The nurses are very helpful and guided me in the right way, however I was served by Dr. Abbassi, G. She prescribed me the wrong medication not once, but twice. She did not speak to me as if I was an adult. I have intestinal issues, and she was prescribing me nerve pills and antacid. She would not listen to me on how I helped treat my symptoms. She did not tell me anything about what she thought my pain was coming from, she did not help me, she only made it HARDER for me to get diagnosed by misleading me with pharmaceuticals that did not even help my case.
I hear a lot of other doctors in this medical centre do not serve the patients with respect. I would suggest going to the closest hospital in the area instead, if you are battling any serious illness that is affecting your quality of life.

WORST medical clinic for my entire life!!!! first year i went to there for my health issue and was told no problem, 2nd year went to a hospital nearby for the same reason and then was diagnosed a CANCER. This clinic SHOULD NOT be allowed at all!!!! Doctors are very unprofessional & incompetent and and worst of all , they don't care people!!!

The nurses have NO IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! She couldn t find a very visible vein! The whole area is blue and it s been over a week!
The doctor s office is IN THE HALLWAY!! No privacy at all!
It all looks like a made up clinic in somebody s basement of a 200 year old house! Disgusting and unprofessional!
The doctor gave me change from his own wallet! I didn t even get a receipt or proof of payment.

I have been attending this clinic for 6 months because of a work accident and I can tell you that I have no negative comments, the Administrative Officer Sarah is adorable as well as Dr Elkhayat not to mention the nurses. clinic is very busy thing which causes a lot of wait.

Me, there is something that I do not understand. I submitted my cv for a job, nice to be called back. I have been called many times for the position, so I do my interview, everything is correct, they tell me to come back the next day that's what I do, they tell me that I could even try the position at the reception for 15 minutes , that's what I do. I was told the next day they would call me back, yet I was available 24 hours a day, and I had experience in customer service. In short, they tell me shit! I didn't want to insist given the opinions of people here, and the note from the clinic but it's really a waste of time that I was made to do, I think it's the fact that I tell him that I am Algerian who would have disturbed her because I know the Lebanese very well and I really want to pursue them! Anyway just seeing the comments of the people here and how they talk about your receptionists I think it's better I haven't worked with you thank god, anyway you are the losers because I have an excellent airport experience & customer service as soon as I send my CV everyone reminds me (the proof you insisted that I come) I could have mounted your cota which is very bad but al hamdelah I got a very good job elsewhere!

Two or three good doctors apart from that very bad service the nurses are very badly educated and the women at the counters are extremely rude. I had very poor service and the nurse mistreated my 14 month old baby. I'll complain

The worst clinic I have seen, I do not recommend anyone to do business with for several reasons
1- Difficult or almost impossible to reach someone by phone
2- Poor management: a patient spends an average of 4 to 5 hours in the clinic, treatment time is very long and is poorly managed
3- Service at the reception is rotten incompetent non-professional people badly brought up, no respect for the patients is the most part of the complications or the problems it comes from these badly trained people or not at all trained
4- This clinic has a 100% commercial profile, they do everything to sell you products that are useless like vaccines or tests that will cost you hundreds of dollars for nothing
5- To make an appointment it takes 3 to 4 months to wait if you do not have a family doctor
6- chronometric system to make waiting times easier for you and to allow you to leave the waiting room and return there at the time of your consultation I say that it is catastrophic, because you pay and you do not receive the call on time and sometimes you do not receive it and if you want to complain the people at the reception will refer you to their partner (Chronometriq)

** At the end with all the negative points I have mentioned I have to even admit that there are people who are really serious and hard working like; DR AGHA and DR Elizabetha and some nurses who are doing an amazing job, are doing the only positive thing at this clinic

It was a very bad experience. I got my number and then I decided to use the "Cronometriq" application they suggest at the clinic to avoid waiting for hours there and by the time I receive the message that 5 patients were before me my turn had already past and I was waiting in my car in the parking lot so there is no way I could be THAT LATE to miss my turn and then the lady at the front desk told me that they can not do anything and that doctors there don't see patients whose turn has past.

I'm quite concerned about the level of bad custome...

I'm quite concerned about the level of bad customer service Clinique Le Plein-Ciel patients seem to have had in the past. My own experience (dating back from September 2014 when I first visited to present) has been significantly more positive. Maybe they've been held to accountability by a governing agency or the complainants? Who knows. Dr Fady Yammine, Dr Tarek Khreiss, and the allergy specialist (cannot recall her name) and her secretary (a young Tamil lady, I believe) were all professional and pleasant. As was the nurse who took my initial stats when I first came (long, blond hair-dye and olive skin).

The doctors who so far treated me appeared and expressed themselves professionally, though every encounter depends on both the patient and the practitioner's character, engagement level and communication. The waiting times are not terrible, depending on the level of patients waiting, and triage needs. I aim for mornings, and I manage to get out within a two/three-hours timeframe (or less), despite many other patients waiting. If it sucks to wait doing nothing, bring a book along, or something to view on your phone (with headphones), or use their call-back service if you want them to alert you of your wait-position while you're home.

Important side note:

The only two exceptions to these were minor verbal incidents with reception staff (front office and back reception, which I dealt with). Yet overall, letting these two minor events stand separately, I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to those who genuinely need the service at the time of need. I have also noted an improvement in the courtesy of the front desk staff (which ever only lacked once in my experience, when a secretary made a silly comment after I asked for a clinic business card (with contact number and opening hours).

It has been almost 15 years since I went to this clinic and I have almost never had a positive experience. Very few (see none) professionalism or know-how on the part of the staff. As everyone indicates, the receptionists are indeed very rude and seem to hate their work. They are condescending and answer us with a lot of arrogance. The place does not inspire confidence: the toilets are rooms, there is never enough room to sit and the expectations are VERY long. If you are really lucky, you will finish everything in 5 hours, but that's really the minimum amount of time required. As for the doctors and their services, it's pathetic and pitiful. Doctors never take enough time to listen to or examine patients. They do a VERY hard job to get the patient out of the house as quickly as possible. Once, I had an infection with obvious symptoms. The doctor barely examined me with her tools (it almost looks like she was pretending to examine me, just to say that she tried) and told me that I had nothing. The next day, my condition got worse, so I went to my family doctor and she could see immediately that there was a problem by examining me with the same tools as the doctor of the clinic Plein Ciel!

Another doctor made me VERY bad trying to suck all the cerumen out of my ear with a big machine. The result was positive, but I was clearly in pain during the process and I screamed so much his machine was hurting me. No reaction from him. He did not try to calm me, make me feel comfortable or tell me if the pain was normal or not. He hardly looked at me. Never a smile, or even a goodbye.

The reputation of this clinic has never been good since its opening, but moreover, it has gotten worse over the years. In short, after a couple of years, I'm tired and I'll never stay here again. I can say with confidence that most doctors are heartless, have headaches elsewhere, do not respect patient confidentiality, and do VERY poor work. The place is questionable and there are real horror stories happening here. Avoid this clinic at ANY COST. A shameful and horrible clinic that will make you believe that you are in a third world country! I miss the days when the clinic was a simple grocery Al-Challal ...

If I could, I would put less than one star. An appointment with the allergies doctor that I waited for 2 months while in pain was cancelled without any notice!! I took a day off from work to show up there and been told it's no longer available. They claimed that they have called and left voicemails which is completely not true. After explaining to them that I'm not able to breathe from the allergies they offered another appointment in a month. Worst service ever from this clinic.

Looooong wait!!!! Waited from 8:00am until 11:00am until the took my pressure, weight,etc.. then was able to see the doctor at about 1:00pm for 5 mins. I felt I was hurried, because he had too many patients. Some of the staff were extremely rude!

Depending on the service you are dealing with, the service is really different!
I appealed to the sexual health service, the nurses are really extremely friendly. If you have a date with a nurse, they too are incredibly friendly and caring. The referral to the clinic to get you to the right place is really bad. I waited an extremely long time for a nurse because a secretary had supposedly called me but in fact no.
I have the impression, once again, that the services are not managed in the same way but I would recommend the sexual health service if you need it :)

Very bad service especially in pediatrics, secretary who is not at all sociable and can not speak to customers, we have been calling for more than two months to have an appointment for our son but without result, I do not see the useful to have a pediatrician. My son is eighteen months old and has only seen him three times.
The last time the secretary tells us that it is not her problem it is up to us to find solutions to our children, we had the impression to ask for charity.

I don't know why you accepted Dr Hanna Zakaria as a member of your staff!!! This inhuman human is super rude, unprofessional, and very lazy. Why I didn't use the word doctor. Because she is far from being one. I accompanied my mother to the clinic. She was in extreme muscles pain and joints in addition to fever. She doesn't ask her questions or whatever, she prescribed anti-inflammatoire and rudely told my mother. Fever isn't urgent ask your family doctor as you have one. And no you don't have any fever.my mom was like the nurse didn't even measure my temperature. She was like okay okay I would tell her. But at the end failed to ask the nurse to measure my mom temperature.
Why on earth she is practicing medicine if she can't be patient and understanding???

Worst service - they are rude, disorganized and don't care about their patients. One of their secretaries is an elderly woman that should've retired because she keeps making mistakes (according to the triage nurse) yet the woman screams at patients. She gave me a number and when she called it she ignored me and called the number again because she said the doctor I was seeing would call me and that I didn't need the number. So why did she give it to me? Another time, the doctor gave me a medical note in an envelope and when I got home I realized he did not fill in the blanks. When I went back, the secretary told me it was my fault for not checking and that I will have to see a doctor and ask for another note. After 4 hours, Dr. Zakaria told me I should've left the note with the secretary and they would call me when the doctor fills it out since he saw me, he would have to make the correction. She wouldn't let me ask why the secretary and the triage nurse didn't take the note? They are the ones who told me to wait. Dr Zakaria was rude, impatient and hyper. She rushed me out of her office saying that she is busy because the clinic is packed. I gave my medicare card so I should be just as important as every patient. She refused to give me a copy of my record so I can provide it to my family doctor. She made it hard for me to get medical attention. When I stopped going to this clinic, I finally got good service somewhere else, without drama.

Dr. Hannah Zakarria is the WORST doctor I have ever encountered . and you will know this by reading other reviews as well.She does not allow you to explain any of your symptoms without interrupting you . She does not care one bit about her patients and tries to rush you out as soon as possible . Her attitude is horrible and she treats you as if you are meaningless . I told her I was in pain and asked her what I can do about it , she declined to answer , she did not do any tests and just said to go to a hospital wait and hopefully have results by Monday . I had a simple UTI !!! This was diagnosed by the next doctor in the clinic I went to right after . It took that doctor an entire 10 minutes to take a urine sample , test it and write me a simple anti biotic prescription . Not to mention that when my upset boyfriend went to speak to her because I was in pain and she was not listening to me and he wanted to know what can help me ,she immediately dragged me into a room to scold me for not speaking up for myself and said that she no longer wanted to see me in this clinic . I DID SPEAK UP SHE DIDNT LISTEN. Horrible experience .

Doctor Hannah Zakaria was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. She didn t make efforts to diagnose the issue and made me feel as though she was rushing me out of the office. She didn t let me finish my sentences and cut me off multiple times. Even though I had a fever, she told me that she didn t see anything wrong with me, & if I thought something was wrong then I should go to the hospital. After visiting another clinic, I found out that I had strep throat (which is easily detectable in the mouth (swollen tonsils) by eye). Last time at that clinic for me.

The worst clinic in Quebec, maybe even Canada. I suggest you go to the hospital, and wait for several hours to go to Clinique Plein-Ciel. I would even suggest that it would be better to DIE than to try to treat you at this health facility! The most mediocre and lamentable service it is. Receptionists are the very definition of CANCER. If cancer could materialize as a human being, it would take the form of its vipers. I do not understand how his ignoramuses have had this job. She deserves to stay on welfare, because she will never have another job elsewhere given their deplorable attitude. Now that you know the receptionists, you need to know how much worse the doctors are. First, Farah Ben, one of the worst doctors in Quebec, the most pathetic and detestable. Today my wife went there to do echography with my baby in a stroller. Guess what.. they didn't allow her to come in with the stroller!!!!!
They have no shame at all, Very impolite in the way they talk. I'm talking about the secretaries, not the doctors.

We can not bring our strollers to the floor of pediatrics, they must be left on the ground floor at the entrance of the clinic. As far as I'm concerned I go in sling so it's not really a problem but for moms strollers yes! The last time I went there I waited for the pediatrician for an hour in the consultation room ... when he finally arrived he measured his head, his height and took his weight at full speed and did not not even noted in my baby's vaccination card ... He asked me if I had questions and when I asked him my question he did not even come to see if it was really about what he thought and went out as quickly as he arrived. The secretary is not at all sociable and the last time she told me that they were going to call me to schedule another appointment he did not do it so I had to do it. In short for the moment I tolerate this clinic because I do not have a pediatrician but as soon as I found any other I do not return!

If you need an emergency appointment with the pediatrician forget this, I have presented myself 3 times without success. once they said to come before 8am then i came back on friday before 8am she said the doctor works half a day to come back another day i came back on thursday she said there is circumcision at 1pm so the doctor will take a limited number. my son needs to change his medication he misses his school year. and I do not arrive to see his doctor !! I do not recommend this dr go or even other clinic my last born is in Tiny tots they work even on Sundays and there is always someone to listen to you or you even. moreover the receptionist has no knowledge of life or good manner. I honestly strongly advise against it.

i find they make ppl wait too long and your all right that older lady at front desk is rude .....and they got many doctors in there sometimes i am wondering why do they take so dam long and they dont even do much but do check ups on ppl den prescribe thats it its sad they got to have inspectors go up in that place and check dem up cause it is terrible i thought i was the only one thinking that place was weird but now i seen everyones note i was right bout that place the doctors seems good to me no comment for dem as yet i am still going there but like once in a blue mood the problem is that one woman at the receptionist so far

Worst clinic in Montreal. To tell you the truth if you come home with a serious illness, they will never find it. My mother came home with HEART DISEASE and they told her to take anti-acid. The employees (secretaries and doctors) are rude, lack of total empathy, and do not even know what they are doing. My cat is treated better at the vet. I wonder how many people have died after this clinic gave a wrong diagnosis. The government should seriously close the doors and discipline the owners and the doctors.

Waited 45 minutes to be directed to another doctor, this is wack stop treating people as if there were not humans,we are scheduling an appointment ,respect that appointement, if it was 10 minutes-15 minutes delay, its alright but 45 minutes not acceptable. When you call the secretary they speak to you as you were nothing to them. I would highly recomment you on going to another clinic, staff here is terrible !

They don t even deserve one star. I waited 8 hours to be told you re fine. The doctor named , Hanna Zakaria didn t acknowledge any of the symptoms I ve mentioned, like the fact that i have not been able to eat for the past week and that I was coughing my lungs out in the waiting room , yet she didn t prescribe anything to help with the symptoms.
People who came later on the day, left earlier than us. We came early at 9am left at 5:15pm.
SHE barely even did a checkup ; We got in her office at 4pm, just to leave in a minute back in the waiting room.
I repeat, she ignored and DID NOT give me a chance to say anything else about the symptoms. AND, she only did a millisecond glance as a checkup and sent us back in the waiting room.
You re best option is to go to the emergency room at a general hospital where they will actually make sure you re okay and take any test necessary.
PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to another place.

Very very very very bad. I just can't give 0 stars. I was at the pediatrician on the 2 nd floor and with two children I spent max 5 minutes in the office that means that he couldn't care less about you and your children. He doesn't even answer questions. Even my daughters told me so when they left PAPA WHY IS THE DOCTOR angry? Everything is crappy from reception to doctor through the "waiting room" which does not even have where to put your coat. CATASTROPHE I do not recommend.

Rude receptionists! Paid 4.60$ to be called before my turn, and got there with 2 ppl supposedly before me, and they tell me...you missed your turn. I had to wait all over again!! I decided to leave instead! (Besides it was a looney bin, daycare centre) No regard for their patients well being!!

This hospital is a slaughterhouse, there is a real lack of professionalism. The poor reception, the waiting time even worse and the doctors is the final bouquet. Some doctor zacharia treats his patients with total indifference and does not do the job well for which he is paid. I strongly discourage this hospital and if authorities or the medical order see all these negative comments and do not react or do not take action and well they are complicit.

I had an appointment for minor surgery, I have been waiting for 8 months. I show up at the appointment and I am told that they no longer do the operations since the new law prohibits them from charging incidental costs and that they will have to pay for the equipment themselves. This clinic is run like any private business, at the expense of the health of the citizens.
I never set foot there again. This attitude disgusts me most. Health is not treated like a common commodity.

At first it deserves a 0. I came across a poorly educated doctor who does not even know how to speak politely with a human being. I will never come back again. Do not waste your time and go see another clinic because it is nule.

I should give them zero star..
This clinic staffs are rude and irresponsible.
My two years old son had fever 39.5 degree of celcius
It was early morning and the nurse told us we need to give him Tylenol immediately. There were no pharmacy opened that moment so I asked nurses and then personnel behind the counter to give my sons at least one doze midication to control his fever till pharmacy gets opened .
But they just keeped saying they don't have any medication available .
After 30 minutes talking and asking different people , finally one of the nurses gave me Tylenol.
It was terrible ,they have Tylenol ready and they did not want to give it to my two years old son!!
Why !!!!!

The medical receptionist is usually the first representative of a medical office encountered by patients and visitors, whether on the phone or in person. From 2 years ago till now, I have experienced the worst service at ``specialised clinic`` from the receptionist . She is always angry, aggressive and rude. I heard a lot of complains about her (and some other staffs) for the negative attitude but it seems no one take care about the client's comments. Unfortunately we have to go back there. Finding the right person for the job is not easy!!!

Looking for a new clinic to not go back to this place. AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!

The reception is unpleasant the party that the receptionist does not respect the customers, who speaks loudly saying everywhere in Canada there is this thing c not any professional on his part if there is such a case that you will stop giving appointments you compared to you sick and medcins better to put it on your site thank you

Good and bad in this clinic! I came across some good doctors and others who gave me not even 5 minutes by shipping the appointment. Nevertheless this clique is well located and arriving at 6:30 you will be among the first to pass and leave the clinic to 9h 9h30 maximum

I feel comfortable in this clinic in spite of wait...

I feel comfortable in this clinic in spite of waiting for long time and its far from my home , but i suffered from very bad experience in other clinics and i found the medicine in this clinic and i was cured by the very kind Dr. He is from Morocco i cant remember his name and i will always come to them, i advice you to come at morning 8am so you wont wait for long time , and the Egyptian receptionist is sooooo kind and helpful and always smiles i really appreciate her she gives very good image to the clinic , i feel comfort with them this is the most important thing , thank god i found them after very bad experiences in other clinics

worse clinic , i do not know why they are still open! they do not give a good service, you can not get appointment easily! they do not do their responsibilities well. you have to keep pushing them till something get done!

Rotten by bad doctors like Abbassi and employees, the problem there are good ones who work there but we do not see them because of the idiots !!
Last experience I called to make an appointment with my family doctor and the damn secretary made me wait more than an hour at each moment said "a moment please" .....

Every other clinic including force medic were complete and kicked everyone I'm talking 20-30 people waiting for 1 hour. I went to clinic plein Ciel it took 3 hours and I was out and I didn't have to wait at the clinic they have a paid waiting system it was worth the $4.60! Smiling staff jolly doctor it didn't feel like they wanted to punch in the $70 they get from the govt and off you go . Their working hours are also great you don't get the type of doctor who works 3 hours 2 days a week and doesn't care at all about patience as his goal to be a doctor is money

I have been going to this clinic for several years...

I have been going to this clinic for several years and avoided going unless it was completely necessary due to the lengthy wait each visit. . The doctor I was seeing is no longer there and I asked for Dr. Zakaria in a written letter explaining my personal situation. I received a phone call within a few days. I was given an appointment for a week later. I received two robotic calls reminding me of my appointment and requesting if there were any change to call and advise. When I arrived at the clinic I presented myself at the counter to register. I was asked to please have a seat and I would be seen within minutes. AND I WAS..... the nurse saw me within minutes and Dr. Zakaria saw me two patients later. She treated me as a first time patient, asked all the necessary questions, reviewed my medications and renewed prescriptions, reviewed my follow-ups with other doctors, ensured I was having mammograms, bone density, blood tests,had all the necessary vaccinations, checked into the computer for my blood results and then did a brief examination. She suggested having the Shingles vaccination for which I had doubts. I went down to the vaccination clinic for further questions. AND WITH ALL THIS I WAS IN AND OUT OF THE CLINIC IN 55 MINUTES, COMPARED TO A USUAL 3 HOURS. BRAVO TO THE STAFF AND WHAT I THINK IS NEW ADMINISTRATION.
