A very well-kept hotel with direct beach location. The gently sloping sandy beach and the crystal clear water is worth a trip alone. A perfect starting point for excursions to the peninsula Kasandra and the directly adjacent nature reserve.
A successful holiday in the best environment.

This place is not worth a penny. I spend over 3000 to stay her with me entire family and we all regret coming here. We want to leave early. 80% of the employees are very rude. The rules placed in the rooms are not up to date. The rules say the bars are open until 2am. We went it was closed. They closed at 12am. They have no respect for customers. The employees think you owe them something. Half don t speak English. This is the worst resort ever. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Unless you want to be treated like a slave you can come here.

Unfortunately, Hotel Simantro Beach has its best times. Close to the beach rooms should be avoided, these are unrenovated and partly category "disgusting". The rooms in the back parts of the hotel are renovated and okay. In sum, the entire hotel is in a rather worn condition. On each floor in my part of the building, the emergency exit lights beep, as no one waits for the broken batteries. Elevator available, yes, but also out of order. Tiles in and around the pool partially broken. Wi-Fi is free for one hour daily, otherwise you have to book daily / weekly packages. Food in total school grade 2, drinks from the all-inclusive range grade 3. Beer and white wine tasted above average.
Positive to mention is the endeavored and very attentive staff in the service, as well as with the child care. Our children (6 and 7 years old) had a lot of fun there and always wanted to go over the two weeks.
What made the holiday as a complete package is the location. The bay, the shallow beach, the good water quality, the walk-through cliffs are a force. I have rated here with three stars only the hotel, which unfortunately was below my expectations.

Pleasant, quiet, very suitable for families with children, green, well-kept, clean, varied food, unique beach-beach and sloping coast, shallow and clear water.

A great place for a relaxing holiday. Pine air, clear water and excellent food. I do not know how to call bad food. It happens of course better, but for the price just great. This attitude of the staff never met. Very nice girls at the reception. In the restaurant, a waiter-girl brought wine to our table, the one that we drink, as soon as we came. Everyone tried to predict all our desires. The hotel is far from populated areas. Rested with friends, everyone really enjoyed the holiday. Recommend!

If you speak German or you have no problem to wear a bracelet and listen to the loudspeakers Germans to squeeze then you are in the right place if not go away

Beach and sea is great. No need to go to other beaches. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. Beach towells you can use only for deposit.
Unbeliveable is to pay for internet use in hotel with 5 stars. In 21. Century it is not normal I think.

The perfect place for vacation if you want to relax. Not for shopping, not for sightseeing, just to let your mind wander. So beautiful

I visited the hotel for the seventh time this September with my parents and two friends.
The mere fact that I would keep coming back shows that I fell in love with the hotel.

You are greeted warmly at the reception. We got a great room directly at the reception, in which we were welcomed with fruit and drinks.
The best thing is that the moment you enter the room, my vacation has started.

Overall, you can tell that the quality of the hotel has increased over the years and that even the little things have been important.
What gives the hotel the greatest charm is the staff, with whom you will meet familiar faces every time. They all go to great lengths to make the holiday as beautiful as possible for everyone and never forget to smile and say hello.

It is a hotel that I recommend to everyone!

Huge resort with a beautiful beach. I did not stay there, just sipping a coffee bang at the beach bar. The waiter was charming.

Rooms, Food all ok but special thanks to Aliona and Michalis, because of them We would return. Really good work from them and suggest the managment to give them a bonus :)

Wonderful beach in front of the hotel, clean and quiet. Alternatively, the hotel pool can be used, which is clean, tidy and large enough. The staff is more than polite and willing, the breakfast has many options and the location is ideal. The place literally combines mountain with sea is very elegant and suitable for rest for families with children and couples who want to relax

Nice, well organised hotel, very good sandy beach, shallow water. Food was not great, but OK, drinks not that good. Spacious clean rooms. Two pools, unfortunately closing at 7 p.m.

The German-speaking smoker teacher Jenny was very nice and within 8 days my twins learned to swim. The kids had a lot of fun and love Jenny had a lot of patience with them. I can only say: love Jenny no matter where you are, no matter where you live-in the hearts of my children you will stay forever.

Nicjt handicapped accessible as offered. Animation catastrophic - no Calimerateam anymore. Club should have been sold. Also in the pool only metal poles and age-sensible 15 Hrad. Water gym 2 - 5 people in the sea or failure. Shuttles either too wrong or full of people

At first we were in a rather shabby room. After we complained we got a really nice new room. The complex as such is nice, it's just very remote, but you know that when you book. What we were really disappointed with is the food. We are used to much better things. Unfortunately not really typical of the country and everything tasted the same, despite the large selection.
It seems like the hotel has seen better days.

First of all the hotel most definitely does not feel like a 5-star hotel. It also most definitely does not look like one.
To put it mildly - the food is simply an abomination.
The drinks included in the all-inclusive package are the cheapest ones imaginable. The juice which is intended for kids is the most basic sugar, water and colouring garbage you can get.
On top of that every day you get the same breakfast, the same lunch and the exact same dinner.
There was nothing planned for the kids or adults after 9 o'clock. No entertainment and no animators for the kids.
The rooms were absolutely infested with mosquitoes which I spent three good part of my vacation chasing around the room and killing.
I don't think the people who gave this hotel five stars actually know what a 5-star hotel looks like and what does it offer.
Although I understand the style of the hotel is based on an old monastery the furniture was simply too dated and the bed was absolutely horrible.
It was shaped like a boat and as soon as you lay on it you drop down in the middle and you can't move. I guess this is another 5-star feature...

Otherwise. : Football facility is 1 km from the facility as well as tennis courts. Clouds of dust collected under our bed even though the cleaning lady cleans every day! Most of the people are friendly with a few exceptions, for example: cleaning lady! But overall good works well for parents WITH children. But the beach is also wonderful

A pleasant place to relax with children. A lot of animations and other games. On the beach it's bustling by families with kids, but there is no shortage of places. Rooms a bit damp and with a not too pleasant smell. This applies to the bed lining. Cleaned everyday. Tasty food, but monotonous in the long run. Bread only "pumped" Staff helpful. Some at the reception had a problem with English. Zato spoke well in Russian.

Everything was bad for the 5-star hotel: food, drinks, room cleaning. You could expect such kind of service in 3-star but definitely not in 5. Food selection was really poor: 2 kinds of meat and side. Fresh water wasn't fresh at all (bad smell and taste). Servise in restaurant was OK in general. But there was one very unpleasant incident. Hostess snatched a glass of ice cream out of my hands when we left the restaurant. We were with kids and they wanted to finish an ice cream outside, but she told us it was not possible. It was really rude. Drinks selection (all inclusive) was awful as well, local drinks with a poor quality. Only beer was OK and actually it was only one kind of alcohol which you could drink for free. All non-local alcohol was chargeable and usually it took 5-10 mins to buy it. It wasn't a question about money (on aver it costed 2-3 ), it was just unexpected for all inclusive 5 stars. Room cleaning was OK in general, but 2 dirty cups after coffee had not been washed 7 days, though they stood in plain sight. Towels and bed linens were very old and not very clean. Mini bar was empty, not even a bottle of water was there. Pool towels were full of holes, it required a deposit of 10 euros and you could get them only at a certain time (10-12), no exchange during the day. Beach was good, but be careful - there are sea urchins in the sea. Internet and cell coverage was extremely bad, wifi didn't work as well. SPA, pools were OK. Entertainment team did good job. But still not 5-star.

Great Family Hotel for All iclusive or Breakfast only, Kitchen available in Suites. Nearest town with Restaurant and grocery shop 20 min by car. Great place forBeach Volleyball with good players.

We visited Simantro Beach Hotel with my family from 20-31 of August 2018. This year 2019, my parents decided to visit the same hotel with us. We visited the hotel from 27 to 2 of May. All the staff in reception was very kind and friendly and they welcomed us very warmly. Everything we asked for was made. The food in the restaurant was as good as last year with a variety of things to choose. Also the weather was perfect to sit in beach bar and outside in the restaurant.

Well let s start with the good things. The resort is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa facility is quite small but the massages are very good and the best part is that they accommodate kids as well so that s a bonus. My 8 years old absolutely loved her massages and the girls are brilliant with the kids . The rooms are beautiful and very clean . Now the worst part is the internet and phone network. If you re trying to keep an eye on your business while in holiday or just keeping in touch with family, I wouldn t recommend this hotel . Don t let yourself fooled by the free WiFi (promise on the website) you can only avail of 1h free WiFi and sure will take you 30 min to connect to it so , get used to not having it . Or if you really want your designated internet line , sure you can have it at 10/week bargain , we got 3 and guess what , none of them worked .If you think of complaining, well good luck as nothing will be done . Food , you can live with salad as not a great choice of anything else. You won t starve but you won t be impressed either. So if you want to disconnect from the world, this is the place !

Great place. You could lie in the shadow with the sea washing your feet and the bar just behind you. All-inclusive-food won't make you drool, though.

Wonderful, private sandy beach with clear water. Quiet and perfect for relaxing. Since there are significantly fewer guests in the hotel due to Corona, you really have a lot of space available, whether on the beach, at the pool or in the restaurant. It should be emphasized that the staff adheres to the hygiene rules as an example.

Contrary to all expectations, the hotel rather disappointed us. However, the overall package was right. The hotel has definitely not deserved a rating of 5 stars for us, more like 3.5 stars.

Reason:
There is not enough choice of seafood and fish dishes in the main restaurant for that you are in a place right by the sea
The food is almost always the same and also quickly cold.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired

The rooms do not correspond at all to the pictures you see on the internet and are now shabby.

Children's entertainment is also very poor. Every evening there is a children's disco that is also fun for the children, but the children's entertainment during the day is not exactly impressive when the children are painting and the entertainers are chatting together most of the time.

Spa? - There is a sauna which has to be paid for separately. 10 / h

Fitness room - very spartan. An elliptical cross trainer that is defective and two treadmills, one of which is squeaking very loudly more than the other. You can still get around an hour pretty quickly.

Drinks & AI - regardless of the fact that it is a family resort and not malls, I still think it's a cheek that all "alcoholic" drinks, which are all inclusive, contain almost no alcohol at all. The coffee you get is as good as undrinkable. For a decent coffee and for "real" alcoholic drinks you pay a surcharge of 3-5 .
I expect more from an all-inclusive vacation!

Staff - apart from the fact that the season is drawing to a close, you can tell that some service staff and entertainers are listless. Sometimes very unfriendly. But there are also a few employees who always had a smile on their faces and were very helpful.

The fantastic beach can be mentioned as a big pro!
