Stadium is nice, and surrounding area is beautiful, but does seem they put more money into the scoreboard and seating than updating their concessions. Progressive Field and RocketHouse Mortage (Quicken) there is a lot more variety of food offers, while First Energy there is not much to chose from and just as expensive. Bathrooms are also in need of an overhaul, and do need to do something with the parking issues.

We are die hard Pat's fans and this place was great because of all the Pats fans who outnumbered the Browns fans. We love going to different football and baseball stadiums. This is one off our bucket list. We will be back.

Let me start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of the Browns and the stadium is not a bad NFL stadium. however I am convinced that there will be an injury if not a death somewhere in the near future if the Browns do not take action concerning one of their escalators. My concern is with the dog pound end of the endzone, there are escalators that will take fans from the 100 level up to the 500 level. Going up is absolutely no problem whatsoever however my concern is coming back down the escalator. whenever you are taking the escalator down to the 100 level the escalator goes into the smoking section set aside for those individuals who choose to smoke. my concern is not with the fact that everybody has to walk through second hand smoke men, women, and children alike, my concern is the fact that there is an abundance of people standing around at the bottom of the escalator to the point where you are unable to exit the escalator because there is no where to walk. When we were on the escalator it slowly started the backup just a wee bit before people noticed and gave way and we were able to exit the escalator. However I feel fairly confident and saying that it's only a matter of time before one of these turn into a disaster by people not being able to get off the escalator because of all the people standing around smoking and causing a backup which could potentially be a dangerous situation if not a fatal situation. I have contacted the Browns and notified them of this flaw, in my opinion, of having the smoking section at the bottom of an escalator potentially causing an accident due to the fact that you are not able to exit a moving escalator with all the people standing around. And it is my hope that they will fix the situation and move the smokers to another area. If not, I believe that there is probably reasonable justification for a lawsuit in the future given the fact that they have been notified directly and anyone monitoring social media or reviews such as this or able to read the potential problem and take care of it immediately.

The stadium and it's vendor options have immensely improved the last 2 years, but I notice people visiting (I work here) have a tough time finding out where to go once inside (whether for food/drink or their seats). Also, I think it's boring to look at. Again, before the renovations it was worse, but there isn't much appeal to the structure. It will be forgotten...

It is the Cleveland Browns stadium. It's lovely. I went to see Jay and Bey. The parking was crazy. The traffic was unbelievable. That stadium holds 73,000 people. So if you are going to a major concert, (which what other concert would there be at a stadium this size) dress casual, make sure you are prepared for weather, (it is an open stadium) and you either wear or bring your good tennis or walking shoes.
I believe some people probably walked at least 3 miles to get to the property of the stadium. And then walked another mile or two, to get to the gates and to their seats. Clear purses/duffel, or change purses...THAT'S IT. I'm telling you now, DO NOT BRING YOUR BIG PURSE! Make sure you have what you need because only one entry and exit, no in and out privileges. Park and Uber in, or have a non participant drop you off, OR plan to party in the city for HOURS. Traffic getting out was INSANE. Not the fault of the stadium though.

Every time I visit First Energy Stadium, it feels like I'm welcomed by a big family. The people are so nice and together we are always rooting for our Brownies to bring home a win! The food selections have gotten better over the years and there are always people walking around selling beer so I'm never without a crispy cold one. WOOF, WOOF!

Just can't understand why everything has to cost so much. When you can buy the same can of beer at a gas station for $2.99, instead of $10 there. I find this to be highway robbery. Not only for drinks but for food items also. How are families supposed to have a good time when there to worried about going broke.

We had a great time at our very first ever Cleveland Browns game at FirstEnergy Stadium! I would have rated a 5 but getting into the stadium was awful. My sister was with us, she is handicapped and had to walk INCREDIBLY far ;-( there is no way to get close enough to the field to just drop off a handicapped person and go elsewhere to park. Once in the stadium guest services was wonderful and escorted us to our seats and out when it was over. Great game Go Browns!

Where else can I go with extreme excitement while I also have extremely low expectations. I will always be a Browns fan and love this stadium, but it doesn't make the trip home any easier. Love the jumbotron upgrade. Go Browns!

Great place to watch the game up to date lectronics, seating, walkways. Wheelchair accessibility huge parking facility. Foods pricey alcohols pricey only to be expected at a stadium. Very clean and well-kept.
