rather than the food. Overall an enjoyable dining experience.

Staff were extremely friendly and nice, especially a waiter named Sonny. Pasta was pretty good but the chocolate lava cake was very rich and even a bit difficult to finish. Wait times were alright, views were phenomenal, prices are very high and portions are fine-dining size.

Great experience! The food is on the expensive side, but it is good. You can't beat the views, though, so if you consider that you get free ride up to the restaurant, plus a 360-degree view of Toronto and Lake Ontario while you eat, it really is a decent value.

We are 2 tourists coming over from Belgium, Europe and we looked forward for weeks to dine at your place. Because we wanted a view in the dark we booked a table at 10pm. Because we know that is already late, we gave you a call to ask if its still okay to have a full menu at this time, and it was all good. So we did come, 30 min in front, but the table was not ready yet. No problem, friendly staff members told us to go to the observation floor before dinner, so we did. At 10 we returned and after a few minutes our table was ready.
But, unfortenatly, everything went wrong from that point wen the waiter came. The first thing he comended was that we had to hurry up because the kitchen was closing in a few minutes. We didnt get the feeling we were welcome from that point. So we took a look at the menu, what looked great, but we didnt get the time to read it all because again we had to be quick. Confused as we were, we choose our meals. And the starter was on the table before we had a chance to order our drinks. So a coctail to begin with was a big no go ... such a shame! We just order a beer instead! Altough we had in mind to drink a bottle of good wine!
Why make reservations at a time when you cant provide a good service anymore???

Horrific service. For the price you pay insist on a window seat. The view will help you cope with the less than stellar food and bad table service.

The view is nice if you are lucky to get a table near the window ,or a cabin, but not a factor if you have to sit in the middle rows. The food is passable, which is understandable considering they have to shuttle the food up in the air, but not worth the price (if you are going for the food, go somewhere else).

Finally the reason it deserves one star , the service. Horrible service, with waiters who make mistakes and expect you to take the food regardless. Our waiter made 4 wrong orders in one night (yes his English was very challenged ), and acted like it was our fault every time. Also remember, if you go with a party bigger than 6 you will be tipping 15% automatically, which can easily add up to 150$ for really horrible service.

Unless you are going with a tourist who has never been there before, steer clear.

Order the New York strip with a baked potato with sour cream. Was definitely one of the more delicious steaks I have ever had. The potato was MASSIVE. More than I ever could have wanted or needed for a side dish. Service was rather fast and extremely polite and friendly. The only problem I had with this dine in experience was that my girlfriend and I were placed at a table for two, along the inner wall. So our view our of the windows, and the whole 360 degree experience was kind of ruined because of this. We even asked to switch tables as soon as the one beside us was cleaned off, but we were denied because somebody else was already in line for it.

The price and view is definitely the best part of this restaurant, but the food is just ...tasteless, especially if you order from the fixed menu.

Best Prime Rib I ve ever had! If you re a big fan of prime rib, delicious fluffy mashed potatoes, and side of greens (asparagus)... then this is your spot! Along with the wonderful food, come wonderful experience with the prefect balance of fine dining yet relaxed. If you haven t tried 360 , you will not regret it or the view.

Just to be fair you are coming here as a tourist or lived in the city and wondered if this place is worth going to as it includes admission. You aren't coming here for the food. City Views are great. Revolving around while having dinner and a conversation are the main attraction. I asked for salt for my steak when my waiter asked. 3 quarters through my steak another guy showed up with it. Yeah i could have waited but that's the type of service to expect. I tried to share the experience with the manager the next day just to help them out. But the manager wasn't interested in a conversation at all.

Food was good and the view was amazing but the waiters were clearly trying to rush us through meal and get us to leave to clear the table. If there was a clearly stated time limit for each reservation I would understand but the restaurant is styled as a high class fine dining experience, not a time limited buffet. We had lunch at the Skylon tower a week earlier and the dining experience was much better overall.

Our waiter was lovely, very attentive and informative. The food was average though. But i went there for the experience and the view and it was a good one!

Worth every penny, the view is fantastic, the food ok, the experience however, outstanding.

I had an exceptional lunch experience here with my family on our trip to Toronto. Of course, over the course of our meal we had an unparalleled view of the city and lake. But more importantly, the food was able to match the quality of the view. I was especially impressed by the strawberry tart dessert, which had a surprisingly intense berry flavor that was balanced out perfectly with cream and mint.

We chose to come here for lunch due to it being cheaper than dinner which turned out to be a great decision. Moreover, access to two observation floors were included as part of our meal. This lunch really was one of the defining memories from our trip.

We had the 2 course lunch, and I really enjoyed the Caesar salad for the first service, and the salmon for the second. My boyfriend had the mushroom soup followed by the risotto, and sadly he experienced some gastrointestinal issues that may have been food poisoning :-( Overall, we enjoyed our visit, and the view was spectacular. Before leaving I asked a waiter if he still enjoys the view, and he said yes, he never tires of it :-)

But I don't know . Not into all that fancy strange stuff to eat . Found it was hard to find something not to crazy on the menu..

The restaurant is spectacular. I thought the portions would be smaller, however with one entry and one dish is enough. Prices are high, you end up paying between 70 and 100 CAD, but includes the entrance to the two floors below, and the view and the food are worth it. If you go before 2 or midweek, it is empty, but you have a reservation on your page anyway. Take a good camera, you will have views of the entire city as the restaurant turns !!!

A must see attraction if you are in Toronto. This restaurant is very expensive but the CN tower is an iconic structure in Toronto and you will definitely want to try to visit at least once!

Wonderful view and great food quality. Staff were generally welcoming but our server looked like in rush and not happy with the work.

We usually bring oversea family members to CN Tower 360 restaurant every time when they come over to Canada. I can t remember how many times we ve been there. The food was Ok as usual, the view is amazing, But yesterday was to WORST Forever service I ve ever had. The server was pushing my seat without saying anything in order to serve ppl who sit inside; he seems doesn t understand what I was asking; the worst thing was he showed me smiling face and turn over with rude or serious face after I paid the bill! It there s alternative I will buy the ticket for tower viewing and dining somewhere else! Or I will try one penny service tip next time.

Had a great first time, celebrating a friend's birthday atop the CN Tower.

We celebrated our Anniversary a few days ago and I must say the service was great but the food was lacking. For the amount of $$ you are paying one would expect better quality ingredients and preparation. I ordered the caprese stuffed chicken only to be told they use the thigh meat Anderson gnocchi tasted like dried-out, pre-fried hash browns. My husband ordered prime rib de jus and there was hardly any sauce and no seasoning. My soup with cod was luke warm. Needless to say, we did not stay for dessert.

An excellent experience..The food was amazing and the customer service was out of the world..can't wait to go back..

Love eating here but had a very rough start to the evening when our group wasn't seated for our 7:45 reservation. After being rudely shushed aside by the Hostess the 9 of us were seated an hour after our original time. Food was amazing! ..but the fog didn't help save the evening. Too bad, the 360 will probably fall off our rotation. (no pun intended)

I visit this restaurant atleast once a year and every year they make me want to visit them less. Food is getting worse. Although the staff were very attentive, the kitchen has to make better food with more options because they have a very very limited menu for the pre fixe price. You are just paying for the view that's really it.

Good service and quality, facilities fine but cleanliness could improve. Rich dessert and coffee. Wonderful visits, highly recommended.
