I like the concept of this service and think what Cluey offer to the children is great. What I found disappointing is there was absolutely no flexibility where payment was concerned. When working with departments such as NDIS or Dept for Child Protection, funding can take up to 4 weeks to come through.This was laid out on the table before signing up.There was no thinking outside the square and working together to meet the best needs of the child. Instead I kept receiving an sms each week advising the session had been cancelled. I had to keep calling and explaining things all over again each week. Customer Service is such an important part of any business, and in some cases, there needs to be flexibility and creative thinking.
