I'm handicapped in a wheelchair. I walk very little with a cane. When we went to Guest Services to see if they would babysit my wheelchair. Instead they changed our tickets for wheelchair accessible area. Very polite and helpful. All the staff were friendly. The seating was amazing and I didn't have to get out of my wheelchair. Thank you!

Beautiful stadium! Even if Cleveland isn t who you came to see :-) Refreshment lines were quick, restrooms clean, and seating was a good price!

That Day my Daughter took her Dad and I,and it was my First Scrimmage Game,We had a Wonderful Time!

Great game...hate the feeling of the herd walking out of the stadium...

Usually better, but the last time I went the were not enough ushers to keep people out of the aisles and other people's seats.

Always love tailgating in the muni lot before a game. Had sick DJs & food & drinks.

I hate that the old Cleveland Municipal Stadium was demolished on this site but I do like this stadium and moving forward it needs to be renovated, not replaced.

This is a newish stadium that is huge! Security is brutal but seeing an NFL game is great!

Had a blast! Scored amazing seats near the dog pound, it was a blistering cold nov but the camaraderie amongst sports fans made it all worth wild. The concession services were great with plenty of varieties, it wasn t hard to navigate this stadium because there was always someone to usher you to where you needed to be. I look forward to visiting again soon!

Amazing experience every time! Actually was on crutches this most recent final home game and was met at the door with someone willing to wheel me in!! It was incredible! Almost makes me want crutches for every time :P j/k

Wish I could give this stadium zero stars. We waited in line for 30mins to get to security only to have them tell us that my purse was too big (6inx8in) and they wouldn't let me in with it. I had to take it to bag check or back to our car. No where on our tickets did it state that this was their policy. If we had known I would not have brought it. Many other ppl didn't know either as the bag check line was so long it took an hour and you had to pay $10! Such a scam.
Then when we finally got inside after missing all the the first quarter, we went to get brats from Meat & Cleaver. Those brats gave me food poisoning.

Stadium experience was very good. Staff helpful and friendly. Glad to see lots of police officers. The drive to the stadium was a horrible experience! Traffic was at a snail's pace getting off on the east 9th exit. So bad that we missed the entire 1st quarter.

Staff was great, comfortable seating, good parking. Small but nice pro shop. Rude unruly fans and slow to act security.

Had an absolute blast at the Factory of Sadness for my first pro game! Now I understand why everyone is so sad though

We're Bill's fans and first timers to FirstEnergy for a men's Gold Cup game. Nice facility in a great location. I understand why people are calling for a new Bill's stadium now.

Amazing! Been a Browns fan my entire life, 26 years of losing and I m telling you this is my year! Went to my first game and the entire experience was just amazing. From the game to the excitement of the guys selling shirts outside. It was just an awesome experience. Hope to be back soon!

Nice stadium and fans don't treat fans of other teams like garbage.

Really expensive food and drink and the speakers in the stadium were way too loud.

Love this stadium! Inside is clean. Way to get around and find what you're looking for. Parking is expensive and sometimes tough to find.

The stadium is fine. Nothing more than would be expected of an NFL stadium. The Browns continue to ruin everything they come into contact with. Not the fault of the stadium but it's really the only reason to go, so it's guilty

I have to give a 1 star rating here because this site won't let me post my review of Zero Stars!!! Believe me this is a ZERO STAR RATING!!! The First Energy Group, The City of Cleveland and the Browns organization should be ashamed of themselves. Blocking the exits off SR2 and the City endorsing the extrordinary parking prices, and food prices (featuring $9 for a plain hamburger) is outrageous. Plus closing down entrance check points while there is still a line to get in the to the game now in the middle of the 2nd quarter was absurd. The reason I know this is because of the Cleveland Police blocking off the exit ramps, I was forced to take go 2 exits past the stadium and then back to East 55th street exit then taking the North Marginal to East 9th Street back to the Muni lot off SR2 for. $25.00 fee to park and a 15 minute walk to the gate. Mayor Frank Jackson and Cleveland Browns owner Jimmy Haslin should be put on trial for gouging the public for parking and putting on the field a glorified High School Football Team and selling them as a Pro Football team and bringing shame to the NFL!

I went to my first Cleveland Browns Game and I had a BALL! It was a birthday present that I will never forget! It was so exciting, fun and entertaining! I would love to go back again and again and again!!

The stadium is beautiful but we spent 2 hours trying to get in because theu wont use stub hub you have to have the browns app but the tix would not show up it was a mess and we were not the only ones to have this problem lots of people could not get in we missed. Kickoff

Go, Browns! Be aware of the NFL bag rules or expect to hike back to the parking lot to put your purse or bag back.

Clean stadium with good views of the field. Had a great time with fans from both teams.

Clubs seats are amazing. Great food with many options. Servers and bartenders are friendly and keep things moving quickly. Clean and comfortable.

Not a bad seat in the stadium. VERY passionate fans! A lot of barking and yelling. My kinda place and ppl. Nothing like seeing the big boys live....dawg pound baby!!
