Club Med Resort, Bintan Island Review

I had wonderful stay on Bintan island for my first Club med experience. I have to say that Club med holidays are very unique: First of all, this bracelet that we give you upon arrival which gives you open bar and food for the whole stay! Wide variety of food choices from around the world and changing every day. Beautiful show performances from all the staff every evening. There is a different program each day with different types of sports and activities prepared by the GO staff which were just great throughout my stay. I would like to give a special thank you to all the sports team who were great fun to hang around with most of my time in Club med Bintan. Great experience, I will definitely come back!

Very warm welcome from Club Med Bintan. We came for the weekend from Singapore and it was such a treat! Thumbs up to Alex from Watersports, Alvaro from the Bar, Feliz , Meryem and Ghazzo!

Amazing getaway. Various activities for different age group. Food has wide spread too. Kids love their Mini Club activities. Every G.Os has the vibe and energy to keep the crowd going.

Food choice are world class, plated infront of you with a smile! You will meet a lot of enthusiastic and friendly staff around the village, Restaurant ambience is perfect specially when you dine by the end corners, you will get the nice view of pool and beach.

One thing the family will enjoy here is the Kids club and teens club where small ones have their own activities and time to enjoy while parents can also have time to do other acivities like water sports, spa, excursions and not to forget to have a romantic dinner by the resturant beside the beach.

It is really a PARADISE to wake up in this place! Everyday has different shows to watch and its done by the staff in the village, truly amazing multi talented people. Really amazing! Well done!
Afted shows are one of the best too, party is a must everyday! All drinks from the Bar!!

First visit to a Club Med village and really enjoyed ourselves there. We were greeted with a warm welcome by the G.O. team and immediately felt so at home with their smiles and friendliness. Great buffet spreads, snacks and drinks are available throughout the day. G.O. sat and chatted with us during meal times and we enjoyed the conversations as we got to learn more about amenties of the other Club Med villages. Truly a great place to spend a birthday hoilday

Wonderful stay of 6 days in this particularly beautiful (scenery and architecture) village and most of all ,the extreemly warm, kind and generous GOs and other village staff. The Spa is hevenly: good masseuses and beautiful situation of the rooms

Recent village, in a good location. Excellent restaurants, perhaps not so varied breakfast, but for lunch and dinner you can enjoy Italian, Indonesian, Japanese and Indian cuisine. The rooms are undersized compared to a resort of this category, damp and with poor ventilation. Average pool. Fine white beach.

Funtastic..... First arrive at the resort, they welcoming with family atmosphere. During my holiday it's amazing moments to killed my time.

Very lovely place, staffs are great, friendly and helpful. Other guests are also nice. You don't have to worry about foods drinks because all are free.
A must place to visit if you want to have a getaway.

The atmosphere was so friendly. Everyone, from the house keepers to the senior management always greeted us with a smile and always made a special effort with the kids. On top of all of this the food was outstanding with magnificent variety. Our room had a great balcony outlook over the gardens and beach with inter-leading door to the kid s room.

First ever experience at a clubmed facility. Heard lots of great things about it. Our family of four made this trip. One of the attraction was that the parents are able to let the kids join a kids club and have them enjoy their holidays with their peers. The promise is great, but the execution was less than ideal. My 5 year old was bored after the first day and did not want to return to the kids club. The accommodation was dated, but kept in decent conditions. At meal times, the food quality and spread was good. Most time we could find seats and service staff were prompt and efficient.

Overall it was a decent holiday, but I'm not likely to return again.

Sent my luggage to the wrong room. Wanted a double room but after numerous emphases STILL got a twin room.

The place is scenic and staff are friendly and sociable. There is a bar nearby, always and therefore uou will never go thirsty. T a N

The place is full of activities. I would suggest Sea sport in the morning and other start in the evenings. Check the timming as adult and kids are in different times. The place is a little run down but they are partially in renovation now. Phone network is zero at the resort with some area you get 2G signal. Wifi can only be connected in room or reception area. Forget about getting a travel dongle it never work.

A great family holiday especially for active families

We chose the activities we wanted to participate in the resort had enough places to escape, including a very good spa. The staff were all excellent, the food was lovely (and plentiful), the rooms were great and the activities were varied and regular.

Have a great holiday and have a great location. Stayed there for 3 days, the room was great, the staff was great and the food was great. My only complaint is the general manager. He is a young man, a bit arrogant, not very helpful when we need support. We are a family of three people, I think this is the first time he has seen an Asian.

I just had the most amazing holiday at Club med Bintan Island. The staff were great and I got to meet some amazing people. A special shout out to Nicholas the F and B manager. He made himself known to us on the first night we were there and was extremely friendly and helpful for our entire stay. He made the trip and experience. We also had a blast partying with Wayne, Justice, Greg and Naomi over the cause or the week. They were really a great bunch of people and extremely helpful and willing to make every effort to make the holiday the most memorable it could be. Don t think twice if you are looking for a relaxing holiday in paradise Club Med Bintan Island is the place to go!!! Food excellent!!! Cleanliness excellent!!! Staff excellent!!! Take your time to talk to the staff they have some amazing stories to tell.

Food is more expensive than Singapore, but poor selection & quality

An amazing family holiday. Relaxing so that you find your inner peace. Beat holiday yet. Great staff. Great beach. Great bars.

One stop relax center. Wonderful, lots of yummy foods and activities to keep you occupied throughout the stay. Thumbs up.

Fantastic 6 night stay with ClubMed Bintan Island. The only thing that spoilt it was the weather! 2.5 days out of 5 it was raining. We travelled 1st-6th August and did expect it to be sunny most of the time, one day it rained until around 3pm!

The resort itself is lovely, our rooms were well positioned and we had sea views and balcony. The kids loved the Trapeze lessons and we all enjoyed the various water sports activities including Kayaking, snorkelling, sailing & windsurfing. The food was varied enough not to get bored and the two restaurants and 3 bars kept you well fuelled for the day and night time.

Would definitely recommend just check the weather predictions before booking.

We bring guests from Jakarta 2 px Mr Mifth on 13/12/2019 check in and check out 12/12/2019 at 07.00 am and during his stay at Club Med very satisfied with the service and service, thank you to the parties management and its staff who have provided maximum service, our guests are very satisfied.

The most beautiful scenery, the most casual feeling, the most warm hospitality, suitable for a family vacation. Children can participate in the activities organized by the mini club, and parents can steal a half-day leisure and enjoy a rare two-person world. What's more, there is a surprise buffet and an all-you-can-eat bar set every day. An unforgettable Bintan

I am glad we are leaving club med today.
Sick of the bad quality of good they provide and the services is only good to certain type of races. My final decision is never go to another club med.
