Beware of the exorbitant and prohibitive return costs of €300 in my case!
After having returned some of the items ordered, i.e. nearly 2100CHF of goods, I was initially only reimbursed for 1100CHF. After several exchanges by email I obtained a revision of the refund and obtained 600CHF more, I was still missing about 400CHF. I sent an email again and received the explanation: their intermediary for returns l (LiloBlu) makes me pay the Italian customs fees and VAT on the 2100CHF or more than 300€! It's not even legal and in view of other reviews, I'm not unique. I will never order from this site again!

I must say that apart from a young salesman the atmosphere in the boutique is really not very welcoming and not worthy of a brand of Cavour gallery. The salesmen are really unpleasant. I wanted to buy a bag but I think I will opt for another Maison.

Aside from a new salesman, who arrived three days before my visit, courteous and helpful, I must say that I had a bad experience in this house.
The shop is very large and beautiful, but no one welcomes you as expected in such a high-level atelier.
I was looking for a dress or a suit for an event but I found the staff very inexperienced, did not know the collection and nobody who cared to suggest combinations, I asked for shoes to match and apart from not having the model number I requested, they are not even bothered to give me options.
In the end, by arranging myself a bit and trying to remember the collection from the website visited the night before, I managed to find two clothes that I liked.
At the time of payment, being resident abroad, I asked to be able to take advantage of the Tax Free facility already carried out in two shops adjacent to the one the day before, always in the Cavour gallery.
The very young and totally inexperienced saleswoman refused to ask me saying that the software they used did not allow me to enter my passport as an Italian, I pointed out that citizenship is one thing while residence is another, however I wanted to spend a lot of time and I had to give up this right of mine with the consequent loss of money, in this way, in fact, I obviously cannot recover the amount of VAT that is due to me.
I think I will never go back to buying from them, with the figures that one spends surely better treatment is expected.
My advice is to re-evaluate the staff and look for more competent people who are able to satisfy a demanding clientele given the level of the brand.

I will never come to this shop again. I'm sorry Elisabetta, even though I was an avid fan of yours and after the thousands of euros spent on your clothes. It is impossible to wait so long outside and then be told to come back in the afternoon due to lack of staff.

Really bad experience. Seems that for the first time in Italy I met shop assistants greeting clients without even a smile and especially you don't expect it in Galleria Cavour shop. Some dresses were with the signs of trying them on, losen buttons.. Very bad for 500 euro dress! And really disappointed with quality of goods. It gets worse. On each label is written "made in China" ok this is not the fault of shop assistants just the whole experience left very bad aftertaste.

I honestly do not understand who misjudges the salespeople of Elisabetta Franchi, I found myself very well. Being in a wheelchair I have many difficulties in various Galleria Cavour shops, here, unlike others, I have been facilitated and assisted with professionalism and courtesy. Needless but necessary comment on the 'high quality and beauty of the brand leaders.
