The management company is horrible. They tell you one thing and do another. Then when you call and try to resolve it, Jeremy will never call you back. Worst choice I ever made.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. In fact I would rate them less than a 0. This apartment complex has terrible management. In the two months my son has lived there his stove hasn't worked and his door knob did not work. Both issues were not resolved in a timely manner. We were told to keep checking in for a parking pass for two months. Today we were told they are all gone and the car will be towed if we park there. To bad....doesn't matter what we were promised before....they don't care. Apparently there is a new manager who only cared to say "It's not my fault". We do t care who's fault it is. JUST FIX IT. Management 101. This apartment complex is run so poorly. I will NEVER rent from this complex again and would NEVER suggest anyone else rent here.

It's really close to the school. It's very convenient for various restaurants and banks around it, and the apartment is very comfortable.

The 1 star reviews you ve read are not being over dramatic, trust me when I say I ve seen the incompetence and laziness from the managers here. I would never recommend this to anyone, because they don t deserve to be in business.

Patrick, the property manager at Skybox is a disrespectful and nasty man. Do not rent from this place. I am a student that had a physician's notice saying that I needed to be released from my lease for emergency medical reasons. He refused to break the lease, which is understandable, but was also very rude, unresponsive and unwilling to help in any way. Patrick very callously told me he would send me to collections in the midst of my medical emergency. He lied to me saying that he was out of town and had "a meeting" to avoid talking when he was right in Eugene. They "lost" multiple of the rent checks I sent and then had the nerve to still charge me a late fee even with proof that it was post-marked on time. Also, I called the Attorney General's Office to see if they could help me and they said that Skybox had not been paying their taxes. Avoid this place at all costs. If anything goes wrong, there will be no understanding, because the entire building is operated by a man with little regard for service or the well-being of his tenants.

Horrible management. No help at all. They are very disorganized. They use their garage cameras as a selling point and it turns out they purposefully leave them turned off. They oversell rooms and parking, leaving some people on the street when they arrive.

I am a resident of the building what I liked there a full-service presence inside the apartment, including the washer and dryer and the building is very secure main gate closed magnetic switch and there Cameras

Very nice apartment, the experience of living in the school was very bad, it was very nice to come here.

Courtside and Skybox Apartments are easily the worst apartments in Eugene. Overly expensive, tiny rooms, hear your neighbors constantly, terrible management and lacking heavily in amenities. They claim to be "green buildings" but are definitely not. Fans in bathrooms don't work, terrible internet, no air conditioning and you should expect everything in your apartment to fall apart upon move-in.

For those of you who haven't been to Eugene before, Courtside and Skybox rely heavily on the idea that they are "Just one block from campus!". This is true, unfortunately, every single class you'll take will be on the opposite side of campus. Might as well find cheaper and bigger housing on the west side.

The only people who rate these apartments as "excellent" are the international student because they simply do not know any better.

Management was constantly changing, the building is always disgusting especially the trash rooms, and they seemingly don't care about Tennant's well being.

I wish I could give this apartment complex 0 stars. I truly have never been more continuously outraged by a property management company. They allowed my roommate to sub-lease her room to 2 roommates instead of 1, which left me living with 2 people I did not know who also had multiple pets. The management company was completely negligent to respond to multiple issues I came into contact with while living there. They gave me a temporary parking pass and told me I could park in the lot and then had my car towed, they charged me double my rent one month and then said "oh well I guess you just won't have to pay next month then!", told me I would get August free as part of a promotion they were having, and then charged me for August and said they "didn't remember making that promise at the time of my lease"as well as the biggest issue which was letting two people rent a room intended for one person. My living environment was not only uncomfortable but also unbearable because of the way my new "roommates" lived. This property management company also gets new management multiple times a year but it never helps because everyone that works their is lazy, incompetent, and unresponsive. This is a legitimate scam of a complex that is money thirsty and out to get students who most likely do not know their rights as renters. I would never recommend Courtside/Skybox to a friend, not even my worst enemy. To top it all off, somehow the manager is always "on the phone" or "in a meeting" EVERY SINGLE TIME you have a problem, need help with something, or have a complaint. Convenient. Anyways, I will stop with my ranting but it is truly the worst and most unprofessional complex you will ever live in. Do NOT live here, I read reviews on Yelp before signing my lease but assumed people were being dramatic but trust me when I say there are not even words to describe how awful my living experience was there. Ps- if the management responds to me on here, it's just for appearance purposes. They have made 0 effort to resolve anything and this is not just my experience, I know many people who have lived there and are living there now that have had HORRIBLE experiences with this complex. Worst property management company in all of Eugene. Absolutely shameful. Someone ought to file a lawsuit against them and their scamming ways.
