Very nice beach, fine sand and shallow waters. Lots of activities for the kids

Place is amazing, to relax, rest, admire the view, the beach is gorgeous with tons of different activities, programs every single night to entertain tbe guests, staff is friendly and great, only slightly low level point is the rooms which are getting a bit old

Awesome private beach, biggest sport & entertainment resort in the area, amazing multicultural GO team (staff).. All inclusive resort in 1 price !!! You will never forget to stay & feel unique club med experiences there !!.. Come & join with us in the club !!..

Everything is beautiful, beutiful, beautiful. The view, events, workers. But some arrogant guests make feel others bad.

I love this place so much specially if you have kids this place is highly recomended for those who has kids, because they have mini club that always take care of your kids.
And i also like the staffs, the staffs are super friendly, foods are also variety there is asian corner such as japanese, korean, chinese, indian and even indonesian food as well as western food, the drinks is free flow and so many choices too, you can have cocktail or mocktail as you desires.
What i like the most about this resort is the beach, the beach is very clean and the water is super clean and warm over all it was the most amazing place i,ve ever stayed in.

Water activities were good! The whole village were run by friendly people. Just had a nice chat over dinner with DAYNE.

Awesome resort, but there is a pity of crude oil on the beach, and everything else is very good. The meal is wonderful and delicious, and the resort is very hard to operate.

Great place for a "quasi staycation" - feels like you are hours away from the city but you are really less than 1h from Singapore's Tanah Merah ferry terminal. Great beach and OK rooms (don't take the basic ones though). The food is OK but could be better though - some dishes are a success and some are just terrible.

Environment and room is nice. But the taste of food, needs to be improved a lot more.

Food standard has dropped as compared to 2 years ago, sad as we have always visited this resort.

Great place to spend quality time and activities with family and friends. Superb staff and nice ambience. Abeit slow and spotty Internet connectivity.

Fantastic place for a family vacation. Highly recommend visiting there website before visiting to get a better idea of what is available at the resort.
They a kids club with lots of activities.
They have their own private beach not far from the rooms.
The staff (GO's) are very friendly and helpful they also speak many languages .
Transfer from the ferry terminal is quite fast.

Best place to know others, best place to take the experience, good people, very welcome.

Great place, great people and family friendly. Many activities, but some buildings and room interior where we stayed looks tired and needs updating. Lack of escalator access to upper levels of rooms, you negotiate steps. Otherwise great for people and families not medically challenged and looking for an all inclusive experience including food, drinks (except premium stuff) included in price.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort itself is clean and well kept. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Would recommend it to anyone with kids.

We are current guests at club Med Bintan now. It s been a very pleasant one and a half days and dinner was by the pool tonight. There was a table of guests who were smoking cigars after cigars at the dining venue and when I enquired with a GO, I was told that it s strictly prohibited. Yet no one seemed to enforce this policy on these guests. They smoked cigar after cigar! There were tables with young infants and children around, right next to these cigar puffing guests. As a company that prides itself on being family friendly, this is extremely disappointing. It is a huge shame because up till today s dinner, we have had a good experience thus far.

Very quickly the magic operates, we will swim with the fish. A beautiful experience. Only regret, a room set back for a 4 tridents but nothing serious. We will keep a very good memory of Bintan. Special mention to the Indonesian staff of the Club for the quality of their welcome. Thank you.

A beautiful, pristine beach. We had a host of amenities at our disposal, right from water sports to land sports. Service is excellent and the food is absolutely delicious! We were entertained with various shows and dance parties. The G.Os are really friendly and nice. We were wonderfully assisted by Remecca, Rowinda, Gita, and Z (the golf trainer!)

This is place very nice, the scenery is natural. I'm very happy visiting to there.

Beautiful Resort, Friendly and very efficient staff, magnificent surroundings, great food, and amazing entertainment done by the team. The best Club Med we ve done so far! What more can you ask for! Thank you to Jonathan and his entire team.
