Year 2016/2017 Second year of IED. I spent several days going to this irritated university. Many times, the answering machine warned at 9:00 am, when the lesson began, that the lesson was canceled. I tell you that I, I was far from the university, and the journey to go there, by train, walking and tram, had a total duration of two hours, you can understand what time I had to wake up. Unfortunately, if you are not from Milan, this is what happens. So I was forced to go home and throw the morning away, because of a bad organization by the university, a private university. In the February session, I had several exams scheduled, and many lessons had been canceled. I had little time to keep up with lessons and homework due to travel. Let's not talk about stress. I went to university unwillingly. The first exam of the session that I did, of course, went badly, and I was also made fun of and humiliated by the teacher, before the committee. Finally I gave up, because continuing to bear such a burden meant making fun of myself and my parents, who spent a lot of money. I had an average of 23 out of 30. Friends did not believe me, saying that I was the problem and that I gave up on the first obstacle. My parents said the same thing, but only last year, they managed to understand me. Now they say that the organization has changed. So evaluate yourself, I don't want to scare anyone.

I attended the master in advertising in 2005. A farce. 8000 euros thrown away. They do not guarantee serious course content or an internship at the end of the master. Certainly you cannot expect so much with just 8 thousand euros for a master's degree that lasts a semester and that does not release anything except a kind of certificate. Better to do one of the various online and free courses. In the CV he had no weight in finding a job. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ABSOLUTELY!

According to the experience I do not recommend it, both for what is actually taught, but above all because it does not release any real degree, but only an academic title of music and fine arts.

Very bad experience, sometimes I returned from class without being able to ask for anything because we were too many and could not hear the problems we could have had on the work done.

I had in mind to enroll in this academy having finished my last year at high school, and since I also know that it is a private academy, the costs are very high. I would like to know more about this school because I only see negative reviews and I don't want to spend more than 8000 euros for a school that won't give me a job security in the future

the only advice I can give ... would be an area where students can stop and eat without having to wander around the bars around the school ..

Ho frequentato questo istituto nell'anno 1992-1994 (ho fatto un corso di 2 anni di computer grafica)

Addirittura mi sono trasferito dal Reggio Calabria per frequentare questo istituto. Come me, penso che tanti altri si siano trasferiti a Milano per poterlo frequentare.

Quando lo stai frequentando ti sembra tutto bello.
Docenti molto alla moda, allievi super gasati, scuola bella (io ero in via Sciesa), insomma all'apparenza tutto bello.

Risultato: non ho imparato nulla.
O meglio o imparato cose che ASSOLUTAMENTE non mi sarebbero effettivamente servite nel mondo lavorativo.

Dopo averlo frequentato ho iniziato a cercare lavoro nel mondo della grafica....tutto inutile. Mi rendevo continuamente conto che tutto cio' che avevo studiato in 2 anni non era servito assolutamente a nulla.

Mi sono rimboccato le maniche e, con molta umilta', ho iniziato a lavorare gratis o semigratis presso le agenzie.
Soltanto cosi ho potuto imparare qualcosa.

Per tanti anni ho pensato a quei due anni buttati presso lo IED.

HO SEMPRE PENSATO VIVAMENTE CHE PIUTTOSTO CHE SPENDERE SOLDI IN QUELL'ISTITUTO E' MEGLIO ANDARE A LAVORARE GRATIS PER DUE ANNI IN UN AGENZIA.

Almeno cosi non paghi nulla ma impari tutto.

Il consiglio che mi sento di dare a tanta gente: non fatevi ingannare dall'immagine, dal nome, dalla gente ecc....
Non fate l'errore che ho fatto io e come me tanti altri.
Non buttate via i vostri soldi (anche se li avete) piuttosto dateli in beneficenza.

Se volete venire qui a Milano venite pure, se volete studiare grafica/moda/design ecc....fate pure.
Ma NON SPENDETE SOLDI. Cercate una buona scuola, universita' statale o qualunque altra cosa che non vi dissangui.
Nella maggior parte dei casi NON NE VALE ASSOLUTAMENTE LA PENA.

Pensate che io (dopo anni di fatica) sono riuscito ad imparare molte cose del mondo della grafica.
Ad un certo punto la mia carriera mi ha portato a diventare un docente di grafica.

Contemporaneamente insegnavo 3 volte a settimana presso i corsi serali del comune di Milano (dove la gente paga pochissimo). Ed altri 3 giorni insegnavo al CEPU (dove la gente paga migliaia di euro)

Quindi non fatevi ingannare dal fatto che se paghi di piu' hai di piu'

I docenti bravi ci sono dappertutto.
Il resto dipenda da voi. Non da quanto una scuola vi fa pagare.

Io spero che questa mia recensione faccia riflettere molta gente.
Tanta della quale arriva da altre citta' qui a Milano per studiare in questo istituto, pensando che arrivera' chissa' dove.

I do not recommend this kind of school that will not release anything and is not even work.

I attended the sound design course at IED in Milan, spending all my savings and imagining there could be a job outlet. I found myself with various doors slammed in the face because my preparation was not up to the demands of the studies; I must admit that the lessons were mostly oriented towards the exhibitionism and self-centeredness of the teachers, rather than a true teaching. Courses nothing to say, most of the teachers prepared and with experience in the sector. However, the same cannot be said of the school building, the organization and above all the direction of the academy; they do not respond to students' requests and do not support them in their path. Faced with the requests for help from the students, many of whom fatigued due to the pandemic, they answered clearly only those questions that could bring them free advertising (make IED eco friendly, gender fluid etc ...) and they completely flew over economic issues and subsidies. I don't feel like recommending it for this, for the same amount you can find better academies, with larger laboratories (at the IED you have to queue to access the Labs). I'm sorry to give such a negative opinion, but the "answer" of the academic director has left me speechless ...

if you want to do a serious school don't come here ... if you want to walk around making it smell a little to everyone then it's the place for you!
