The Browns won their only game of the season while I was there!

Great venue for a concert. The views outside and around the stadium we're pretty sweet too

Amazing football field with tons of things to do. Help is always there when you need them and you almost never get lost.

There was virtually NO HANDICAPED CAR DELIVERY CAPABILITY TO THE STADIUM AREA OR PICK UP AFTER GAME ....WEST THIRD ST. FROM LAKESIDE CLOSED WITH POLICE CONES , E9TH STREET ALSO CLOSED FROM LAKESIDE ALSO TO CARS WITH HANDICAPED SIGNS ......
ONLY ACCESS WAS SUPPOSEDLY DOWN FROM 55TH STREET ALONG NORTH MARGINAL ........ THE POLICE SARGENT WAS VERY FRUSTRATED .....TERRIBLE ACCESS TO BROWNS STADIUM ......LATE FOR GAME , HAD TO WALK FROM W.3RD AND ST. CLAIR ...DAMAGE TO MY OPERATED ON FOOT .......ALL CARS WITH HANDICAPED SIGNS NEED TO BE ABLE TO DROP OFF AND COME BACK AND PICK UP AT STADIUM ........TERRIBLE MESS NO SIGNS NO WAY TO DO IT ........PEOPLE WITH WALKERS AND WHEELCHAIRS AND CRUTCHES HAVE NO WAY TO BE DROPPED OFF NEAR THE ADA ENTRANCE BY THE SW GATE ........VERY VERY BAD NEEDS FIXED FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP ........PLSSSSSS FIX IT JEFF

May be the factory of sadness, but still a great place to watch a game, zero complaints.

Great stadium, set in a good area, very friendly staff!

It's a ok facility cramped seating as usual, high prices for food and drink member any specials.

The Browns won the game. Of course it was the greatest time in the world. Like winning the superbowl sadly for us B fans.

Needs more entrances and restrooms. Views are great in every part of the stadium I've sat in.

I think they shouds put monitors by the concession stands what the heck can't even watch the games while getting food or a beer kinda sucks!!!!!!

Great atmosphere, was a real positive surprise and a fantastic experience. Free Wi-Fi in the stadium, prices for food and drinks are a bit too high as I m used to European prices.

Great place to watch a lackluster performance of the most exciting sport.

Good views from all seats. Fans were very into the game. PA system was very hard to understand from my seat.

Dawg Pound is the place to be great time plenty to choose from

Wish I had the option of no stars it's a joke and the staff in the pro shop were very rude won't be coming back .only for a game but never the pro shop

Very confusing to find your way around and a lot of extra walking, but the stadium itself is nice.

Almost world series Champs made this the place to be in 2016 season

Had a great time but the food and drink prices!!?? I dont even pay that much at the other stadiums in cleveland for anything this ones outrageous

I mainly give this 1 star because the Browns play here, so buying a ticket to see one of tgese games would be pretty useless unless you were coming to see the Eagles and the Browns. (Cough cough 100-0) Eagles. So, I would recommend this stadium to no one because it would be a waste of time to watch the Browns play.

I was at the bills game and at the start of the 4th quarter one of the event crew forced my wife and I to leave the stadium because my shirt, which is one of the more popular ones in Cleveland, said "Meet Dick. Dick is a steelers fan. Don't be a Dick." As you can see if you are more literate than the woman that ejected us is that it is using the word dick as the proper name that some people go by. After she escorted us out of the stadium she continued to follow us and harass us outside of the stadium. I forgot to get her name, but I pulled my phone out once I realized that she wasn't going to stop harassing us, even though we're were not in the stadium any longer. I'll be posting the video online with the details of what happened along with photos of me in the shirt. I used to be a die hard Browns fan, but now cause the nfl profit shares I'm strictly a college football fan, and I will go out of my way to not financial support the nfl or its advertisers.

Absolute mess trying to navigate with a person in a wheelchair. Rerouted to various levels and gates to find our seats. Browns...boo.

Ok love the Jumbo screens you can hear the announcer real well. I think food and beverages are about 25 - 30 per cent higher than should be

Like every sports stadium very difficult to navigate around and parking is gouged, but once inside it is lovely, great food decent prices and even better people who are kind to opposing fans

Great, relatively modern stadium situated close to Lake Erie.

Stadium is really nice and a decent selection of beer. The food wasn't that good and the service was slow so make sure you go to a game with a full stomach
