Poor customer service. Yr 11 support that I was looking for my son was promised during customer service call but once they had my credit card details and tutoring sessions began I was told they could not provide the support required. The tutoring sessions are not aligned with the student's curriculum schedule - so your child may be struggling this week with a topic but they won't cover that in tutoring until some time in the future. Completely inappropriate for Stage 6 students leading into the HSC who have assessments due regularly. Support is also not designed to provide support for specific questions that come up with homework/study/assessments. I have been trying for nearly 2 weeks to have all future tutor sessions cancelled - no response to self-service portal requests to cancel sessions, multiple emails requesting cancellation and phone calls. Before you can speak to a Customer Service officer the phone call will be disconnected. But they did manage to charge me for the next session and after another email complaint refunded that money. Customer Service auto-replies "We will get back to you in 3 days". After 2 weeks and multiple attempts I called again and selected the option for 'all other enquiries'. Finally spoke to someone, cancellation has been promised....
