Browns fan here. Glad to see the wins but I saw many fans displaying terrible behavior as well as language. Not friendly family. We moved three times and in each place beligerent people. Never have this problem at Cavs, Indians, Buckeye Football or BB. It's either an NFL thing or a Browns only deal.

Getting in took a bit, but thosese Cleveland fans love their Brownies. Nice stadium, good food. Price not.too bad for or football stadium food. $10 for a Bud light is crazy though....I had water they let my son, the browns fan, and I bring in. We sat up I the third tier and the fans weren't too rowdy. It wasn't Sunday school class, but better than I thought it would be. There are family sections (alcohol free zones) you can get seats in if you like. The south side entrance we went in was jammed, but now worries as we got there early. We sat k the North ( lake) side...if we go again I would walk around and use the North side entrances for sure...Browns were on a roll so large crowd this day....the fans and employees went out of their way to welcome my son to his first pro NFL game. It was really nice. They took photos for us and we went down to guest services after the game and he received a signed first game certificate.

Visited as an away fan at a Browns game, no one (besides some fans) treated me badly at all, some jokingly so but take everythin lightly and youll have a great time! Food and drinks all readily available, the beer trays were flimsy tho and my beer feel straight thru bottom and all over aisle

Escalator was broken as we were walking in. Missed first ten minutes of game because they wouldn't let anyone walk up and staff didn't provide directions to nearest alternate way. Honestly got in much quicker than usual but getting anywhere in that stadium is usually a slow process. If you're sitting in the upper deck plan on arriving at the gates 30 minutes before kickoff if you want to see the start of the game. Food options were pretty limited in our section (pizza, pretzels, hot dogs). Bathroom was accessible and didn't have lines which was nice

Getting through security was a hassle in the middle of a giant windstorm coming in off the lake. Prices on all concessions are very high. Staff was friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Areas were clean and well maintained.

Went for Browns game. Very expensive for anything.. food, beers, and drinks. Little unreal. I know I'm there for a game but $7 for a fountain pop or $7 for a hot dog is just insane.
I will always return for games but I rarely get anything to eat or drink.

First time going to a Browns game here. A great up to date stadium. The only thing I can complain about are the food vendors. The line wasn't very long and we waited almost the entire 3rd quarter for 2 hot chocolates. Cashiers were a bit rude and didn't seem to mind how long it took them to get food out. Good experience otherwise.

I visited this stadium for the first time for Beyonce and Jay Z OTR tour. Staff was nice and helpful. Bathroom was fairly clean. Parking was high way robbery. They charged 35 dollars. It's the lot across the street from the south west entrance 3rd Street
That's absolutely ridiculous to charge that especially since the lot was not covered.
Other than that I felt safe, and I had my teen with me for the show. Security was well visible. Food was overpriced and most stadiums are, so I guess that's normal.
Good signage all around..

What an amazing experience seeing the first preseason game for the Browns. Awesome atmosphere, the people were kind and courteous at the concession stands, and the entire night was great. Looking forward to many more great nights here! Go Browns!

New to Ohio, I d been accustomed to a Dome setting; aside from visits to Lambeau Field. I was really impressed with FirstEnergy. Beautiful stadium. Easy to get around. Efficient and thorough staff. Very clean. Great view, in the end zone. Photos are from Section 149. We used a ride sharing, in lieu of paid parking. Much cheaper. We enjoyed the energy! Great fans, on both teams. PS. No dawg bones allowed anymore!

Come suffer through a Browns game, it's not THAT bad, I promise. It's a nice stadium, plenty of restrooms so you can go cry and no one will see you, and a heck of a lot of areas to get beer... You'll need it.

security it real tight. on game day they had all main exit to stadium from freeway closed. we took Lyft and we had go dropped off the freeway and had to walk to exit on 3rd street. we had pretty decent seats section 340 row 4

Love this place. 1st time visiting since the renovation. Dawg pound seating could be a little more comfortable but then again if my team is winning I wouldn't spend too much time in my seat anyway.

Good

Went for a concert. The seats and view were great. People were friendly. HOWEVER, maneuvering through was actually dangerous. They closed off areas so you couldn't walk all the way around which put me as far as possible from my seats. It also forced everyone the same way - from both directions. In one spot they had concessions on both sides of the concourse and large groups of patrons coming at each other. The gridlock was so severe that no one moved at all for at least half an hour. People were pushing. Small children were getting crushed and people grew claustrophobic with no way forward and no way back. The concession workers seemed concerned but there was no security and no traffic control. We ended up darting into an open nook just for some air and convinced a concession worker to let us through behind the cart. On the other side it was open and free flowing. There must have been 1,000 people all jammed in a narrow space, many kids. Horrible planning and worse reaction to the situation.

A great place to spend a Sunday full of soul-sucking, confidence-bursting fun. Nicknamed the "mistake by the lake" and built by General Custer in 1896, FirstEnergy stadium boasts some of the best views on Cleveland of the most mediocre play in the league. Don't forget to stop by the souvenir shop to pick up a Brady Quinn, Colt McCoy, Brandon Weeden, Jason Campbell, Brian Hoyer, or Josh McCown jersey. #FailForCardale

Nice stadium, not a Browns fan, but really nothing to complain about. Plentiful restaurants and bathrooms. Easily accessible from tailgate lots or the train. Be prepared for cold weather though as it's right on the lake.

This was my first time visiting the lakefront stadium. Everything was great. The entire facility was clean and we'll managed. A very friendly staff was on hand to direct unfamiliar visitors. The food vendors were a bit pricey, but it is to be expected at this type of venue. We also had very convenient parking and even the use of an escalator to help get us to our deck. A nice dining area overlooks the lake and there are countless places to get swag, food, and drinks. A very safe, family friendly atmosphere.
