Cluey has been an amazing tutoring site to help me understand and develop skills in Chemistry. The tutors offered are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. Most marks I have received back have been significantly higher and I m showing a great understanding in comparison from before joining Cluey.

I started tutoring to help prepare my son for his Grammar school entrance exams and it turned into back up teaching throughout the entire year because of Corona Virus. My 11yr old has never been so engaged with learning. Fantastic Tutoring, Excellent Service and Quality format all round. I can only say Good things about Cluey and my 11 yr old won t be falling through any gaps this year. We plan to continue with Cluey even when we go back to the physical classroom. Very Happy. They are very accommodating.

My daughter has done 4 Maths and English sessions so far, and already feels more confident in both subjects. She actually looks forward to the sessions and loves talking about what she had learned. Thank you for your wonderful service. We are definitely going to continue our tutoring with you.

Good Tutoring but there are some technical challenges which i think needs to be address properly, Student cant count the exact mins lost due to the connection issue . if there is an issue in connection then cluey should adjust it in the next session by saying the session time increase 15 mins or 30 mins.

My son Ben has had 13 on line chem sessions with Cluey leading up to his final exams. I chose Cluey over a range of online and personal tutoring options because they talked to Ben's needs and offered high calibre tutors with a depth of knowledge of current curricula. The on line platform is also excellent. Ben's grade average has progressively increased and he is looking forward to his final exam with the confidence he was lacking months ago.

Happy with the tutors and program from the Cluey Learning. Their program is structurally designed with techniques. The tutors are patient and nice. Unlike the traditional one-to-one coaching, they conduct the course and exercise online with tools needed for the session. Strongly recommended.

Cluey Learning is a fantastic way of learning. My daughter Maggie has assimilated quickly all the materials. And hopefully I will enrolling my small daughter Meghan the next year. Definitely, i will recommend to all the parents who are looking for their kids sucess.

Our daughter struggles with maths and as a result, hates it. We bit the bullet and signed her up with Cluey. Our daughter was very nervous of her first session but now she looks forward to it and is even starting to enjoy maths, a little :)
They have a great online system and it is all very easy to manage. I highly recommend Cluey Learning

Cluey learning are hopeless. No other way to describe them. They are fantastic at signing you up, fantastic at charging you....

IT issues on some sessions. Charging you when you have asked for a pause is their speciality. Trying to get it resolved is a full time job, if you do get anywhere with their incompetent customer service team, they act like they are doing you a favour.

I commenced Maths tutoring for my 11 and 13 year old children during the COVID lockdown/remote schooling in March 2020 to ensure the children stayed on track with their school learning. The tutors are really fabulous and great with the children. I love how I receive a report after each lesson explaining their progress and any areas for improvement. The platform is easy to use and the phone team has always been helpful when I have needed to call them. I highly recommend Cluey!

We found the platform easy for our 18year old son to use. The platform had my son at easy with the whole process. The one on one tutor via the web as good if not better than having a face to face. The additional ability to get details of the session was a great benefit for parents.

We have contacted Cluey Learning about getting our daughter's confidence up after months of 'remote and flexible learning' during COVID-19. This little boost is all she will need to consolidate her skills going forward and build a great foundation for future learning.
The platform is great, I love that the tutor sends a recap of what was discussed and a mini progress report after each lesson. The hour long sessions give them plenty of time to focus on what needs to be worked on and I like that we can do it from home and fit it into our schedule.

I've been so happy with Cluey so far. The customer service is exceptional and most importantly my teenage son was so pumped after his first session. I could see his confidence grow immediately after the session. I love that they follow the curriculum but are flexible enough to revisit any pressure points. In our case, my son had a test coming up on a topic they weren't going to be covering and our tutor mixed it up to work on the subject the test would be focusing on. At this point I absolutely recommend Cluey.

With Covid and the second time around of remote learning, my son was losing interest in the school work being sent to him and he was having a hard time engaging like kids do having a teacher around. I looked into tutoring and found Cluey Learning. I loved the idea that the child can do one on one in their own homes. Any time I have a question the teachers are all fine to answer. At the moment my son is only studying English and maths. Times can be structured around your own schedule.
Opening prices, for the first 4 sessions I was very happy with. After the 4 price does go up but I'm still hoping to afford the lessons as it seems already that my child has learnt a great deal and is enjoying the sessions himself. Never thought I would see him engage in study late in the afternoon (session at 5pm), he has no hassles to go up to the computer room and study. The teachers engage so well.
Happy with everything so far so we shall see how it goes.

Both my children (year 8 and year 10) have gained valuable help from the Cluey Tutors. They are friendly, approachable and prepared for the lessons. My children are getting their confidence back and starting to believe once more that they can actually do very good in math. They are helping my children to catch-up on what they have missed, since we only recently immigrated to Australia. The gap is getting smaller and soon they will be on par with the rest of their school friends, that's in their year. Thank You Cluey.

Excellent service when booking and cancelling classes. My son has improved so much and his confidence has increased. Our teacher is excellent and structures the classes according to his needs. We are all very happy.

Great involvement and open communication with all the staff at Cluey; Kai (our son) was beginning to fall behind with his mathematics, but post involvement with Rob (his tutor) he's now ahead of the class and enjoying learning again. Rob is both fun & professional which makes learning for Kai much easier.

Paid, responded to more info please email, got confirmation of booking. Then out of the blue a txt cancelling enrolment. On the phone they claimed to have called me but didn't and I have no phone record at my end. They claimed that the email response in my Sent box didn't get there. No bounce notice from Google. Just incompetent. Get a live tutor.

My daughter was struggling with year 9 maths & having a regular tutoring session has helped her confidence, as well as her understanding of what's required. I especially want to thank the tutor herself for her patience, way of teaching & her availability.

I have booked a session for initial assessment on 22nd May . The link given to us is not compatible on Chrome & Firefox on IPAD we trouble shooted with the team and understood that its not compatible on devices we have at home. I dont have other devices or cant buy a device for this sessions. So i have asked for cancellation, but with the reason that session is non refundable, the support team is saying they cannot refund the amount paid for this session. This is poor administration and poor quality of outdated technology. Recommending parents to check the compatibility of the link the give to you before you pay non refundable payment for the session. Single star given because google not allowing to submit with out a star.

My daughter needed extra support for her Maths. Cluey has been great as she is now more confident and doing well at school. Cluey are professional and communicate well.

...at communicating - the session reports are detailed and useful.

...consolidating learning for students who struggle with conceptual learning - I love that it's also based on Australian math curricula.

...focusing on metacognition - the children are encouraged to set goals and reflect and talk about their learning in every lesson.

Cluey doesn't do games but will include regular movement breaks for younger kids.Highly recommended!

In such a short period of time, I have already noticed a vast improvement in my son's Math and English work. What I love about Cluey is that they really concentrate on matching your child up with an appropriate tutor. Found this very helpful as my son always looks forward to his tutor lessons and is comfortable and not shy asking questions when unsure about something. Our daughter has been working with a Cluey coach this year and is really enjoying the one on one coaching. Sometimes we've had internet issues for the Zoom sessions but that's not Cluey's fault. Her marks have really improved and we are very happy.

In our case, online tutoring is helping to fill education gaps in primary school education which cannot be filled in the normal school system. The goal focus of each session enables my son to understand exactly what will be covered during each session, and also helps me as a parent to understand what I am paying for. The online teaching tools are excellent and my son looks forward to each session. We have found the video recording of each session helpful in revising the session for my son. It also allows me to send the session to my husband so he can see how our son is being assisted with his learning. The tutors for my daughter are very good at assessing her weaknesses and turning them into strengths.

The lesson was delivered in a very clear and concise manner, and any doubts were also clearly explained to me. Much better than I expected!

I was hesitant to proceed with tutoring as my teenage son was embarrassed to admit he needed help and I thought he may withdraw and not participate in lessons. Not only did Cluey find him a wonderfully suited tutor, he has gained so much self-confidence to attempt things he's never thought he was capable of. This has turned out to be the best decision for his future and I can't recommend Cluey more highly.

The individual sessions are really good but cant say the same for group session based on our experience, however if it was bit cheaper I would have continued with Individual sessions. My child was really happy and was kept well engaged during the session.

My 15 year old daughter has really benefitted from Cluey's help; she has gone from a "C" student to a "A" student in English. It's so good, it's almost like cheating!

My Tudor was amazing. Not only did she help me improve my maths grades for the HSC, she also took interest in what I wanted to after school and gave me plenty of tips for study.

Enrolled my daughter (Y9) at the beginning of year with the aim to focus on her Maths topic at the time but to our dismay the Tutor tried to teach her another Maths topic that my daughter had not even commenced. The tutor did not want to listen and we cancelled this tuition after 1 session. Cluey Learning is not designed for your child s needs and the curriculum is not flexible.

Great platform, all done by video with shared onscreen whiteboard at home. Very flexible and fits in our busy schedule. Used it for 2 weeks prior to end of term exams because child was struggling and ended up with an A.
Not cheap (actually don't know how much an in house tutor is to compare) but don't have to have people in the house etc. Child happy and working!

Cluey Learning is definitely a great way to learn online. My son's tutor is young and studying at university so can relate to him very well. We are doing English tutoring and h is learning lots already and we have only been doing it for a few weeks. We will definitely continue into 2021.

Very professional and informative of all tutoring topics for my daughter to receive the correct tutoring needed prior to her yr 12 Maths exam. Communication is 10/10 throughout the requested 13 sessions. Instant reports after the tutoring with ample practice links to continue learning after the lesson. Cluey Learning has made my daughter a lot more confident and focused in the areas she was struggling.

I like the concept of this service and think what Cluey offer to the children is great. What I found disappointing is there was absolutely no flexibility where payment was concerned. When working with departments such as NDIS or Dept for Child Protection, funding can take up to 4 weeks to come through.This was laid out on the table before signing up.There was no thinking outside the square and working together to meet the best needs of the child. Instead I kept receiving an sms each week advising the session had been cancelled. I had to keep calling and explaining things all over again each week. Customer Service is such an important part of any business, and in some cases, there needs to be flexibility and creative thinking.

Cluey Learning has been amazing for our 10yr old! Life is hectic, it s so convenient to be able to have your child learning from home.

Great learning programs - We have our older child taking classes through Cluey and they are providing a very programmatic approach to learning, tailored to the child's needs. I was a little unsure, but straight after the first class, saw the value. The kids enjoy the classes (the younger one also likes to hang around and listen in the background) and they are looking forward to the great learning environment that is created. I also enjoy reading the detailed post-class reports on the child and I really appreciate the attention to detail. Though the classes delivered online provide flexibility, if there was a face to face option available in each city, which would be a great option and preferred by many.

Poor customer service. Yr 11 support that I was looking for my son was promised during customer service call but once they had my credit card details and tutoring sessions began I was told they could not provide the support required. The tutoring sessions are not aligned with the student's curriculum schedule - so your child may be struggling this week with a topic but they won't cover that in tutoring until some time in the future. Completely inappropriate for Stage 6 students leading into the HSC who have assessments due regularly. Support is also not designed to provide support for specific questions that come up with homework/study/assessments. I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks to have all future tutor sessions cancelled - no response to self-service portal requests to cancel sessions, multiple emails requesting cancellation and phone calls. Before you can speak to a Customer Service officer the phone call will be disconnected. But they did manage to charge me for the next session and after another email complaint refunded that money. Customer Service auto-replies "We will get back to you in 3 days". After 2 weeks and multiple attempts I called again and selected the option for 'all other enquiries'. Finally spoke to someone, cancellation has been promised....

My son has had a great connection with his tutor and is actually keen for his next session. I m so amazed that he wants to keep coming back. I wasn t sure at first, but it seems his tutor Melissa must make it a positive experience for him, which I m so grateful for. If we are late, we get a personal phone call. Amazing!!!

Cluey Learning has been great for my son. I knew he needed some extra support but given his age (12, almost 13) he didn't want to engage in tutoring.
