If you can wait all day in the comfort of your home or at work and wait all day for your turn it's a good place to go. If it's an emergency you're better off waiting at the hospital. This clinic has a system where you can be advised by text or call when it's almost your turn. You have to show up early to get a number, before 9:30 or call first to see if they have availability. There appears to be just one doctor working and they see about 200 patients. My experience with the receptionist, nurse and doctor was pleasant. The doctor I saw spoke both English and French. I did wait about 9 hours for my turn to come, so minus 1 star.

The secretary of drhreiss is of an imcompetence which borders on the absurd. As far as he was khreiss, he saw me for a big 3 minutes for a 4.5hr wait and it was not yet asser fast for him. I will never stay there again.

I waited 3 hours just to the see the doctor. And she was being extremely rude. Just by the look on her face you can tell that she didn't want to do the consultation. The nurses ,however, were nice to me. I wouldn't recommend going to the clinic at all.

Doctors not rigorous, not taking the time to listen. I go to see a doctor for a specific problem, he refers me to a specialist without giving me an order, although I take the trouble to ask him if he should not give me one. For the times that I came, I had services for the least acceptable. This morning, May 13th, I come early in the morning to consult a doctor to remedy my sleep disorder that has lasted for a month, which can become a health problem for 4 hours a night and that is based on studies .

I had palpitations and it was very unpleasant! Especially when the nurse had to take my pressure and she had to start again ... I did my best to cooperate and then I had to go to another room taking a series of my pressure in a machine that was probably high, by being in panic crisis and that I managed somehow to keep calm.

Obviously, I was going through a period of stress these days. The wait of 2 hours seemed long. Finally, I see Dr. Hanna Zakaria. She told me to fix my problem in my head and find a way to manage my stress and that it will cure my sleep problem. I was given a prescription of 10 pills against anxiety and a recommendation on paper to consult a speaker and thank you good evening! She was in a hurry to leave.

I can understand that there are many more patients as the waiting room was filling up and there were a lot of patients waiting.

I am not satisfied with their service and the exchange with Dr. Zakaria, especially when it comes to solving long-lasting sleep problems and the stress it causes and that it does not cause long-term health problems. term.

Hoping that my comment was very constructive because the full-service Medical Clinic badly needs improvement for good customer service and to treat patients.

Just because it is a health facility covered by the Quebec Health Insurance Board (RAMQ), it should rhyme with poor service, is not it? In short, I will not return to this clinic until it has been improved.

If there is a way to give 0 stars, please let know. This clinic deserves a big 0. The clinic for namesake is open 7am - 7pm. They stop taking admission after 7:30am saying the clinic is full. Even if we get the admission, we have to wait 6 hours for doctor to check who would see for a minute to say everything is okay. Save your time and go to another clinic.

If the feedback is really important and considered for improvement, here is my 2 cents:
- Learn to be polite with the patients. They are already suffering, don't make them go out of the clinic feeling miserable.
- Listen to the complete story of the patient. Don't cut them in between and judge that everything is okay. It is a matter of health and well-being.

Very good doctors like Dr. Khayat.E and another Syrian doctor whose name I do not remember. Another Egyptian Dr. with white locks to avoid because too much philosophy for not giving you the right medicine to go back and forth at least 3 times but it always ends up giving you the right medicine. In general, I am very satisfied with my family and my service and I really like the Algerian receptionist :)

It's a very good and very well organized clinic. General medicine, pediatric, and other medicine fields. They do have radiology and blood test services as well. You should expect at least between 2 to 3 hours waiting time before the doctor see you. This is the case for clinic without appointment. But of course you can call by phone in order to schedule an appointment, and in this scenario then your waiting time will be less than 45 minutes which is good in general comparing to other clinics in Great Montreal. They do have entertainment screens that patients can enjoy while waiting their turn to come. Places are very clean.

My doctor is soooo nice but her secretary is the absolute worst, she is so rude and never answers the phone. She always talks to me like I am stupid. The staff in general has no empathy at all. One day I was crying because I had been assaulted by a man right beside the clinic and I was scared to be close from him, and the nurse did not give a damn at all and made me feel very bad. I am lucky to have such a nice doctor but the rest of the staff are not nice at all.

One of the worst clinic i ever been to.Very unprofessional and all over the place.Took more than 5 hours to see a nurse,numbers keep getting called random.Staff rude with the many people that asking what's happening,the waiting room is so pack you need to stay standing up for hours,need to pay parking twice cause the ticket is only valid 4 hours.Doctors barely takes the time to see you and push you out the doors without requesting appropriate tests. They put you under a tremendous stress when they call and tell you that they received your test results and you need to see your doctor, then finally you discover that you are totally fine. They want you to see the doctor for no reason, just to pass your health insurance card. Clearly it's a clinic policy used by all their physicians. Their only purpose is to make money. Finally she said your problems are not emergency we are kind of clinic for emergency problems. As I know if people have emergency problem they go to emergency. That s why they name it emergency. I wish I could give it negative stars. I met the most incompetent doctor in my life at this clinic. Wrong diagnostics and medication to both my wife and myself. The wrong diagnostic given to my wife actually made her condition worse. Avoid this clinic if possible.

Worst doctors and bad customer service. The receptionist was rude and the doctor did not even do a proper check up. Dr HANNA ZAKARIA is the worst doctor ever! She said that I was lying about what I was suffering from. I am the one suffering and she knew better than me even if she did not even do any check up or scan! She kept interrupting me when I was telling her what I was suffering from and asked me multiple times about the same thing and kept interrupting me when I was talking. She's the most unprofessional doctor ever! She has even hurt me when she was checking my ears. Worst of all is that I am a future doctor myself and I've never seen a doctor like her before! The nurse was kind, but Dr. Elizaveta Malkhasian clearly tried to make me see that the constant pain for 7 months in my leg due to my sciatic nerve was minimal and that she could do nothing for me.

I was to see 4 physio before coming to see her, and 3 of them advised me an MRI because they could not explain some of my blockages without coming to the conclusion that I had damage to my column, and that a Magnetic Resonance Image would help to better understand and treat my case. I had seen my family doctor (a new graduate) who had suggested physical exercises that 2 other physio had strongly discouraged me thereafter.

The doctor who saw me in Plein Ciel quickly tested that I still had reflexes in my leg, and immediately told me that if my family doctor had not prescribed me MRI, she did not would not do it either, that she could do it only if I was in extreme pain. Dude ... I have been in constant pain for 7 months. I was not so bad the day I went to see her, but I told her that it's been days since it paralyzes me, where I can not make a movement without a pain knife in my leg. But according to her, I am currently not a sufficiently critical case for an MRI, even if it is covered by my insurance.

My problem with this prognosis is that it barely tested me. If she had checked 1/3 of what the physios I saw looked, if she had tried to see all the limits of my movements (can not lift the leg more than a few centimeters without much pain), and that she would have found that I do not need MRI, that I have to do this and that so that I am cured, wonderful, no problem. But I arrive in her office with Physio's recommendation for an MRI, she taps on my leg to see that my nerve is working and that's enough to tell me that I do not need anything, and she's not trying to help me by giving me the slightest exercise, recommendation for another professional or any other track to help me .... What kind of doctor is this? Shameful.
