We found the platform easy for our 18year old son to use. The platform had my son at easy with the whole process. The one on one tutor via the web as good if not better than having a face to face. The additional ability to get details of the session was a great benefit for parents.
Our sons performance in the subjects he receive tutoring in improves significantly.
