We were treated horribly by security. The supervisor apologized because he saw the incident and told us to contact someone and make a formal complaint. We did this and the HR person reached out to us, apologized and told my 10 year old daughter she would receive free tickets to a Browns game and they NEVER gave them to her. This was a truly terrible experience for my daughter and we will NEVER return

Had a great day catching up with a longtime friend who I hadn't seen in quite awhile. Browns vs. Ravens - Enough said.

My goal was to visit Progressive Field and then quickly jaunt over to FirstEnergy in time to catch my boy Drew Stanton take the reigns for pre-season action against the Bills. We found coverage from the rainy night and discounted tickets offered Browns Bucks or something of the sort which provided reasonable sustenance. I have been to multiple stadiums and football stadiums along the concourse area all the same. Stank bathrooms, drunk delinquents and underpaid staff trying to secure order amidst it all.

I was sitting behind a corner of the end zone, on the first level. Really like the feel of the stadium, but I would never be able to sit in the third level seats because the incline is far too steep for me!
It was difficult to understand the announcements over the public address system, the speaker seemed too far away and the voice was muffled. But video screens helped immensely to see the action when they were at the other end of the field.
All in all a very fun experience.

A great stadium and all, the prices for food are obviously over the top. If only we had a good home team to play here...

Great seats and food, just make sure you wear a lot, it gets really cold.

A friend gave me his preseason ticket for the Washington game. We had awesome seats in section 348. The stadium was clean and the staff were helpful. We got in and out easily. It's nice to say that I am excited for the regular season for once

Seen a game here, wasn't anything special. I guess if your more into sports you will like it. Food cost to much.

Super cold outside, BMW City with heated concession area is fantastic!

The Brown's let me down again. I'm soaking wet and we got stomped.

Taylor Swift put on a better show here than The Browns have in 10 years. It is a gorgeous facility on the lake with some very pretty views. It really is a shame that it cannot house a winning team. I had an amazing time at the concert and would definitely go see another one here!

Go Browns! Loved the Old Stadium but this place is growing on me!

While the packers vs. Browns game was exciting the stadium itself was a far cry from the lambeau field experience. There was a long wait to get through the metal detectors and have our tickets scanned. We missed kickoff because of it and there were quite a few fan behind us. Visiting a stadium like this really makes one appreciate lambeau field.

Excellent stadium to watch a game. All seats close to the field. Stadium constructed well to see a football game.

The entry procedures could be improved but otherwise it s a nice stadium.

I came to FirstEnergy for the Taylor Swift concert and my experience was great! The only difficulty was security. It was a little confusing and took a very long time to get through. Besides that, it was great! Clean, fun environment and friendly staff!

First time at the stadium. Last time I went to a Browns game it was Cleveland Municipal Stadium.

Go Browns! Would be 5 stars if concession prices were more like MCB Stadium in Atlanta.

Well marked. Easy to find your seats. Plenty of security. Decent choice of food and beverages.
Not the stadium's fault but finding parking is hard and everything we saw was $40 per vehicle.

The browns parade was cool. Hope they lose all their games again next season

My friend and I bought tix to a Beyonce concert. First Energy Sold us tix to seats that didn't exist. We had to stand in heels for an hour while they found more seats to give us, and about 45 other people. We missed DJ Khaleds opening performance and the seats they assigned us were worse than the seats we paid for. I am very disappointed.

I loved watching my Rams stuff the Brownies on the 4yrd line at First Energy for that W! HORNS UP!!!!

My first time attending a love Football game The staff was extremely helpful from finding our parking garage to finding our exact seats! The social distancing of the stadium was amazing as well with the staff holding up signs to remind you to keep your mask on. Great experience and fun time.

Went to see a football game here. Had a great time. Our seats were decent, food was expensive but most stadium food is. Not much parking and what was available was very expensive. I recommend using UBER.

nice great views plenty of parking, cold if the wind is off the lake

It was my first football game. We went to grab some hot chocolate and we stood in line for 45 mins! You had employees behind the counter just standing around chatting it up. I know it was cold that day but geez, someone needs to light a fire under their butts to get them moving faster.

Not all food stands are open for all events very inconvenient when you have children

Overpriced beer like always (expect to pay $10 for a pint) but it's a decent stadium.
