Aside from a new salesman, who arrived three days before my visit, courteous and helpful, I must say that I had a bad experience in this house.
The shop is very large and beautiful, but no one welcomes you as expected in such a high-level atelier.
I was looking for a dress or a suit for an event but I found the staff very inexperienced, did not know the collection and nobody who cared to suggest combinations, I asked for shoes to match and apart from not having the model number I requested, they are not even bothered to give me options.
In the end, by arranging myself a bit and trying to remember the collection from the website visited the night before, I managed to find two clothes that I liked.
At the time of payment, being resident abroad, I asked to be able to take advantage of the Tax Free facility already carried out in two shops adjacent to the one the day before, always in the Cavour gallery.
The very young and totally inexperienced saleswoman refused to ask me saying that the software they used did not allow me to enter my passport as an Italian, I pointed out that citizenship is one thing while residence is another, however I wanted to spend a lot of time and I had to give up this right of mine with the consequent loss of money, in this way, in fact, I obviously cannot recover the amount of VAT that is due to me.
I think I will never go back to buying from them, with the figures that one spends surely better treatment is expected.
My advice is to re-evaluate the staff and look for more competent people who are able to satisfy a demanding clientele given the level of the brand.
