i went there many time and they are OK not bad at all

If you can wait all day in the comfort of your home or at work and wait all day for your turn it's a good place to go. If it's an emergency you're better off waiting at the hospital. This clinic has a system where you can be advised by text or call when it's almost your turn. You have to show up early to get a number, before 9:30 or call first to see if they have availability. There appears to be just one doctor working and they see about 200 patients. My experience with the receptionist, nurse and doctor was pleasant. The doctor I saw spoke both English and French. I did wait about 9 hours for my turn to come, so minus 1 star.

The secretary of drhreiss is of an imcompetence which borders on the absurd. As far as he was khreiss, he saw me for a big 3 minutes for a 4.5hr wait and it was not yet asser fast for him. I will never stay there again.

WORST SERVICE throughout Quebec. I advise you to review your customer service!

I do not understand if Hana Zakaria is a doctor or she works in security or she does both, entering we got bad behavior from her and after that she went to the corridors to ask me what I still do While I was waiting to see another doctor while she said that she can not take charge of my case, I am never such a bad behavior but thankfully the kind nurse and the doctor who followed have made the situation better.

I prefer to wait for 7 hours in the hospital emergency than waiting two hours in this bad clinic

I waited 3 hours just to the see the doctor. And she was being extremely rude. Just by the look on her face you can tell that she didn't want to do the consultation. The nurses ,however, were nice to me. I wouldn't recommend going to the clinic at all.

Non-professional service from some secretaries, including Dr. Khreiss's, incompetence grime, and that of the ENT who answers the phone as if she were at home, casual attitude, arrogant limit. In short, untrained people. Too bad some people do not know what it means to customer service .

Doctors not rigorous, not taking the time to listen. I go to see a doctor for a specific problem, he refers me to a specialist without giving me an order, although I take the trouble to ask him if he should not give me one. The specialist obviously calls for one, I remember the clinic and the doctor told me that he never referred me to a specialist, so no note put in my file, unnecessary consultation etc. What a mess !!! . I would put 0 but 1 star is the minimum.

For the times that I came, I had services for the least acceptable. This morning, May 13th, I come early in the morning to consult a doctor to remedy my sleep disorder that has lasted for a month, which can become a health problem for 4 hours a night and that is based on studies .

I had palpitations and it was very unpleasant! Especially when the nurse had to take my pressure and she had to start again ... I did my best to cooperate and then I had to go to another room taking a series of my pressure in a machine that was probably high, by being in panic crisis and that I managed somehow to keep calm.

Obviously, I was going through a period of stress these days. The wait of 2 hours seemed long. Finally, I see Dr. Hanna Zakaria. She told me to fix my problem in my head and find a way to manage my stress and that it will cure my sleep problem. I was given a prescription of 10 pills against anxiety and a recommendation on paper to consult a speaker and thank you good evening! She was in a hurry to leave.

I can understand that there are many more patients as the waiting room was filling up and there were a lot of patients waiting.

I am not satisfied with their service and the exchange with Dr. Zakaria, especially when it comes to solving long-lasting sleep problems and the stress it causes and that it does not cause long-term health problems. term.

Hoping that my comment was very constructive because the full-service Medical Clinic badly needs improvement for good customer service and to treat patients.

Just because it is a health facility covered by the Quebec Health Insurance Board (RAMQ), it should rhyme with poor service, is not it? In short, I will not return to this clinic until it has been improved.

If there is a way to give 0 stars, please let know. This clinic deserves a big 0. The clinic for namesake is open 7am - 7pm. They stop taking admission after 7:30am saying the clinic is full. Even if we get the admission, we have to wait 6 hours for doctor to check who would see for a minute to say everything is okay. Save your time and go to another clinic.

If the feedback is really important and considered for improvement, here is my 2 cents:
- Learn to be polite with the patients. They are already suffering, don't make them go out of the clinic feeling miserable.
- Listen to the complete story of the patient. Don't cut them in between and judge that everything is okay. It is a matter of health and well-being.

So bad doctors and so bad manager zakaria. She talk with us as slaves .. And long long long waiting time .even you had 3 only in front of you .. The doctors not profissinal. They give any thing .. So dangers on the kids .dont beleive any one of them please

Your experience will depend on the doctor you will visit. some will give you a very good experience like Dr. Kinan Dagher, others may not.

Very bad experience with this clinic, DR Zakaria no aggressive listening ability ... I highly recommend this clinic.

Very good clinic, nurses and staff are good. Dr. Tarek is my doctor, I find it very hard that someone would compain about him..... did they want something unprofessional done?!!!

Unfortunately, a beautiful space well located but team of unqualified and rude assistant, doctors buff ... Graduates would be a thousand times better .... Where is the government in this kind of clinics?

Very good doctors like Dr. Khayat.E and another Syrian doctor whose name I do not remember. Another Egyptian Dr. with white locks to avoid because too much philosophy for not giving you the right medicine to go back and forth at least 3 times but it always ends up giving you the right medicine. In general, I am very satisfied with my family and my service and I really like the Algerian receptionist :)

It's a very good and very well organized clinic. General medicine, pediatric, and other medicine fields. They do have radiology and blood test services as well. You should expect at least between 2 to 3 hours waiting time before the doctor see you. This is the case for clinic without appointment. But of course you can call by phone in order to schedule an appointment, and in this scenario then your waiting time will be less than 45 minutes which is good in general comparing to other clinics in Great Montreal. They do have entertainment screens that patients can enjoy while waiting their turn to come. Places are very clean.

The doctor and the staff were very rude and not considerate at all.

The reseptionist MME Georgette didn't even want to transfer a message to the doctor, who didn't left the radiography order and offered me to take an appointment in 3 weeks.
She told she doesn't care of the patients reviews.
When I read your reviews it's clear she's not the only there who doesn't care of it.

My doctor is soooo nice but her secretary is the absolute worst, she is so rude and never answers the phone. She always talks to me like I am stupid. The staff in general has no empathy at all. One day I was crying because I had been assaulted by a man right beside the clinic and I was scared to be close from him, and the nurse did not give a damn at all and made me feel very bad. I am lucky to have such a nice doctor but the rest of the staff are not nice at all.

Very good service. waiting is a bit long but like everywhere.
reception staff are nice and professional.
parking is not free though, which is a drawback.

Dr. Roy is a bit on the moon ... she was mistaken in the dose of my medication to take before having a CT scan. In addition, I find that doctors fail to ask the right questions of patients. One of the worst clinic i ever been to.Very unprofessional and all over the place.Took more than 5 hours to see a nurse,numbers keep getting called random.Staff rude with the many people that asking what's happening,the waiting room is so pack you need to stay standing up for hours,need to pay parking twice cause the ticket is only valid 4 hours.Doctors barely takes the time to see you and push you out the doors without requesting appropriate tests. I could go on and on.Would give 0 stars if i could.Take my advice,go somewhere else.

I consulted for an IUD insertion and I really had good service, very reassuring and empathetic. The gynecology medical secretaries were polite both over the phone and in person.

In short, I wanted to reassure people who intend to consult for an IUD or similar thing of the quality of service at this clinic. I cannot comment on other departments or doctors.

Avoid at all cost. You feel that you are in a retail store, facing non-professional sellers! They put you under a tremendous stress when they call and tell you that they received your test results and you need to see your doctor, then finally you discover that you are totally fine. They want you to see the doctor for no reason, just to pass your health insurance card. Clearly it's a clinic policy used by all their physicians. Their only purpose is to make money. One star is too much for this clinic. If I could, I would rate it 0/5.

Poor quality, under staffed. I was not admitted due to the lack of doctors although I went there at 12:30 and they close at 7:00PM. What a joke!!!

After waiting 3 hours you go to visit a doctor she behave you like you did crime and she is police officer to find your guilty. Finally she said your problems are not emergency we are kind of clinic for emergency problems. As I know if people have emergency problem they go to emergency. That s why they name it emergency. I don t know how people can go and wait 3 hours in a clinic for their emergency issues.

really i have had a very bad experience with this clinic..niceful and rude reception agents an extremely aggressive and the other extremely naive..some really infernal wait ... bad organization.no medical body..they do not know how to use a machine Worse they waste two cartridges to introduce it internally and they wanted to invoice me their fault .. I came for a simple examination of the SAAQ..thank you god I did not come for a surgery !!! In short a clinic not worthy of all to be open in a country like Canada is a shame !!!

I m reading the reviews after people I personally know told me NOT to go there. And I m validation everybody s experience at this clinic is very weird and suspicious. DO NOT GO THERE.

I wish I could give it negative stars. I met the most incompetent doctor in my life at this clinic. Wrong diagnostics and medication to both my wife and myself. The wrong diagnostic given to my wife actually made her condition worse. Avoid this clinic if possible.

Really the worst clinic ever! No one speaks English and even the staffs were trying to speak to me in Arabic!!!! The waiting time was so long from 11am to 5 pm because they made mistake and completely forgot to put my name in the list!!! Really bad experience! Very disorganized! This is the worst clinic in Montreal.my mom is in hard pain for more than a month after one month waiting for dr to call her,dr called but my mom because of pain couldn t answer the call fast,and dr never call her again.
This is not a real doctor taking care of her patients.
I m really sorry for her.

Worst doctors and bad customer service. The receptionist was rude and the doctor did not even do a proper check up. Dr HANNA ZAKARIA is the worst doctor ever! She said that I was lying about what I was suffering from. I am the one suffering and she knew better than me even if she did not even do any check up or scan! She kept interrupting me when I was telling her what I was suffering from and asked me multiple times about the same thing and kept interrupting me when I was talking. She's the most unprofessional doctor ever! She has even hurt me when she was checking my ears. Worst of all is that I am a future doctor myself and I've never seen a doctor like her before! She doesn't even know how to treat the patient properly or even diagnose the illness. She is rude, pretends that she is right and the patient is wrong about his/her illness, disrespectful because you don't have a family doctor and treat you as a person who is stupid! Will definitely take more actions against her!

totally disagree with negative statements. Only positive. the appointment was successful, efficient, fast and safe. The blood test is painless, thanks Melinda. Dr. Tamer Waly. was correct, attentive and answered all questions. the impression was made by the professional service. thank them for that.

I had a very bad experience in this clinic. Secretary very aggressive not very professional not polite and she speaks to you in English when you are speaking to him in French. The doctor saw my son he was very sick and he told me back home. The next day I went to see him again he told me that my son had a severe ear infection he gave me the prescription and he added. ah !! This because your son is a tan child! I find it very ridiculous and not professional!

My son cut his finger very bad. At Plein Ciel, Dr. Elizaveta Malkhasian said that the cut wasn't so bad, she didn't clean the finger properly, his finger was still bleeding, she decided to put glue to seal the cut. The very next day my son's finger was bleeding very bad. We decided to go to a private clinic. Doctor said that if he had waited longer he could have lost a part of his finger because it wasn't cleaned and glue was not the best choice for a cut that deep. He received SIX stitches on his finger. Service at Plein ciel is very bad, rude receptionists, unprofessional doctors and unsanitary "surgery" rooms. They don't take care of you as they should. I went Private..... best service ever.

The doctors are good. To see a doctor without a rendez-vous, you can give your phone number and you will start receiving textos so you come back in time. Personally I got a RV with an ORL in 2 weeks, I consider it to be very fast.

Anything to get a certificate of presence after an appointment with the family doctor you have to pay $ 20. In addition the secretary called his colleague speaks in Arabic with her before transferring you to her. No professional attire.

try to avoid this clinic for walk-in appointment. those general practitioners were rude and just there for money. They dont listen to patients and make you go within 3 minutes.
I used to go to this clinic because it is within walking distance to my house. Now i would rather drive to west island or NDG for better walk-in clinics.
I recommend clinic Physimed and clinic Diamant, even though they are far.

The nurse was kind, but Dr. Elizaveta Malkhasian clearly tried to make me see that the constant pain for 7 months in my leg due to my sciatic nerve was minimal and that she could do nothing for me.

I was to see 4 physio before coming to see her, and 3 of them advised me an MRI because they could not explain some of my blockages without coming to the conclusion that I had damage to my column, and that a Magnetic Resonance Image would help to better understand and treat my case. I had seen my family doctor (a new graduate) who had suggested physical exercises that 2 other physio had strongly discouraged me thereafter.

The doctor who saw me in Plein Ciel quickly tested that I still had reflexes in my leg, and immediately told me that if my family doctor had not prescribed me MRI, she did not would not do it either, that she could do it only if I was in extreme pain. Dude ... I have been in constant pain for 7 months. I was not so bad the day I went to see her, but I told her that it's been days since it paralyzes me, where I can not make a movement without a pain knife in my leg. But according to her, I am currently not a sufficiently critical case for an MRI, even if it is covered by my insurance.

My problem with this prognosis is that it barely tested me. If she had checked 1/3 of what the physios I saw looked, if she had tried to see all the limits of my movements (can not lift the leg more than a few centimeters without much pain), and that she would have found that I do not need MRI, that I have to do this and that so that I am cured, wonderful, no problem. But I arrive in her office with Physio's recommendation for an MRI, she taps on my leg to see that my nerve is working and that's enough to tell me that I do not need anything, and she's not trying to help me by giving me the slightest exercise, recommendation for another professional or any other track to help me .... What kind of doctor is this? Shameful.

I would like to give minus stars, horrible customer service. no air condition at all. the staff are very impolite and zzzzerrooo customer services. horrible attitude from staff. Please do yourself favor and never go there.

BIG ZERO...my rhumato is fantastic but the administrative service is really inefficient and very rude. I do not recommend this clinic. If you have a possibility to go somewhere else do so.

Dr. Riano, the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life, who has nothing to do with your pregnancy, does not ask any questions about whether all is well and when I asked her questions was already up, and hurried to open the door so that I could hardly get out.

This place is honestly the worst. The service is horrible and the doctors don't know what they're doing. They couldn't recognize my health issue even though I informed them what I thought it was. I was able to figure this out after a quick having done a quick google search. Luckily I was able to go to another clinic afterwards to get my issue sorted out.

Reception managed as late as the weekend. We text people to say it's their turn. We hurry to come and there are 30 people left before us. No one apologizes. We look you straight in the eye and tell you we have decided to do it and that s your problem.

I understand that the doctors and receptionists are overwhelmed at this clinic but we all have the right to be treated with politeness and kindness.

I had an appointment on November 11, 2015 ... I did 3 hours of driving to get there, a faith on the sidebark - virtue .... I parked to call, I wanted to know the #civic I had in a few places but on the moment I could not find it .... I phoned. ..then the person who answered me at this place cut me off ... I organized myself to go there at the time of my appointment ...! Thank God !
