The team has been garbage for 20 years and the stadium itself has been as well. Aramark is a disaster, ugh unless you;re wasted you'll notice how horrible the service staff and stadium actually are.

The events (tailgating) outside prior to the game was nice. Higher up seats are not as bad as I thought they would be. There should be a 2nd escalator to take you to those seats. It was waaayy to many stairs to walk up. The stairs were also very steep. When it was time to go on the field after the game the staff was a bit rude. Others had the chance to take their own unprofessional photos for "the gram" but when it came to us we were shorted that opportunity in addition, when it was time to leave, the staff was reluctant to guide us back. We even recieved a rude, degrading attitude from the elevator assistant.

I gave it a three because the stadium was nice, parking was convenient...no complaints...
If you're going to see a football game and you're not a Browns fan, don't go. I've never seen more pathetic fans anywhere. You were 0-12 and felt the need to cuss no -stop at my son and I, as well as the refs. I've been to a lot of venues and the are the absolute worst. Thanks for ruining my son's first NFL experience! I've spoken to people since the game and apparently this isn't an unusual experience! The minus two stars was not the stadiums fault at all...

Had a good time watching the Browns and seeing Joe Thomas! $10 draft beers and parking can be pricey. Expect traffic tie ups and lots of people. You can always pre-game with other fans by parking in the Muni-lot which is fairly close to FirstEnergy Stadium. Friendly staff and good service and just an overall good time...when the Browns are winning.

Love going and watching my home town Brown's in that beautiful stadium. The downfall is the price of everything is outrageous. Kinda takes the fun out of taking your family. Unless you make 100k a year and can afford it. A pack of. 10 hot dogs cost $4.00 and they charge you $5.00+ tax for one. Then they have the nerve to arrest somebody outside of the stadium that sells one of there tickets for $1.00 more than face value and they get arrested. Maybe Ball-Park or Nathan's hot dog brand should file a suit against them and make them payback all that overage that the stadium owners put in there pockets as the greed gets stronger and more pronounced as the years go on. Stadiums anywhere anymore are deffinetly not family oriented. Ruins it for the younger generations.

Security is over worked and under paid. Turnover is frequent. So instead of Browns' administrators attempt to correct the problem, they choose to get
a different contractor.
