I have booked a session for initial assessment on 22nd May . The link given to us is not compatible on Chrome & Firefox on IPAD we trouble shooted with the team and understood that its not compatible on devices we have at home. I dont have other devices or cant buy a device for this sessions. So i have asked for cancellation, but with the reason that session is non refundable, the support team is saying they cannot refund the amount paid for this session. This is poor administration and poor quality of outdated technology. Recommending parents to check the compatibility of the link the give to you before you pay non refundable payment for the session. Single star given because google not allowing to submit with out a star.
