Unique experience if you only consider the view. Other than that, every aspect of this restaurant is subpar. I am judging from the standard of a high-end dinning, the food has basic presentation, small portion, ok ingredients, poor execution. Mushrooms taste fishy and raw. Steak is served without salt or pepper. Large particles of sea salt are on the sweet potato fries, making them ultra salty. Servers try to be emotionlessly polite and are far from passionate. The floor and seats are dirty with food remains.

Overall, I recommend just pay the entry ticket if you want to see the view. You can easily get a more satisfying meal anywhere else.

Great food and amazing views from this restaurant!...

Great food and amazing views from this restaurant! Our reservations were perfectly set up for us... We got the window seat like we asked for which was a big thing for us... The service could have been a little bit better... But it was quite busy and was not all that bad... Overall we had a great experience here and could not have expected more A+

The food and wine were great. We had the charcuterie board and it's associated wine pairing, which was lovely. Then I had the prime rib, and my partner had the chicken caprese, both of which tasted similarly great, and their wine pairings went very well. After we got ice cream and cookies, which book ended the night quite well. The views are wonderful, especially at sunset, imo, quite worth the price.

The experience is great. This review is more for the service & food. The service felt rushed. It was a birthday dinner, so we wanted to take our time & chat & enjoy our wine. There was no break between starter & main & it was luke warm when it arrived. The servers we had were professional & friendly & overall we had fun. I would just manage ur expectations around the food before u go.

Food is okay though.
Some stuff is nice but some stuff is not really.
I m not recommend to this place for first date if you just want to show off for her haha

Seem to be complaining about the price of the food but C$79 for a three course meal isn t that bad considering it also includes admission to the glass floor level and viewing platform which normally sets one back C$38 alone. We had the Indigenous Experience Prix Fixe Menu and were very pleased with it. The service was friendly and efficient despite the place being unusually crowded for the 2100 hrs sitting. The only minor complaint is that they had run out of the commemorative cocktail glasses but to make up for it reduced the price of the cocktails by 25%. A unique experience and highly recommended especially for first-time visitors to Toronto.

The menu items are very well prepared. The premium you pay to eat here is not worth it however. $85.00 for a steak and it doesn't even come with a side dish - they are $11.00 each! The view from the revolving restaurant is fabulous. The restaurant itself leaves much to be desired. I felt like I was eating in a cafeteria from the 1990s. They are due for an update/face lift. The seats were worn out as they had the but prints of a 1000 people before me. There were no table cloths, only vinyl place mats that are simply wiped off. $500.00 for dinner for three left me feeling taken. I acknowledge you get a free lift to the top with your reservation. I just don't get the super premium - I get my family out of the Keg for $130.00 with a similar food order. I can say for sure I won't be going back anytime soon.

This place disappointed me..I thought it will be one of the best places I've been to..but unfortunately not.. food wasn't anything special, I even can say that it wasn't delicious and price for it was unfair. Our server was a bit weird..he was looking and acting nervous but I can tell it's not his first day at work. My recommendation: Come during sunset, the view is incredible! I was at night and couldn't see a lot bec it was too dark and reflection of the window ruined my pictures.

Even though the dinner was pretty steep. The food was excellent. And the view is like no other. And the price of dinner includes access to the observation deck and glass floor. So it was well worth it.

Went in the 9th of August. Was moving out of Toronto and had my final goodbye to the city there. I have 900 allergies and they accommodated incredibly. Came up with the most amazing meal for me! So grateful to them! Amazing experience! Beautiful time! So extra recommend!!

Went here for my birthday and got seated in the middle of the aisle. Felt like we were eating in a cafeteria because of all the people around us and the noise level. There was broken glass laying on the floor, it took 25 minutes for our server to come although he was nice. The food was fine but way overpriced and by the end of the night the servers were counting their money in the lobby. If you're planning on going here consider just visiting the viewing deck or request a booth. Overall extremely dissatisfied.

Food was amazing, service was amazing, views were amazing. The price is a bit much but worth it. Besides, if anyone gets the Prix Fix menu, it's pretty much like the cost of admission plus a bit extra for a nice meal.

Take the time and spend the money to have lunch or dinner here on a clear winters night. Awesome seeing the city covered in snow and the harbour all frozen!! Highly recommend, we spent over 3 hours just talking and looking out the window. Great service and great food, what more can you ask for!

It is not even worth climbing the tower if you are not dining or having lunch at 360. In addition to escaping the lines, it is from the restaurant that you have the best view and click the best photos! This establishment has without a doubt the best spot in the tower. Attention, the waiters will want to hurry you, but do everything with pleasure and without haste. Please arrive at least 40 minutes in advance. And make a reservation at least two days in advance to choose a good time, preferably one that you have a view of day and night!

ABOUT THE FOOD: I was a little disappointed with the meat in the closed menu package, in which the person pays for a starter, main course and dessert. The chosen entry was reasonable, a salad. For the main course I had to choose a meat option that added 10 more CAD, as the waiter warned me that the package options for the main course were poorly served. The order of meat was more or less. The amount of meat was great, but the quality of the meat and the taste were not so good for the price, it looked like badly seasoned and dry stove meat. For dessert I chose the most famous and popular, the chocolate tower, which was no big deal either. Perhaps it would have been a tastier experience to order an a la carte dish, one of the most expensive ...

DETAIL: Something very important and that I liked a lot, when booking at the Open Table, mandatory to use this app, I requested a table next to the window and was served by the restaurant that placed me at an excellent table.

Phenomenal experience! Pricey but with the amazing view, deliscious food and excellent service, it is all worth it. Our server Keith amongst all other staff encounters were beyond helpful and made our experience that much better! Thank you for the top notch service!

Unique restaurant for the view of the city and the lake, both day and night. The fixed price menu is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the show at not exorbitant prices. Compulsory reservation that allows you not to pay the lift to go up and, after lunch or dinner, free access to the panoramic terraces. Recommended to specify that you want a table near the windows. Considering the price of the standard visit to the CN Tower, perhaps it is better to consume at the restaurant and enjoy the spectacle of the city from above (avoiding long queues) better and longer. Quality of food and good dishes, though not exceptional.

Kids menu is the best value here for sure! Cant complain about the quality fo the food or the service. All excellent. Just remember to come hungry, portions are very small. Obvious the view is what you come here for. The prices might seem extreme but when you work in the fact that it includes your trip up it's actually very reasonable all things considered.

I would say you don't come here for the food, but ...

I would say you don't come here for the food, but actually it's pretty good. If you're thinking about coming to the CN tower during the day, I highly recommend making a reservation here for lunch. The pre-fixe menu is about $60 a person, but gives you complimentary access to the observation deck and look out, which you would normally end up paying about $40 a person for anyways. And you get to ride up the fancy elevators with no line straight to the restaurant, without waiting in sometimes ridiculous lines to get up with the regulator tourists. So just think of it as a gourmet lunch with a gorgeous view and a CN Tower fast pass for $20 bucks :)

I went to the CN tower today it was quite a pleasant experience. The prices were reasonable. However, me and my family s experience went really down to the garbage just by one experience dealing with a associate at the restaurant at 360. I don t want to name no names but I am forced to do so( Dayana associate from 360 the host I believe). Me and family and I were roaming around the below level and we asked an associate if we can eat at the 360 and she direct us upstairs to the 360. So we went up stairs. The associate there ( Dayana) was meet by Myself. I asked her a simple question if it was possible to eat at the restaurant. However she responded so rude and cold. I asked her a simple question whether it is possible to eat. Her response you shouldve thought about this plan earlier, there is no room for your family here... it s busy . Initally i didn t mind with the hard response. But then I asked her how If i wanted to reserves seats for the restaurant in a couple days where can that be arrange as I am still in Toronto with my family couple of more days. Her response .. . i am sure you can google the details. And then walks away giving a deadly dirty look. This is the one of the most strange and unusual customer service I have received as it was unwelcoming. I don t if all of CN tower associates are like this but she need to be somehow trained properly on how to properly greet customers and make a working environment a pleasant one. The attitude unbelievablely!!

We went for dinner for my 30th birthday, we had stated that it was a birthday in reservation and there was no mention of it. Thats ok but the food was terrible, cold and overcooked fish, prime rib that was not aged as they state it is. It was so cold and chewy you couldn't even cut it, the server took it back and brought another one and a better knife. It was just as bad and my husband didn't eat it. We were offered a free dessert because of the meat and it was a apple cheesecake that didn't have any taste. The food was just tasteless and terrible, appetizers aren't even worth a mention.
The view is great but if you enjoy a nice outing for your brithday or great food save the CN tower just for a view stop before going elsewhere for dinner.

I highly recommend! We take visitors from out of town here. Excellent service, well organized, and delicious Canadian menu! Obviously great views, but also perfect dining experience in Toronto!

Love love love Had 2 of my birthday dinners here and loved it. You dont have to stand in line with those that are sightseeing. Bypass and just tell security or guest desk that you have reservations, and you have an elevator that takes you right into the resturant. The food is great a bit pricy but what do you expect for a tourist attraction? The scenery is great. The restaurant rotates and you get a full view from you sit down to you are finished eating. Service is great, waiters keep checking to make sure all is good.

After enjoying some tourist attractions in Toronto...

After enjoying some tourist attractions in Toronto, my partner and I attempted to dine at this restaurant. When requesting a table, I was referred to speak with the host, who looked at me and my life partner before refusing to provide us with a table. The individual explained that perhaps I should look at the menu, specifically the "pricing" section in order to determine if we could afford dinning there. I have never felt so discriminated based on economic standing, appearance (shaved head, tattoo), and essentially deemed inappropriate to dine at this restaurant. We left the restaurant disgruntled and have vowed to never return or participate in any associated businesses/restaurants or corporations. I would caution the restaurant to provide its employees human rights and sensitivity training when servicing individuals who do not "fit" your expected consumers.

The food was correct but not worse at all the price. We were 4, 3 of us took the 10oz Roast Beef Prime Rib for an extra 10$ supplement and honestly it was way under our expectation.
Regarding the service, we never had such a bad service in a restaurant:
The waiter threw the plates on the table without even looking at what he was doing. He was leaning on our chairs! We ordered drinks during the meal and had to reclaim them several times. The waiters ran around and talked very loudly to each other, a waiter was running in saying he was coming. This is not a way to behave especially in such a restaurant. The service was horrible. I will not come back and recommend anyone to come.

En ce qui concerne le service, nous n avons jamais eu un aussi mauvais service dans un restaurant:

booked the place over a month ahead for birthday celebration with my husband and specifically requested for window seat. Then we were seated on the tiny table in the middle of the aisle. Was told that window seats are only for first come first serve basis... two people ahead of us were taken to the lounge chair which are far more comfortable and two other people were celebrating their birthday got their window seats... although our server was nice and food was great wish the place can be more accommodating for special occasion.

The view is undeniably the best you get in the city. The prix fixe menus make deciding on what to eat easy. The desserts are some of the best. We stayed for over an hour to enjoy the full rotation of the restaurant. It was such an amazing night! Come during sun set and you get some of the most gorgeous views of the city!

Very good restaurant, located on the highest platform of the CN tower, it turns 360 and offers a rather nice panorama.

The view is not a must see but in all this was very nice. The waiter David W., an Asian was very nice, very helpful, he also speaks French which can be useful for the non-English speakers in all he was devoted and passionate. Especially spontaneous and jovial it was a real pleasure.

The dishes are excellent, they are rather classic recipes but fine, cooked with a refinement that makes great food. Nevertheless desserts no less sought after. No culinary discovery but we enjoy it for sure.

The wine is also very good, they have very good reputation on wine and the card is very large, but this card lacks taste details, if we do not know it we do not know which to choose, thankfully I knew them.

Ambience level was ok, just a pretty noisy atmosphere and then a rather small space but it's not their fault, the tower is not very wide.

For prices, do not stick at all the rates posted on the internet unless you take only a few, to enjoy 3 courses and very good wines for two people is about $ 400 taxes included. To go there being stingy or with few means is a shame they have too good things to deprive themselves.

Finally this restaurant respects its reputation, it is certainly tourist, but very good.

It's a MUST DO.

You're paying for the view here and that's pretty much it. The food is on the pricier side, as you might expect, and the quality delivered isn't quite up to par. The food is definitely not bad by any means, but just doesn't command nor justify the premium pricing, especially for dinner. Having said that, if you consider that you can get a meal for just a bit more than paying for admission itself, it's not too bad of a proposition. Lunch is a much better deal than dinner, but dinner is a far better experience if you can catch the sunset. Service is fine and up to par with what you would expect given the atmosphere and pricing. For a special occasion, the novelty is worth it, but it's not an experience I'd likely repeat.

Came for my.birthday which turned out to be an engagement and was having a beautiful night and amazing time , food was amazing the view and experience was everything. But our server Steve, absolutely sucked. His service was the worst I had ever experienced which shocked me at a place like this. I ordered 3 course meal and he brought me the bill after my.second course but charged me for the dessert I never got, didn't even acknowledge that we disnt get it and when I mentioned to fix my bill and I'm not paying for something I never got , he didnt even say sorry. He even shook his head when he got the bill back. Very unacceptable service.

The food was mediocre. The duck was so bland and undercooked, I didn't eat it. They didn't bother to ask if there was a reason I left an entire duck breast on my plate. And we were seated in a centre isle table, even though there were several window tables free around us. Two stars for access to the observation levels following our meals. Next time, we'll skip the meal and just pay for the observation levels.

Went here for dinner on Sat, Jan 6, 2018. Right from the beginning of the experience we were thrilled and the customer service was great. Our table was ready right on time and it didn't take long to get up to the restaurant from the ground level. I consider myself very picky with service and food and 360 knocked it out of the park. We sat in sectin 3 and our waiter, Michael, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful.

We both ordered the 3 course prix fixe. I had the mushroom and onion soup. She had the caesar salad. My soup was flavourful and abundant for a starter. Would definitely order again. The salad was fresh, delicious and large. The glazed pork belly in it was delicious. For mains, I had the pork dish and my date had the chicken quebec. Again, we were both extremely pleased with our food and the flavours were an amazing act in balance. There was a hiccup with my main that was dealt with in a professional and sincere manner and I appreciate Michael for his expeditious manner. For dessert I had the Lindt chocolate ice cream and cookies. My date had the raspberry sorbet and cookies. It was delicious.

After dinner we moved to the observation deck and the glass floor. It was something I never thought I would do but it too was great.

I've read reviews about price or portion size but I had no complaints about either. We left satisfied with both. Neither of us were able to finish our dinner completely and I saw alot of food passing by us and the portion sizes looked generous for a high end restaurant. When you consider the cost of tickets strictly to the observation decks and sky pod, as well as your time waiting in lines, it is well worth the extra money for the dinner. The view alone makes it worth it. Great value here and I wouldn't hesitate to send friends here for dinner or lunch.

Overall our experience was amazing and I look forward to going back in the spring.

Very pleasantly surprised by this dinner, was expecting a tourist trap meal but everything was delicious. From the appetizers to the coffee & dessert to the service, one of the best meals i've had in awhile! And a gorgeous view to enjoy your meal with.

Cool place to dine and see the Toronto views. But keep in mind you won't be able to see the iconic CN tower while here since you're sitting in it. The food was mediocre and expensive, but worth it as tickets to the CN tower are included.

Very disappointed by the food. I was expecting top quality but I got something I wouldn't give to my dog. Maybe there is 1 dish thats good but for what you pay everything should be bang on. Fell short of expectation and most likely wont be back in this lifetime

You get to expore the cn tower and eat a 3 course meal with the prix fix menu. The best item we had was the cauliflower and lentils. Coming from an Indian background I was surprised at how amazing the dish was. The cauliflower was cooked perfectly. Normally indian restaurants over cooked the vegetables. The raita and lwntil were perfect. It is a must try. The apps were nothing special, the heirloom tomoatoes were ok. The snoked tuna by itself was gross, but everything around it was ok. The Cesar salad was nice and lightly dressed and crunchy. So the best app I had is the cesar salad. The pork chops were delicious, perfectly cooked. The sauce that came with it couldve been better. The portion was awesome! I was full after eating pork chops. The dark chocolate tower was phenomenal. Best dessert I had in a while. The presentation was beautiful and it tasted way better. I loved the cherries and the ice cream. It hit the spot! I love the dessert and we got happy birthday written on it. The bread at the beginning was pretty bland.

I enjoyed the ambiance and views of this restaurant. The food was average and not worth the price and it did take quite a while for us to be served. We were in a large party and waited almost over an hour for our food. Other than that the experience was okay overall

They charged $250 to eat for 2 people, no alcohol. The food was mediocre and they put us in the middle where the view was blocked despite a reservation. The view is good if you're at the window. I wasn't thrilled by the experience overall unfortunately. The observation decks were completely overcrowded afterward, even on a Monday.

Truly an experience to do if you visit Toronto. In addition to enjoying the beautiful 360-degree view from a height of about 450 m, I must say that the dishes are also of excellent quality and the service is very good. All at a more than acceptable cost! I recommend booking online using the official website of the CN Tower.

Had lunch here with a friend last week. Great views of the city, fast service, and tasty food. Now it is on the pricey side, but considering that the trip up to the top would have been just as expensive it made sense to enjoy stunning views with a glass of wine and fine food. The deal is reasonable with the prix fix of two course or three course meal.

I had the squid appetizer and pork bellies with a cold glass of Rose wine.

You definitely get the celebrity experience when walking to the special elevator room, checking in at the front desk, and skipping all the tourist lines to get to the top. 1st class service and experience. We will be back!

My day started off with a great view of the city on the elevator ride up the CN Tower! Made it to restaurant 360, where I was greeted with a warm and friendly staff. The view is breathtaking. Lunch was fantastic, with the entire meal being fresh, vibrant, and delicious. Dessert was divine, and finished off with a nice espresso. Thank you to all for a lovely day, and see you again.

The food is overpriced and not good at all. The prime rib was tough and tasteless. The ravioli had no flavour and was dry. The strudel dessert tasted like something you buy off the shelf from Walmart - the Walmart version might be better. The only good item we got was a butternut squash soup.

The views were amazing though and the atmosphere was very nice. It was nice to get access to the observation deck after dinner.

I would never go back for the food, it was very overpriced and lacked severely in quality.

Awesome.... Just awesome.

We came in the evening and the views were spectacular as you slowly revolved round. Think it must take about an hour to do full 360?? Or maybe not..... I did have a bit wine!!! Food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. Wine reasonably priced and service decent. There's obviously a lot of people here so it was loud and not very intimate. As it is always revolving remember what number entrance you use for your seat cos if you go to toilets and forget you may be walking round and round for a while trying to find your party!
