If I could give zero star I would do it. The receptionist has an extremely deplorable attitude. The atmosphere is mediocre and the service is very ordinary. I definitely recommend not going to this clinic.

During both encounters with this clinic, they weren't able to help. I thought I'd try my luck again this new year but, was once again unsatisfied with the service. What is the point of publishing that walk-in service is available if it's limited? I would recommend publishing the real hours of available walk-in instead of giving false hope.

The nurses in this clinic not properly educated and trained. They are rude to patients. Even one of the nurse is on anti-depression drug. She intentionally poked one patient multiple times to draw blood samples, because the patient was on her phone texting.
First of all, the pharmacy connected to the clinic is rubbish. They post the wrong prices for the items and get to the checkout I explain to the girl that it is not the right prices, she looks then confirms to me that it is not the right label then remove them. I explain to her that she must give me the items free of charge or give me at the prices displayed with the same descriptions, then she tells me no since she has not taken out the invoice. That she scams!
Then the cafe connected to the clinic has equally poor customer service. The owner is in a bad mood every time and responds arrogantly. She even refused to give me the student discount displayed in her panflet. And the prices are outrageous and the quality of the food is dire. Whatever...
Fortunately the clinic offers a quick service (5 hours) to see a doctor. There was no place to sit and the secretary forbade him to sit on the floor near his counter.
There is no power outlet to charge phone or other.
So, plan to go to another pharmacy, bring some food and enter your number via the application to return home for a few hours or go elsewhere for about 3 hours.
A GIANT ZERO! It's not a Clinic but a Mafia Business. Starting by the Pharmacy (they tried to rip me off 50$ in 2010, I still can't gorget it!) to secretaries ending with the Doctors! 36 years in Montreal and never heard something similar to what happened to me. I wish someday we'll had a strong government and acceptable health system in Canada and Quebec to put all of them in jail! Zero respect, Zero professionalism Zero care...Thanks God I still alive after the second mistake of Dr. Amer. E. NEVER EVER GO THERE! Even for a pet.
Attitude of Doctors and Staff is not good here. And on top of it, the management is also poor. You need to wait endlessly before you are seen by a nurse. Then they don't pay attention to your problems and make you feel as if you are talking to a wall. Worst of all, they will call you to confirm appointments, but when you show up after taking time from work, they will turn you away that no, you don't have an appointment today! Staff's ignorance malfunctioning system - they make you suffer! Stay away from this clinic as much as possible!
This is the worst clinic I have ever been to. Very disorganized and when they call you they whisper your name and then throw away your paper. Then when you realize you missed your turn the secretaries are rude and blame you for not hearing. I went multiple times just to make sure it wasn't a fluke. Every time I have been there I see many people missing their turns and the secretaries are always hostile about it.
I recommend this clinic . You do not need to be wait too much but some days it is full of patients . Very good and organized clinic. Employees are frienly and helpfull. Dr Elham khayat is wonderfull and friendly . Unfortunatly she could not accept to be my family doctor because she was full .

My family doctor is in this clinic, Dr. Malkhasian, she is beautiful and very attentive. Also when I was pregnant I was followed by Dr. Riano, she answered all my questions and took her time during the visit. on the other hand there are receptionists who are the worst in their job, it looks like they work by force, and the walkover also leaves something to be desired, if you are among the lucky is 5h waiting.
I went and twice and both times I waited 3 hrs and then saw my number pass by on the screen and nobody saw me. Both times I had to go to the reception and asked what happened and then they moved my file from some other place to the place where doctors check them.
Horrible doctor you can see the worst and irresponsible doctors in the world. They are horrible. It is wast your time. Your sickness get worse because of their bad service!
My mom had an appointment today at 7 a.m. with a very severe back and knee pain. After sitting there for 3.5 hours, the receptionist skips her number and a few others and when she complains, the rude receptionist says I called your name (which was a lie, she was sitting right in front of her the whole time). My mom was then informed that the doctor had left through the back door at 10:30! No conscience, no sense of responsibility, nothing!
I don t think there is a worser clinic on the face of the earth. In all of my years of living I have never experienced a more unpleasant visit to any facility. I believe wholeheartedly that McDonald s offers a five star service compared to this clinic. I won t begin to explain the problems I ve had with them but I highly advise you to AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS. Don t put yourself through that kind of stress you deserve better.

my wife visited this clinic last March 23 and the doctor asked to do a test for the throat while in medicine we can not rely on the result of this test at 100% which is the reference test and if the doctor is not sure he has to ask the patient to do a THROAT CULTURE to have more detailed results, either that the doctors are lazy and they do not want to go further in the files of the patients or that they are calisses of the patients, the last week we were at another clinic after 15 days of suffering and the doctor directly asked for a throat culture and the result was positive, so the virus is there, GIVE Information to your doctors Two tests are available: Throat culture: a collection of secretions from the tonsils is made to detect the presence of the bacteria. The worst clinic ever, they diagnosed my mother in law the wrong way and now she has to operate 2 surgeries thats going to cost 20 thousands, she had a major fracture in her legs and the lebanese doctor wrote in the transfer report that its fine if she waited 2 days, it became a disaster this clinic should be closed I'm going to sue the doctor for what he did
For weeks, your number machine, the one that sends the text to warn you that it's your turn soon, is broken. Instead of having it repaired, employees say "who's lucky - if it does not work and you miss your turn, too bad" No, but you do not care about our jail ??!? Repair the machine, it's simple.
Bad and mediocre. I never manage to do the checks for my children. The pediatrician is present only 3 times a week which means that the appointments can take up to 3 months of waiting, in this case it is unfortunate to have a pediatrician who is never available and that each time we struggle just to have them on the phone. Frankly it is the worst clinic

The service is weak.. 3 times Make an appointment with the doctor and wait for him. In the end, the doctor is busy. I don t know how busy he is. There is a work schedule for him and appointments with patients. When calling and complaining, they put you on hold and nobody cares.
We live in Arizona and my wife grew up in Montreal. My Wife and SICK 8 year old son went to this pathetic Clinic this morning at 7 AM to have a Doctor look at my Sons congestion problem he is having. We have no medical card and have insurance from the States, but would gladly pay cash. They immediately said they could not take my Son since we didn t live here. Just crazy as our house we own and visit regularly is right down the street. My Son has even been to this Clinic a few years ago. The lady at the front desk told my wife to take him to the Emergency Room. OMG lady are you kidding me .
Ok, just got off the phone with my Wife and she took him to another Clinic that said he has Asthma. Thank you Lady for almost killing my Son. Never go to this Clinic. You re better off driving off a bridge.
i don't why the governement take tax from us ,to pay for none humanitarian,careless,none educated doctors who works only to get high salaries without caring of people around them..they get our money and they do not treat our kids well..the pediatric doctor misdiagnosed otitis media for my child and we keep sufering two weeks (and he kick us out of the clinic proclaim we were annoying for him.) then we went to the hospital to do the correct diagnosis of course after waiting nine hours as usual..again now my baby has bladder infection and the doctor in ER said he has nothing we are suffering now from stupid none human doctor my baby is sick and his urine smell is awful.in the country of humanity the doctors become careless,none human....i feel dpressed
I am very patient and do not complain often, but my experience at this clinic was incredibly disappointing. Dr. Hanaa Zakaria gave me a lot of attitude, I was polite all along ... She didn't let me express myself. She told me that I was fine, that I was in good health just after an auscultation, despite my muscle pain in the face, gum, head, stuffy nose, and that I was having difficulty sleeping for several weeks. She didn't try to listen to me, she kept telling me that I was in good health and she added that I was just stressed ... When I asked if I could take blood samples, she told me said I was not old (I was 19) and she refused to refer me to an allergist. So I took allergy medication at the pharmacy hoping it would work. A few months later, I went to the hospital, I was told that I have sinusitis and that I have to have an operation, because I have a damaged nose, I was blowing my nose too much! It could be fixed a long time ago, but I was "just stressed" according to Dr Hanaa ... I should have complained that day, but I was far too exhausted mentally and physically by my pain.
Worst medical experience of my life! A cold doctor, few words and little explanation. He is impatient and arrogant when you want to know more. It even comes to worry you. In addition, the secretariat (which is often mixed up) is unreachable. Every time I call I have to call hours of time. I suspect that sometimes they don't come home to work! The last time I went there for my big daughter, I got turned around because my baby was teething and had just run from the nose 24 hours before. He didn't want to meet her. We're a cold covid area that he 'garoche' me on the other side of the waiting room with no empathy. Frankly, we have to put things in perspective. I closed the files of my 3 children and I found elsewhere! Don't ask yourself why they always have room when you call!

I was well received by the nursing and reception staff. As for the doctor, I was a little reluctant to read the comments here. Finally, I saw Dr. Hanaa Zakaria. As read in the reviews here, yes it is fast. But she was emphatic and knew how to prescribe the right treatment for me. On the other hand, I would put 1 single star for the telephone waiting system. I receive the call to tell me that there are 8 patients left before me. I go to the clinic 10 minutes later and it was returned to 20 patients after my number. Fortunately, I was told to go back to the waiting room and I spent about 45 minutes after that. There were at least 5 people at the clinic who spoke at reception and had the same problem.
A very bad service in the reception and an extremely rude secretary! Just in front of my eyes she talked with two people in a very bad tone and way, one of them was a patient "old man". There is no responsibilty, no atitude at all! I was in a harry and just wanted to make sure of my second appointment time .. When I asked her just to verify from the doc she kept saying ask him by yourself several times while I was talking!
Speaking also on the bad sercive, there is no one to call you up before the appointment to remind you! When I wondered why there wasn't anyone who confirmed my appointment the one she spoke was so mean!

Dr. SERRAJ's secretary thinks that the full sky is at her father's, aggressive squeeze she does not listen to the patients. I am disgusted to have to do it again until the fatness of my wife.

This is to denounce the mediocrity of the two receptionists of medical clinic Le Plein Ciel the day of December 31, 2018 from 8am to 11am. They (both receptionists) have no respect or professionalism with patients. Especially the younger receptionist of the two. She was extremely unpleasant. She does everything to hurt and intimidate the patient. She refused to give her name because she knows that she acts in a non-legal way to patients. I will not stop there, if the clinic does not take its own responsibility to put an end to such acts, I intend to escalate this mediocrity to a higher level. I will raise this issue with the members of Parliament who represent us, because I am sure that we can improve our clinics by doing this. The bottom line is that if the patient denounces the slightest anomaly, as kindly as possible, these receptionists systematically persecute and give themselves the right to forbid him the service. This is unacceptable and we must not be fooled by such mediocrity.
Very good service, and friendly staff. I m a patient of Dr. Hannah Zakaria from several years , she s a very good doctor, carrying & listening. Also they're doing always a follow up after tests.
The sooner we arrive, the better ... On the other hand, the triage and the wait for the doctor can last several hours. Nurses and doctors can sometimes be very dumb and sometimes they can be super nice. It all depends on the days and hours. They have the automatic call system which is very convenient as well as a cafe where the food is quite good and the atmosphere is quieter than the waiting room. Like any clinic there are good and bad sides.
When doctors call a name, most of the time, we can't hear them ... So we can wait several more hours until they call us back.
I give 3 pcq stars the waiting time is long, I have seen doctors who are not always professional with clients and the call system for them does not seem well organized. We can have an example number 12 and go after someone with a higher number .... But I also had good waiting experiences thanks to the small coffee and the automatic call system and the times when I 've seen doctors who were very attentive to my needs, although rare, looked good. You never know what kind of service you're going to get.
When we sign up for text messaging when it's our turn, it's because we work or are very busy. I came back at 12:25 because the text said I'm in the next 3 to pass. Unfortunately, this is the time ALL PHYSICIANS eat. Instead of making a reasonable dinner schedule where there is rotation of doctors, we are made to wait 1:30 for all their highnesses to finish eating. Ridiculous!
The nurses and doctors were nice BUT i went twice in 3 days and they told me that i have a virus and i just have to wait and it will go away with time... it didnt.. After a week... of missing work cause of that... i went to another clinic and the doctor gave me (FINALLY) antibiotics and told me that i have now 2 otitis in both ears because the virus wasnt treated before!
They did the same thing to my friend in february.. told her that it will go away and finally she had cancer!
The doctors working there are great ! Unfortunately I can't say the same about the administration. All they know is take your money and overcharge doctors with patients. Seems to be more like a fast food service then a medical clinic.

I went to see a doctor before flying because I was pregnant and had been sick for 3 days. The doctor, after 45 seconds of consultation, forgot that I was pregnant and recommended me Gravol (not recommended during pregnancy). At my request, he prescribed me Diclectin. No test (Doppler?) To know if baby was fine.

For a few months I have been trying to book an RV in other internet clinics with the so called government websites sites my friend tells me about the open sky clinic which offers a remote waiting system WOW I went there in the morning , I signed up, I asked the receptionist questions about the operation, she was very patient and answered my questions. I took a number and went to work. In the afternoon, 8 customers before me, I received a notification on my phone and went there. I met nurse Annie, a piece of sugar! She gave me several positions of solutions for my fears Thank you bcp !! The doctor was super patient and very attentive, knowing that I had several requests since I was finally able to see a doctor in Quebec !!!!! And he answered EACH of my questions. THANK YOU
If I could put 0 stars I would. I had a phone appointment on August 19, 2020 and Dr. Amer Esper never called me. I tried to call the clinic, but no one picked up. I sent an email ... no response. It is clearly a clinic to be avoided.
Worst service possible! I've been waiting for 3 hours and still nothing. There were 2 doctors and so many patients and one of them just left. There are families waiting with kids and the doctor is talking 10 minutes in between each patient. Definitely don't recommend this clinique.
The secretaries never answer calls, I was forced to go for an appointment, once I arrived I found the secretary in her seat doing nothing the room was practically empty disrespect for the patients
There are good doctors here, for those who don't have a family doctor. However, if we call, it does not answer (almost never), without the possibility of leaving a message (if we need to speak to a particular doctor for something important, for example, to follow up ... ). Tip: If possible, take your appointment at rvsq.gouv.qc.ca, to make your job easier. It's almost mission impossible otherwise. However, not everyone uses the Internet ...
This is the worst clinic I have ever seen in my entire life so my son is actually a patient of dr. Marcel from jump I been peep that the receptionists upstairs are rude. Today I decided to go as a walk in when I was standing at the front desk she spent 10minutes on the phone and completely ignoring me while I have a crying baby on my arms only to tell me if o didn t have an appointment the doctors will not see me very rude with no empathy mind you I don t mind but that s a 10min I could went somewhere else because I took a day off work to take him there she told me go downstairs where the service is even worse I sat there since 10am only to be called by a nurse a1pm she told me his fever was 39 now you would think they would wanna see him faster since he s only 5months old with a fever since Saturday & today is Wed she told me to go home the doctor will not be able to see me until 2-3 Hours I left at 1they called me @525 Pm. Lesson learned just take your kid to the ER next time something is wrong with your little one
I am extremely disappointed by this hospital where the service is dismal. Patients are treated like cattle and doctors allow themselves to be shouted at them. I see a mother and her daughter coming out of this clinic with tears in their eyes because they have been badly received and badly followed by the doctor zacharia who apparently is totally incompetent and who sends these customers to fend for themselves by shouting at them. all this is unacceptable especially since our comments are not a wake up call for the authorities. I absolutely do not recommend this place that does not even deserve a star. Congratulations to you clinic outdoors for your misdiagnosis and your perfect incompetence
Worst clinic ever. You go on saturday morning at 9am they say no place come tomorrow at 7am. So between 7am and 9am the clinic is full. Plus, horrible service. Will never visit again!
I am pregnant and i went there to follow up but the receptionists was extremely rude and hasty. They didn't even know how to deal with new patient. They have severe attitude problem. I wil recommend others to not go there and dont waste your time to talk with these rude receptionist. It's a shame that such a good clinic would have such an unpleasant receptionist.
If you have no other choice... and don't want to go to hospital ... it might be ok, BUT need to be there at 7 am and then wait for few hours that could be 4 hours ... unfortunately not all people here are professionals... NOTE 3 $ FOR PARKING.
I highly recommend this clinic I went to sacre coeur hospital last night they gave me the option to go today to this clinic i would be priority they said. I had Dr khayat who was amazing prescribed me exactly what I needed and really knowledgeable. Spent a total of 35 mins there
For immigration Medical Examination, this clinic was very fast to get an appointment, do the actual exam and receive the result. I was able get an appointment for next day. The exam was done within an hour. Dr. Tamer was nice and the nurse was efficient. (The clinic should fix the toilet though ... )

There are some great doctors here and some very poor ones. There are some doctors here that care and take the time to properly diagnose you or explain proceedures for you. However there are some really poor doctors, in my expirence dr.hanna zakaria is incredibly rude and condescending. She scoffs at questions or requests and generally has a poor general attitude.
the worst eveeeer .. there is a dr .. her name is Hanaa Zakaria she is very very bad and she does not want to listen ... she is confusing .. no one knows if she is asking or giving info .... i visit them she just does not wanna listen and she keep talking like nonstop ... she think that we visit the clinic for fun ... and people like to stay for 7-8 hours only for fun ... like we all have enough time for that or we find waiting in there is nice .... after i got out of her office i didnt understand why i was there ... not recommended at all
